Fire/Frost/Bright border

Dapplestar slipped, regaining her balance on the rocky slope. "If your warriors hadn't been hunting on our territory, we would never have trapped them here!" she snapped, lashing at Ivorystar's face.

The leader flinched backwards again, sharp stinging spreading across her face, centered from her eye. "Coward!" she yowled back, spitting blood. "Hunting prey is nothing compared to the death of my deputy and stealing my warriors!" She paused for a moment before leaping back down into the battle.

Roseleaf's eyes widened as she realised who was barrelling towards her. "Mistpaw!" she hissed at the apprentice, grabbing her scruff and pulling her behind a bush. "What in SoulClan's name are you doing here?!"

Mistpaw exhaled in relief to be off the battle field. "I thought you needed help! I couldn't let you risk your life without backup!"

Roseleaf shook her head. "No, no, its way too dangerous for you here," she tutted and licked her ear. "Go back to camp and bring Hazelflight back, please? And go around the clearing this time!"

"Yes Roseleaf!" She said with a purr. She turned and ran around the clearing and into the bushes.

"I told you I hundred times, I had no involvement in Boulderheart's death!" she snarled, lunging forward and bowling into her chest.

Rippleshade saw Mistpaw leaving and charged at Roseleaf. She could be going for BrightClan reinforcements! Or DuskClan!

Roseleaf let out a panicked yowl and darted off towards BrightClan territory.
Lynxfang glanced at Fennelstrike, then slowly edged away from the rest of the waiting group.

Ivorystar lay on the ground for only the briefest of moments. "How is it possible then that he was covered in FrostClan scent?!" She spoke as she clambered back to her paws, angry and covered in dirt.

Dapplestar stood a few paces from Ivorystar, eyes glittering. "How should I know? Maybe he rolled in it then slipped on a rock. Ooh, I've heard you've been slipping from a few cats. Maybe YOU killed him and have been pretending there was FrostClan scent? They all seem equally likely to me." she snarled, poised to strike.

Hazelflight raced towards the border, paws burning and lungs aching.

"How dare you accuse me of killing my own deputy, you foul rogue!" Ivorystar leaped towards Dapplestar, rage clouding her judgement and simply wanting to feel her skin tear beneath her claws.

Dapplestar rose to meet her, only half prepared, and was knocked onto her back. She kicked upward, battering at the leader's belly.

Ivorystar dug her claws into Dapplestar's throat, growling before being thrown off.

Scorpionclaw burst through the bushes, throwing her head to the sky with a caterwaul. She immediately leapt towards Dapplestar, claws extended. She bowled the FrostClan leader over, fastening her jaws around her neck.

Dapplestar let out a horrified shriek as the jaws closed around her neck. She clawed desperatly, trying to remove her attacker.

Turtlesplash scrambled away from the apprentices. "Wave two!" she yowled.

Fennelstrike, Owlstripe, Crowsong, and Rainstorm charged into battle, yowling.

Petrelflight charged into Redstar, snarling.

Lynxnfang nudged Fennelstrike, bounding down the hill with the rest of the group but avoiding most of the battle and moving around to where he could see Roseleaf up a tall pine.

Fawndapple followed Scorpionclaw out of the bushes, leading the DuskClan patrol behind her and launching herself into battle.

As Scorpionclaw still held onto Dapplestar, she spotted a boulder in the corner of her eye, a plan forming in her head. She quickly pulled away, waiting for Dapplestar to get up.

Crowflame became surprised by a sudden weight push her down. She hissed furiously and turned her head, lashing at whoever was on her. Her fur was bristling, anger showing from her eyes. 

All my other cats are guarding their respective camps.

Fennelstrike, puzzled, veered his course to follow Lynxfang.

Tawnysky, Dawnfire, and Hawksky charged into battle.

Dapplestar struggled to her paws, panting, and looked at Scorpionclaw. "You." she spat.

"So we finally meet again," Scorpionclaw smiled mockingly, padding in a circle around Dapplestar, her fur bristling.

