Ruddy looked at Atlanta and roared at her.

Avalanche followed after Lily and scooped her up onto her back, knowing Lily still hadn't recovered yet.

Cindy crouched down low on Zirconia's back, grinning as she flew up. She whistled as the dragon twisted in the air, then drifted through the sky.

Zirconia looked back at Cindy, then down at the ocean. Quickly circling around, Zirconia dropped down a bit then tried to fly up. "I know you can't fly girl, but come on try and glide to the land. You can do it, okay!" Cindy smiled nervously, rolling backwards suddenly and sliding half off. "Quick!" she yelled, grabbing the Razorwhip's leg, who kicked her back up. Cindy gripped her neck as Zirconia opened her wing out, angling down as they smashed into the grass. Cindy flipped over, groaning. "That went well."

IC: Cindy groaned as she got up. "I'm not carrying you." she said. "Wait, if I can get your leg in a splint..." She quickly looked around, grabbing some things like twigs and making a quick splint for her. "We can get a better one once we get back. I'll get on you if you can go, and we can head back to the village."

Cindy patted Zir's wing gently. "Fly, quickly." She said, holding on as the dragon quickly shot into the air and raced to the village, hovering. "I'll jump off, follow me," she said, jumping off and rolling then wincing at her ankle. She ran over to where Lily, Avalanche and Atlanta were. "Mind if I tag along with Zirconia?" she asked as the dragon limped up behind.

Zirconia flashed her good wing. "She's the one helping me." she growled back. "I was the one who wanted to fly!"
Cindy saw the dragon growl at her and bared her teeth in return. She looked at Zir, and stroked her neck carefully. "It's okay, it's okay, don't hurt yourself more." she whispered.

Avalanche glanced away from them and bared her fangs.

Skullette was walking up to them and looked pissed off. "Now look what you idiots have done, you hurt the poor dragon!" she shouted. In her hands she held what appeared to be a saddle made for a medium-sized dragon.

Avalanche growled furiously and hid behind Lily, scared now.

Skullette had an evil glint in her eye. "Best friend? Would you like to test that?! Put yourself in a trust fall then, off a cliff and see if she'll save you. She probably wouldn't. If she won't risk her own life for you then she's no friend. It'll tell you she doesn't care for you.......and neither do I. Friends with a dragon?! How obsurd. A dragon doesn't understand us, you don't understand her!" she shouted.

Atlanta tried to see if she could see the island where Aurora took her. She squinted but nothing came to view. Just thick fog and ocean.

Cindy looked at her nails, watching Zir. "Hun, I did jump off a cliff, and this big girl here saved me. Do you see a saddle anywhere?"

Skullette ducked and unsheathed her sword, pointing it at Zirconia. "Make the dragon back down or a I swear to Odin I will cut her up!" she ordered Cindy before gasping as thick fog suddenly rolled in.

Avalanche growled, sensing something bad about to happen.

Cindy pulled out her own double ended sword. "Touch a scale on her and I will cut you alive." she stated calmly, even though her eyes were flaming. She looked around at the fog, eyes narrowing. "Smothering smokebreaths? That was sudden..." Gripping her sword, she gestured for Zirconia to come back.

Avalanche looked around and then fired a shot away from the village and into the mist. It exploded and they could make out the silhouette of a dragon Avalanche really didn't want to see.

Skullette watched and then backed away from the silhouette. She ran towards her door.

"Coward!" Cindy yelled, grabbing out her bow and aiming an arrow at the silhouette, then letting go and shooting.

The arrow fired didn't seem to hit anything and the fog was starting to drift away now.

Avalanche relaxed slightly but her nerves were on edge.

Alrik frowned. "It could've been chasing after another dragon who was firing at it or it was natural fog its wing beats pushed onto the shore." he said and then flinched as he heard a very loud crashing sound.

Avalanche looked around fearfully but caught no sight of said Death song.

Alrik gasped as the ground shook after the crash. "That's a big dragon." he said fearfully.

Avalanche growled and flew towards the crash and then was wacked by something that looked like a multi-colored tail that forced her back.

Alrik gasped and told Lily to gain control of Avalanche.

That was when wings popped up from behind a building and the head of a death song reached around a house and stared at them.

Avalanche backed up as the dragon took flight and her blue eyes widened as she realized what the dragon had in its talons - Skullette.

Skullette screamed for help when the dragon took flight into the air. She held in her hand her sword and then growled. She slashed at the dragon's leg, not realizing what she was doing. The Death Song let go of her - 200 feet in the air. Skullette's form then fell towards the ground at a rather fast speed. When her body hit the ground, she felt something break and her eyes grew dark, she had died on impact.

Katla had watched the whole scene from afar and hid in her doorway.

Lily rushed forewords, before stopping and closing her eyes. She didn't want to see it but she must. She waved her arms in the air. "Hey stupid cannibal! Over here!"

Aurora flew down and landed next to Atlanta, nudging her.
