The North Wind; the Spring Falls Empty The North Wind; the Spring Falls

The Spring Falls are known as such due to the massive amounts of water that come over the cliffs during spring and summer; the change of season is noted by the North Wind because of the loud cracking of the ice falling that lends itself to warmer temperatures. The Falls themselves aren't that tall but it is the river before it that would kill any cat who happened to fall in; up in the mountain the rocks are jagged and almost always icy, while down the bottom the rocks are smoothed by many moons' worth of water washing over them. Small herbs and grasses grow around the base of the falls during the warmer moons, and attract smaller bits of prey as well as larger animals.
