My cats sleep except Rosewater who was tired because she was sick. However, she stayed awake to keep vigil for her clan

Rosewater layed down on her stomach and sat on her paws, forgetting she wasn't supposed to lay down on vigil. She coughed hard on her paws, wincing as it hurt her throat.

Copperwing blinked his eyes open to see that Starwinter wasnt there. He frowned, and stood up, padding out of the den and almost crashing into her in his night-blind state.

ooc; i know cats can see in the dark. But he cant. XD

Rosewater didnt realize she had fallen asleep from when she had layed down. She was coughing hard in her sleep and fidgeting uncomfortably.

Rosewater was still sleeping. She only meant to lay down for a minute. If a cat looked closely they could see that she was shivering and shaking from being cold, but her fur was hot.

ic: Rosewater rolled over where she was laying from where she was supposed to be keeping vigil with Rush. She coughed in her sleep every now and then.

Suddenly, Rosewater woke up and realized that she had made a mistake by laying down. She yawned, feeling bad for falling asleep during the vigil. She hoped SoulClan, Rush, and her other clanmates would understand. She lifted a paw and put it over her mouth and coughed.

Starwinter smiled slightly and leaned against him, her tears stopping for the most part. "Rowankit..." she mumbled quietly, almost silently.