"You're not getting me." she snarled, retching coughing out a few specks of blood.

Scorpionclaw suddenly pulled really close to Dapplestar, until her whiskers brushed her face. "I got Lizardnose, you'll be no different," she whispered in her ear. All of the sudden she gripped the leader's face in her claws, slamming her head into the rock behind her. A heart-stopping crack echoed throughout the clearing.

Dapplestar's limp body crumpled to the ground.

Sloeheart heard the crack and flinched, turning to the source of the sound. He gasped, then flattened his ears and charged towards Scorpionclaw. "YOU KILLED DAPPLESTAR!" he howled.

A growl rumbled in Scorpionclaw's throat as she turned to meet the warrior's attack. At the last second she ducked under him, tearing her thorn-sharp claws across his belly in a lethal blow as he went over her.

Ivorystar watched with horror. "Scorpionclaw!" she called to the warrior, getting back up on the rock. "That is enough!"

Sloeheart gasped, faltering and collapsing as he felt blood pour from the wound on his belly. He lay on the ground near his leader, trying to drag himself across the field to the medicine cats, wheezing for help.

Hazelflight watched Sloeheart, eyes wide with shock but unable to do anything for the enemy as he bled out on the field, gasping and spluttering.

"Can't you see Ivorystar? They are the enemy! Or are you too soft to understand," Scorpionclaw growled, not even bothering to clean the blood from her fur.

Bluepaw, having slipped away from camp to go to the battle, watched in horror as cats tore each other apart. She saw her leader, Dapplestar, not moving and she became frozen with shock and fear. "Dapplestar.." was all she could whisper as she looked at her body, her fur suddenly growing hot with anger and her claws unsheathing.

Ivorystar snarled at her. "We are warriors, we do not fight to kill," she hissed, shoving her claw-scratched face into Scorpionclaw's. "Leave, go back to camp. I will discuss this with Russetstar later."

Scorpionclaw turned and ran back towards the camp, paws burning as she sprinted over the ground.

Hazelflight looked at Ivorystar, then swiftly moved to Sloeheart's side. The FrostClan tom shook an wheezed, blood oozing from his belly wound and entrails visible. She pulled away at the sight. He's much too far gone, all he's left to do is die.
Sloeheart shuddered a final time, letting out a curling howl, then lay limp.

Dapplestar's eyes flickered open as one of her lives faded. She quietly rose to her paws, staring at Ivorystar's turned back.

Bluepaw saw movement from her leader's body and she unsheathed her claws. She ran quickly to her and crouched down by Dapplestar. "Are you okay, Dapplestar? I got scared and worried... that.. you were dead." She asked her leader, stammering her words from still being in shock.

Sunflight flew into battle, claws unsheathed at (Put cat here). He hissed at them and swiped his claws at their neck.


Embercloud swiped his claws at a tom and hissed. He moved in circles so he could see the tom.

Roseleaf gulped from her spot in the tree, watching with fear clouding her vision.
Lynxfang crept up from behind, his gaze narrowed.

Rainstorm yelped as Sunflight crashed into her and ripped her claws towards him, aiming at the face.

Turtlesplash tackled Risingpaw, snarling.

Dawnfire ducked to avoid Embercloud's blows, flinching as he was hit, and aimed a few of his own.

Sunflight tried to dodge some of the blows but most hit. He aimed back before jumping away and tried attacking from behind.



Embercloud flinched as he was hit on his blind side. He moved so Dawnfire wouldn't hit him on the blind side.

Lynxfang climbed the tree silently, tuning out all the other noise until he could only hear his own heartbeat thrumming in his chest. He stopped on the branch below Roseleaf before leaping up beside her and easily pressing the surprised, and now even more terrified medicine cat's muzzle to the tree bark. "No need to yowl for help, nobody's gonna hear you in this chaos," he murmured, smirking. 
Roseleaf shook with fear, her eyes flashing with memories. It can't be...no, no, no! She tried to lash out at him, but he easily pinned her tighter, using his full weight and almost crushing her. 
"Oh dear, the medicine cat is finally learning to use her claws." Lynxfang snorted softly, easing his grip on her a little. "Too bad you won't live to see the next dawn." He tensed suddenly and shoved her off the high branch.
Roseleaf landed with a loud thump on her side in the roots, unable to breathe or see as her vision began to spin.

