FrostClan Mountain's Peak

The top of FrostClan's mountain is the highest in the territories of all of the Clans. The only way to reach up here, besides trying to scale the impossible land-slide of rock that destroyed the Twoleg paths long ago, is to find the right tunnel to reach the peak. The Peak is normally snow-covered apart from the very warmest moons of Greenleaf, and though not much grows, it is often a place that apprentices come to dare each other to do silly things. However, danger lurks in the form of hawks and sometimes even an eagle or two which will attack any cat, regardless of how old they are. They can be good eating, though three or four cats are often required to take down just one hawk.
Sitting at the Peak of the territories is often another FrostClan tradition; sometimes new warriors will be sent to keep watch during the night in greenleaf here rather than keeping watch on the camp. This gives the cats new respect for the lands that the Clans own, as well as helping them conquer their fears of heights.

After a long walk, Sandfern made it. She could see far from up here. It was a gorgeous sight and she was glad she made the long walk.

Stormwatcher emerged from the tunnel, treading through the grass and keeping her eyes locked on Sandfern at the top of the mountain. She unsheathed her claws, tracing something illegible in the dirt and launching herself at the FrostClan she-cat with an earsplitting yowl.

Sandfern shrieked for a second but leaped out of the way. "So you are trying to kill me, huh? Well I won't go down without a fight." She hissed, baring her teeth.

Stormwatcher laughed. "You think you can even lay a claw on me? Hilarious." she snarled, curling her lip to reveal sharp, shiny molars. She bit down on Sandfern's shoulder, piercing it as deep as she could before pushing away and standing with her back arched.

Sandfers winced and twisted and raked her claws against Stormwatcher.

Stormwatcher hissed, flattening her ears. "You can't defeat me, fool!" she yowled, ramming into Sandfern and sinking her teeth into the warrior's neck.

Sandfern could feel blood trickle down her neck. She struggled for a moment with Stormwatcher's teeth in her neck. She gasped for air. "You traitor!" She hissed then fell limp.

Stormwatcher pushed Sandfern's limp body away. She took a deep breath, looking down at the bottom of the mountain and kicking the dead FrostClan warrior off the peak. She cackled, padding back towards the tunnel exit.

OOC: Oh someone was already going to find the body but okay

Timberspeck closed his eyes and sat at the peak. "You can see everything from here."

"Its smells like crow-food." Sparkfeather said and wrinkled her nose. She was panting heavily from the walk.

Timberspeck nodded. "Someone I know had to be sent here as an apprentice. It seemed terrifying."

"I think the FireClan apprentice mission things are good enough." Sparkfeather joked.

Timberspeck laughed. "Yes they are.." He swallowed. "Sparkfeather, Since the battle, I have been wondering how short life is. To the oak, we are only a blink of an eye."

"It is too short." She said. She remembered how many FireClan cats had died and shuddered.

Timberspeck looked at Sparkfeather. "I cant loose you."

Sparkfeather said nothing hut dipped her head low. She imagined what it would be like to lose Timberspeck and without realizing, a single tear fell from her face.
