Fireclan camp

The Fireclan camp is a raised hollow found in a pine forest. It has a hard ground that can sometimes get muddy. The camp is surrounded by brambles and low hanging branches the entrance is a thorn tunnel. In the middle of the clearing there is a smooth bolder that they call the Skyrock.
Dens from the entrance:
Apprentice: A small bramble bush that has a little mud around it.
Warrior: A vary large bramble bush that in the middle of the camp.
Leader: In a dip under the Skyrock by the Warriors den.
Nursery: A hollow protected by thorn bushes with the thorns striped off inside.
Medicine Cat: A cave under two boulders covered with ferns and dried pine needles.
Elders Den: Under the roots of a pine tree in the camp with dried pine needles in side.

Bouncepaw bounced out of his den and ran around camp looking for his mentor Briarleaf.

Brightfire padded out of the medicine cat den. He quickly ran out of camp. I want to keep up the herb stock. I need more Cobwebs and I should get a little more of Feverfew. He thought to him self.

Duskstar wanders randomly outside his den, thinking about something important

Briarleaf yawned and padded out of the warriors den, her fur glossy and shimmering in te morning light. She padded over to Duskstar, and said to him quietly "I have something to tell you." completely ignoring Bouncepaw.

Duskstar came out of his thoughts and blinked, 'what is this about?'

Briarleaf purred. "I'm expecting kits!" she said happily, hardly able to get the words out. "Are you happy?" she asked.

OOC: u are obsessed with kits willow, ughh.....


IC: 'wow, already, i am very happy' go talk to brightfire about this

Bouncepaw is listening to his mentor and bounces over. "Really! That is great! Can we go hunting now?Can we learn a new battle move? Can we go do something now?" he said happily while still bouncing.

Duskstar sighs and says 'u better take him out for hunting, briarleaf'

Briarleaf looked at Duskstar. "You dont seem happy. Is something bothering you?" she asked, nodding at Bouncepaw to be quiet for two minitues.

Bouncepaw sat down but still wanting to go do something. His tail twitched quickly.

'Bouncepaw...' Duskstar says 'please go and ask brightfire if she needs help with anything'

'Brairleaf, come into my den'

Bouncepaw bounced out of camp happy to do something.

Briarleaf nodded to her apprentice then followed her mate into his den. "Whats the matter?" she asked quietly after siting down on the moss and bracken.

'Brairleaf.... i think dark times are ahead of us....'
'Spiritclan spoke with me last night.... and gave me a strange message....'

ooc: its BRIARleaf nor Brairleaf :p

ic: Briarleaf's eyes widened. "What did they say?" she whispered

'they said strange things, but i think great sickness will come upon us, and many will suffer'

Briarleaf gasped "Oh no! That's terrible! What will happen to our kits Duskstar? Will they die too?" she started panicking.

'i dont know BRIARleaf, but i want to know why this message wasnt given to the medicine cat.... why send it too me?'

Brightfire padds into the camp and enters his den.

Bouncepaw bounces behind Brightfire and wonders where his mentor is. His cobweb covered paw loses a lot of cob webs while going into the medicine cat den.

Briarleaf frowned. "Maybe you can stop it. Maybe....." Briarleaf continued her sentence in her head, not daring to speak it aloud. Then she shook her head, with one quick sharp movement. "All right, I have to go and train Bouncepaw. You keep pondering." Briarleaf said, padding out of Duskstar's den. "Bouncepaw? You wanted to do a hunting lesson?" she called.

"Of course! I just want to do something! Come on! Lets go!" Bouncepaw bounced around his mentor.

Brightfire put away his new cob webs and feverfew and purred because all his herbs was ready to be used. He padded out of his den and rolled around in a patch of sun light trying to warm up. Brightfire sat and watched as Bouncepaw bounced around his mentor. That was when he saw something different about Briarleaf today.

*Duskstar mutters and goes to his den....

Briarleaf led her bouncing apprentice out of the camp, and into the cooling forest, but not before she notices Brightfire looking at her.

Birchclaw climbed out of his nest and padded out of his den. I should go and walk around the territory today he thought on his way out the camp.

Brightfire rolled around in the warm sun.

Brightfire wanted to go for a walk while his herb supplies are full.

Birchclaw walked into camp with a squirrel and a mouse he caught on the way back to camp.

ic: Gracepaw padded out of the apprentice den, blinking and yawning in the bright mid-morning light. Dawnpaw shoved her out of the way, also blinking in the sudden brightness. Gracepaw face-pawed herself mentally, because Brightfire had promised to show her the best places to gather yarrow yesterday. She padded over, sighing, and said to her mentor "Sorry, Brightfire! I... I couldnt sleep last night," she confessed.

Dawnpaw padded over to the freshkill pile, her head still stuffy with sleep. She grabbed a mouse and gnawed weakly on it.

Brightfire mewed "It is okay, come on lets get going" to his apprentice.

Birchclaw padded over to his sleepy apprentice. "What do you want to do today?" he asked Dawnpaw.

Bouncepaw ran into the camp out of breath and skidded to a stop just before crashing into Brightfire. He was gasping for air. "Briarleaf -gasp- the kits -gasp-". He was vary worried about his mentor.

Brightfire nodded that is all he needed to hear. He looked at his apprentice. "Get the dock leaves!" he mewed worried already. The kits came a little to soon. He turned to the other apprentice "Where is she?" he asked.

Birchclaw looked at Bouncepaw and Brightfire with wide eyes.

Bouncepaw answered "At the meadow"

ic: Gracepaw sighed. "I'll go get the leaves!" she said, sprinting into the medicine den and grabbing a few dock leaves, then on second thought, grabbed some borage too. She sprinted out just in time to hear Bouncepaw say "The Meadow."