Hazelflight tore her gaze from Sloeheart's body to see someone falling from a tree. Her heart dropped. Something felt wrong. Without thinking, she found herself racing across the battlefield, dodging tussling cats, and arrived at the base of the tree. 
"Roseleaf.."

Roseleaf managed to focus for a second, purring weakly. "H-Hazelflight..." she murmured, a cough wracking her sore and bleeding body.

Redstar growled when she felt Petrelflight throw her to the ground. "You know," she panted, muscles aching, "you can never defeat us." With that, the she-cat pushed at the BrightClan warrior with her hind legs, and shoved her claws into her shoulder.

ooc: Sooooo I never roleplayed Russetstar coming in here because I was waiting on Fawndapple..... so here we go.

Russetstar raced onto the battle field, letting out a ear splitting yowl of rage before launching himself at (Insert cat here.)

Lilyflame stuck close to her clan until she heard her leaders battle yowl, and raced to help her BrightClan allies.

IC: Sleetblaze span around as she ran into the battle, claws out, she slashed her claws at the nearest cat, (insert cat here), who wasn't in DuskClan or BrightClan.

Russetstar landed on bare ground where Frostflame used to be, hissing and whirling around to face her again, lashing his tail as he swung a paw towards her face.

Eagleflame ducked under the whirling claws of fighting cats around him, eyes darting around for someone to fight, or to protect. He caught sight of Flakesoul, rolling across the ground before darting towards her. " You ok?" He asked, reaching her side with unsheathed claws, his eyes darting around.

Flakesoul let out a short purr when she saw Eagleflame and nodded. "I don't know who our allies are and who the enemies are!" she said helplessly, looking around at the battle.

Frostflame yelped as his paw scratched her cheek and she slashed back at his leg, hoping to make him fall.

Hailstorm stood still, unsure what to do. He looked fearfully around the clearing, trying not to be noticed.
Ooc: Someone attack him pls

Aurorashade yowled in fear as she felt Emberspark knock her over. She unsheathed her claws and batted helplessly at the warrior's belly, but she clenched her teeth in pain as her shoulder wound began bleeding again.

Blizzardtuft charged into the clearing behind Russetstar, bowling over Hailstorm. He pinned the WaterClan warrior down, hissing.

Hailstorm's eyes widened with fear. He pressed his hind legs into the warriors belly, trying to throw him off but not being able to.

Emberspark flinched as her stomach got scratched and she stumbled back, wincing before launching herself back at Aurorashade.

OOC: Wait a minute... I thought Hailstorm was at the WaterClan temporary camp?

IC: Aurorashade flinched, but kept her ground. She quickly licked some blood off of her scratches and wiped her paws on the dirt below her. She let out an earsplitting screech and headbutted into Emberspark with all her strength, attempting to render her unconscious.

Lunarshine stumbled into the clearing once again, and locked gazes with Dapplestar. Oh no! She's lost a life already... this isn't good. she thought, and watched the battle intently. She hid behind a tree trunk, not aware of Moonshine being very close.

Emberspark grunted, using the force to roll and then stick her paw out so Aurorashade tripped. She staggered to her feet, claws out and eyes narrowed, ignoring her new headache.

Aurorashade tumbled onto the ground, and she lay there for a few moments, breathing heavily. She rose again, facing Emberspark. She kept silent as she pushed her nose into the FireClan warrior's forehead. She raised a paw and slammed it on top of her head.

Emberspark yowled in pain, crumpling down and cursing. She bit Aurorashade's leg as she fell, then slipped between consciousness.
