Aspenflame, BrightClan elder

NB: All things written in red are added since he became an elder since he was previously the leader of StormClan

Appearance: A lithe brown tabby tom with a white chest, chin, belly, front toes, and back legs. His tail tip is white, and his eyes are amber-hazel. He is scarred and has a split ear, and is going a little deaf.
Personality: though sometimes a little quiet and thinks about the world around him a lot, Aspen is a fun loving, happy cat. He is a natural leader, with the air of a cat who knows what he's doing, even when he's not in charge of the situation. He loves to be around cats, and often feels lost or alone when he's not near anyone. His major fault is the fact that he tends not to use his words to his advantage, liking a good border scuffle or a race after a particularly juicy piece of prey, but is full of love and care.
As an elder, Aspenflame has reflected a lot on his life as a part of StormClan, and often wonders if he made a mistake bringing them here, due to the fact that their spirit seems to be fading. He misses the old territory dearly, but is glad that his Clanmates are now thriving. He spends his moons dozing in the sun, and telling great stories to any interested kits, especially the ones with EchoClan and StormClan blood, and still often enjoys a race through the grass after a particularly fast rabbit.

Skills: Aspen is a great fighter as he uses his smaller size to his advantage, but lacks in hunting skill. He can climb and run pretty well, but he dislikes too much height and is still slightly uncomfortable in water. He has a good memory too, and is loyal to the Clan and the Code.

Family/History: Aspen was born to a rogue named Dawn along with his older brother Edward and younger sister Snowflake. Their father was absent and probably dead, but Dawn raised the kits on the illusion that their father would be back someday. Edward had a violent streak and left the nest early, after a particularly nasty spat with Dawn. 
The shecat fell ill soon after this, and much to Snowflake and Aspen's sadness, she passed away. They found Edward and told him of the sad news, but he just drove them away much like any other rogue. Snowflake managed to dislocate her leg, and going to the Clan for help, they were let in and offered a place to stay. The pair agreed readily, becoming Snowpaw and Aspenpaw. But one leafbare afternoon, not long after they'd become apprentices, Snowpaw disappeared. Aspenpaw headed the searches himself, and they found her blood streaked along one of the clearings, with the scent of fox hanging in the air. Aspenpaw became distraught and stopped eating and drinking completely, till one of the new apprentices by the name of Featherpaw approached him. The pair soon became good friends, and eventually warriors together, Featherpaw becoming Feathersong and Aspenpaw to Aspenflame, after his fiery temper. They became mates not long after, but Feathersong fell ill soon after Aspenflame learnt of her expecting kits. There were three in the litter, but one was born dead, the other didn't last the night, and the smallest and weakest only just survived. Feathersong died of the sickness, and Aspenflame blamed himself now. His kit, named Snowykit after his sister, grew to apprentice age knowing that she didn't have a mother and her father refused to talk to her. So when Snowypaw was apprenticed, Aspenflame confronted her and told her all about her mother and begged for forgiveness. She accepted his apology, and the pair are now as close as anything. 
Snowypaw became Snowyspirit not long after Aspenflame was promoted to deputy, and with the sudden deaths of his fellow deputy and Stormstar, Aspenflame hopes to be a great leader for his Clan, and often sees Feathersong in his dreams.

The journey to BrightClan was by far the biggest decision of his leadership, going off words of the cats who gave him his lives in the first place. The journey was tough and he lost many a life on the way, his second to last succumbing from an illness just after they arrived. He returned to being Aspenflame not long after this, preferring to let his Clan follow someone he considered a stronger leader, but was happy when his deputies got significant positions within the Clans themselves. He fought furiously in the battle with Viperstar, and now is living out his days as an elder trying to make sure the lives of the cats that died during the journey weren't in vain.
