Russetstar felt hot with anger, however he kept his fur flat and nodded. "Thank you. You should head to see Coldfoot or Hollyshade now." He meowed, flicking his tail tip at the tom's wound. Once he dismissed Riverswoop, Russetstar paced back and forth with worry of Littleflower's patrol. How am I to speak with her if she might be stuck in the storm? He thought as he watched the camp.

Coldfoot heard his name and trotted up to Russetstar. "What do I need to do?" he mewed in a flat, bored tone.

Blueshine sat in the elder's den, unable to fall asleep with the sound of pounding rain and thunder.

"Our patrol got stuck out in the hail for a while," Gingerpatch explained to the medicine cat. "Riverswoop seems the most injured."

"Great, now I have to find the cure for hailstones." he snorted. Still, he nudged Riverswoop and trotted to the medicine den.

Hollyshade padded up to Coldfoot. "What's going on?" she asked, hearing some commotion at the front of the den.

Hollyshade pricked her ears with curiosity. "Is he feeling okay?" she questioned, not noticing that Coldfoot was trying to dismiss the problem.

Riverswoop growled a little. "It wasn't a hailstone that hurt me, it was a rock hidden under the snow."

Tulippaw gulped. "Maybe some poppy seeds and rest?" she suggested quietly.

Larkkit sighed. "What's happening to me...?" he muttered to himself. "I'm such a mouse-brain... I should be dead with my siblings." He hissed quietly. "My parents favour Seapaw and Tealpaw anyways..."

Spiderpaw squeaked with excitement as the thunder rumbled overhead and it began to drizzle lightly, however the wind made it slap him in the face, but he didn't mind. After hearing of a new patient in the medicine cat's den, he padded over and smiled. "Hollyshade, can I do something?" He asked eagerly, peeking over Coldfoot and Tulippaw to see the injured tom.

Hollyshade looked at her apprentice and chuckled at his drenched fur. "First you should go dry yourself off," she purred thoughtfully. "Coldfoot and Tulippaw are taking care of our patient for now, and I'm organizing the herb storage. You can help either one of us after your all dry."

Riverswoop sat down, trying not to wince too badly or scare the poor apprentice.

Spiderpaw nodded and shook his fur, quickly moving his way over to his nest and rubbing onto it to dry off. As soon as it was damp instead of soaked he rushed back to where Riverswoop lay. Spiderpaw stood and watched Coldfoot and Tulippaw work, and realized the look on Tulippaw's face. "Hey, what's wrong? Are you sick too?" He gasped slightly, worried for his denmate.

Spiderpaw tilted his head, but leaned back to sitting down because of no response. He shuffled his paws in excitement, wanting to do something to help out and glanced around. "Should I get something?" He questioned, wanting to do something rather than sitting around and watching.

Rainpaw stretched outside, looking up at the sky and frowning, before yelling as hail pelted down all of a sudden, the noise like thunder.

"Shouldn't have tried sunning in the rain." he purred. He halted for a moment, then decided to stretch the truth for the sake of emphasis. "One warrior I was hunting with had to go to the medicine den after getting caught in the hail earlier."

Coldfoot snorted to Tulippaw. "Come on. I didn't train you for moons to freeze up the second you have to do something."

Rainpaw raised an eyebrow. "Riverswoop? I heard he tripped."

Coldfoot sighed in irritation. "Set his foot. Use a stick and cobwebs, then give him poppy seeds." he grumbled.

Riverswoop just sat silently, knowing better than to irritate Coldfoot.

"So you're just going to leave your patient?" Coldfoot called after her angrily. He sighed and grabbed moss off the shelf of his storage. "Sorry about her," he grunted, dipping the moss into chilly water and set a stick along his leg, then wrapped the chilled moss around his paw.

Rainpaw shook his head. "I know you were, no need to be a prickle-fur about it," he huffed, settling into his nest.

Tulippaw stalked out into the clearing, ignoring the sleety rain that was now falling and simply making her way out of the camp.

Tawnysky shivered as a cold wind blew through the camp, bringing along a new wave of heavy rain. She looked out at the entrance of camp and lashed her tail. I wouldn't put it past FrostClan to attack in weather like this.

Spiderpaw perked his ears in curiosity as Tulippaw left the den. Instead of staying, he rushed back out and glanced around to only catch her tail going through the camp entrance/exit. The small brown tabby followed her silently and quickly caught up. "TULIPPAW!!!" He yowled, almost crashing into her before he skidded to a halt.

Spiderpaw frowned and sat alone for a few heartbeats, but as soon as hail began pelting down on him he worried for his "friend". "Wait, Tulippaw! It's funner back at camp, plus you won't be in the hail!" He shouted over the thunder, but wasn't sure if she heard him.

Spiderpaw looked uneasily back at camp behind him, but sucked his breath and followed after Tulippaw. "This isn't so bad, it's kinda like snow-hard snow, but still fun!" He muttered to himself, quickly grinning and kicking a hailstone as he padded onward.

Blueshine flicked her ears as she heard the sound of something crumbling. Her eyes flew open and she darted out of the elder's den. Blueshine whipped around, wheezing and vision blurry from the sudden burst of energy as she looked at the collapsed roof of the elder's den.

Hollyshade pricked her ears at the sudden crash and bounded out of the medicine den. She saw the roof of the elders den with shock. She approached Blueshine steadily, not to worry or surprise the older cat. "Are you alright?" she purred softly.

Robinblaze was right behind Blueshine's tail as she was already awake when the hail-storm had begun. She frowned at the ruined elder's den in dismay. "What now?" She huffed, shaking the rain off but quickly being soaked again.

Robinblaze mumbled something under her breath, "Well, Hollyshade, I suppose we'll have to move in with you for tonight." She meowed, her whiskers twitching with frustration. The medicine den smells horrible, I can't beelive Soulclan had to strike down our only personal space. She thought grouchily.

Tulippaw walked back into camp, her paws muddy from the soaked ground and a mouthful of dock leaves and a little catmint. She walked into the medicine den, ignoring everyone except Coldfoot, and put the leaves down before storming out again.

Spiderpaw followed the shecat in with a huff. He wasn't able to catch up with her, nor get her attention and followed uselessly while falling into mud puddles on the way. He quickly darted in to the den, slightly surprised to see the two elders there. "Oh, hi!" He mewed in excitement for having guests overnight. "We're haven't a sleepover!" He exclaimed with excitement.

Robinblaze snorted and turned around try up in the extra nest, however she felt uncomfortable because of the cold and old moss.

"I know who you are, Blueshine," Tulippaw scoffed. "I grew up hearing stories of the feared Viperstar. But now I have to deal with old hags like you and Coldfoot who don't believe that LeafClan and CloudClan should have ever combined!" She sunk her claws into the ground.