Dawnpaw was flabbergasted. Havent the kits come too soon? She ran over to Gracepaw, and grabbed the dock leaves from her. "I'll cary these," she mumbled around the dock.

ooc: O_O i fail... just foreget the dock i meant to say borage. lolz! okay lets say they never picked up the leaves and Dawnpaw picked up some Borage.

ic: "Come on!" Bouncepaw yelled to them and ran out of camp as fast as he can.

Brightfire fallowed Bouncepaw trying to keep up with him.

Birchclaw thought A cat in a forest, might be blood, might be yelling. I should help protect her while she gives birth. He ran off after them. "Wait for me!" he yelled.

Dawnshadow looked for someone to go hunting with her

Gracepaw nodded, and sprinted out of the camp, followed by a hyped Dawnpaw.

Willowlight watched her kits play from her kits play in the nursey. She purred waching them play.

Jaykit wonders around with his blind blue eyes open. He trys to bat his paw at his bigger sister but can't really get her.

Ivykit noticed that her brother was haveing a hard time trying to get her so she steped closer and batted his a few times. She knows that her brother can't see anything and is fine with it.

Gracepaw padded into the camp, and vacantly headed to the medicine cats den, and lay down on the soft moss, eventually falling into a troubled sleep.

Dawnpaw sighed, and looked around for Birchclaw.

Brightfire walked in with the borage between his jaws. He went strait to the nursery. Bouncepaw and Birchclaw fallowed him in. Willowlight looked up at her medicine cat and the two warriors. "Where is Briarleaf? Where were the kits born? When-" she got cut off. "Could you mother the kits? Briarleaf died kiting them at the meadow" Brightfire asked setting the leaves down by Willowlight. "Of course! Who else would? I will not let these kits die!" she mewed. Jaykit and Ivykit looked at them with eyes wide. Bouncepaw and Brichclaw set the two kits down. They walked out of the den both sad about what happened. "Could you eat the herbs?" Brightfire asked and Willowlight nodded and eat the herbs without asking. "Thanks Willowlight" he said sadly and walked out of the den. Jaykit and Ivykit bounced over to the nest to see the adopted kits. "What are their names!" they both asked. "I don't know yet..." Willowlight trailed off thinking. Bouncepaw and Birchclaw sat by the camp entrance not saying one word. Brightfire went to his den to see his apprentice.

ooc: Raven! Kit names! Hint hint!

ic: Gracepaw just sighed and turned over again.

Dawnpaw looked troubled about the new kits.

Duskstar slumped through the camp and headed toward his kits,

Heartkit and Leafkit

he looked at them and smiled to their new mother, 'take care of them' he murmered

Leafkit sighed in her sleep, and turned over to reveal fur just like Briarleaf's. The young she-kit slept on, peacefully.

Dawnpaw looked for Birchclaw.

Willowlight mewed "I will" then turned to the kits. Jaykit and Ivykit both ran over to the new kits. There eyes got wide. Jaykit sniffed each of them in turn then looked up. "What are their names?" Ivykit asked.

Birchclaw mewed "Over here!" to the apprentice looking for him. "Who will be my new mentor?" Bouncepaw asked still sad. "I don't know we need to ask Duskstar first" he said quietly.

Brightfire walked into his den and padded over to his apprentice. He could tell something was wrong. He sat down next to Gracepaw's nest. "What is wrong" he asked.

Dawnpaw padded over to her friend and her mentor. "Shall we ask Duskstar now? Or will we need to wait...?" she said quietly.

Leafkit opened her bright green eyes for the first time. "H-hello..." she mewed quietly, basically a miniature version of Briarleaf. "Where's my mum?" she asked a little more boldly.

Gracepaw sighed. You couldnt pretend with Brightfire. "I'm just worried," she said finally. "For Duskstar's kits....and for Briarleaf's spirit. Just the usual medicine cat stuff," she explained quickly, hopin to throw Brightfire off the scent.

"Not now. Later" Birchclaw said looking in the direction of Duskstar. Bouncepaw nodded. "Who wants to hunt? The freshkill pile is getting low." mewed Birchclaw.

Willowlight looked at her adopted kit and softly mewed "I will be your mother" she looked at her two older kits who was standing there with there eyes wide.

Brightfire mewed "It is going to be okay" then went to his herb stock. He still thought something was wrong with his apprentice. He started to think was it her first cat she lost? Yes that might be it! That happens to all apprentices dose it not? He thought to him self while checking his herb stocks.

ooc: Dove? Theres two kits - Leafkit and Heartkit.

ic: Leafkit nodded "Okay." and promptly turned over and fell asleep again.

Dawnpaw nodded enthusiastically. "Okay! Lets go!" she said excitedly.

Gracepaw sighed again, and fell back asleep.

Birchclaw padded out of the camp with Bouncepaw fallowing.

Willowlight watched her adopted kits move around while her kits where playing.

Ivykit and Jaykit went back to playing after hearing their names.

"I need cats to go on dusk patrol." he announced

"I'll go." Dawnshadow willingly volunteered.

"Okay I need 2 more cats and I will go too" she meowed

Dawnpaw bounced around. "I'll come on the patrol!" she said enthusiastically.

"Okay, one more plus me" she said

Willowlight watched her new kits while her older kits played out side. Jaykit batted at his sister. Ivykit batted him one time then mewed "Look the patrols are going out!". Jaykit ran over "Can we go?" he asked. "Yes! Can we? Can we?" Ivykit asked bouncing around.
