Hollowshade of DuskClan

Appearance: Hollowshade is a medium-haired brown tom. He has a brown tabby pelt, with darker legs, and a long black stripe along his back, and the back of his head. Around his face, he has longer tufts of fur, and a white chin. Hollowshade's ears are pointy, with tufts at the tips, and black at the back. His eyes are a yellow-green color. Hollowshade's tail is very short, and only a bob.

Personality: Hollowshade is a very gullible tom. He is easily persuaded into believing things, even if they are obviously told to be fake, but Hollowshade has a hard time figuring that out. Perhaps it is because of his old age, or maybe he was always like this. Not many cats know of it, but at least it's easier to get him to do things without him grumping about it. He is also very friendly, and has a love of playing around with kits and telling stories to them. The elder is also very determined, and will not hesitate to get any task needed done. However, Hollowshade is also very weak, well, emotionally, and physically. This can cause him to be a bit emotional, or, too emotional at times. 

History: Brambleskip, and Sparrowclaw both had high hopes for their lives. They became mates, mostly for the clan's good and to add more kits. They didn't exactly love each other, but were fond of each other. It was a strange relationship. They had their litter of kits a few moons later after becoming mates, and it included Hollowkit, Moonkit, Mousekit, and Sloekit. All four kits grew up well together, and were quite a kind group. Once apprentices, they trained together, but sadly, Sloepaw died of a sickness early on. This broke Hollowpaw's training in half, and caused him to slow down. However, he was eager to finish it, for Sloepaw, after his mother Brambleskip talked to him over it. Finally, being made a warrior, Hollowpaw became Hollowshade. He had a normal life, despite his father dying one day from a battle. Moondapple, his littermate often bothered him about finding a mate, since she had already done so. Although it frusterated him, he did fall in love with a shecat called Heatherstorm. For a while, the two were good friends. But not until Mouseblaze died, did they become even closer. Hollowshade, being emotional, broke down again, but this time, Heatherstorm helped him through it. They fell in love, and became mates. Heatherstorm expected her litter at the same time Moondapple expected hers, and they also grew close as friends. Moondapple had her litter first, but unfortunately, she died from her kitting. She gave birth to two kits, but one of them died from being too weak. The second kit, Mottlekit, was given to Heatherstorm to nurse. She had her first litter of kits soon after, including: Moonkit(after Moondapple), Cloverkit, and Snailkit. The three grew up well with Mottlekit, and were under Hollowshade's proud watch. He often played with them, and badger ride was their favorite. Hollowshade's playing ceased after his mother died from old age.And he didn't spend much time with his kits afterwards, using the excuse of them being too old for games like that. They soon became apprentices. Hollowshade, while out on a lone-hunt to think about his deceased family, encountered a hare. He chased it until he reached a thunderpath, and quickly crossed to catch the hare. However, a monster came out of nowhere, and struck him frozen. He quickly moved out of the way, but his tail didn't make it. Returning to camp, with no tail, he had to have it cut off by the medicine cats so the infection would not spread. Hollowshade retired to the elder's den shortly after, not able to hunt and fight as he used to. However, he still has a cheery personality. He watched his kits grow into warriors, and soon, Heatherstorm joined him in the elders den. 

Family: His mother is Brambleskip, a black shecat with amber eyes. His father is Sparrowclaw, a brown tabby tom with green eyes. Sloepaw, Mouseblaze, and Moondapple are his littermates. They are all deceased.

Moondapple's kit, Mottlebird, a dapple brown and white tom, is his adoptive son. His mate is Heatherstorm, who is a pale brown tabby shecat with blue eyes. His kits are Moonpelt(a black shecat with blue eyes), Cloverfrost(a pale brown tabby and white shecat with green eyes), and Snailberry(a brown tabby tom with amber eyes). They are all alive, and open to adopt. Snailberry is closed, and belongs to me.
