Grove Point Park || The Mineshaft

This area is located almost wholly underground, a generously sized open area of compacted dirt and clay with the roof mostly held up by some strange Twoleg wood. Dislodged stones and cracks in the walls provide some sort of shelter from the rain that drips in through the ceiling when outside is particularly bad, but the twoleg structure helps to hold it in place and also lets in faint light. The passage extends right down into BrightClan territory, though this is rarely used, but about midway between the camp area and the end of the passage is a section where the roof has partially collapsed, and the boulders blocking the shaft create easy steps up under a wall and into the Rabbit Warrens area of Grove Point Park. 
Herbs are almost non-existent in this dark place, but fungi grow in the deepest cracks, and bats, mice, and rats tend to hang around. Prey will have to be found elsewhere, as it is believe some of the animals carry deadly diseases.

Lapu woke in his nest, and yawned, sitting up. He blinked away sleep, and looked around at the group.

Hatuh snuck up on Sevel, and leapt onto his back.

Sevel yelped, and slipped away from his sister. He growled and leapt towards her, colliding mid air and swiping at each other as they landed.

Slash roused from his nest, flicking his tail. "I need a hunting patrol!" he announced. "Go to that dry spot outside the mineshaft, there should be some prey there."

Russet woke up to the sunlight's rays peeking in on her through a hole in the ceiling. Her vision seemed to go dizzy as she forgot where she was, but once she spotted Slash's familiar voice, her muscles relaxed. Russet sighed and lifted herself up from her makeshift nest after laying there awake for a few moments. As she made her way to the dry spot, a pang of sorrow hit her, remembering how she lived in Duskclan and her family. Did I make the right choice? OR am I doing this only for Slash.. She thought as she picked a mouse from the pile and sat down quietly.

IC: Slash padded up to Russet, dipping his head to the healer. "Good morning, Russet." he greeted. "How was your sleep?"

Hatuh yowled. " IM GOING TO CATCH THE BIGGEST PREY!" She declared, racing out of the mine.

Sevel smiled and raced after his sister

OOC: Oh wait that's true (I imagined him younger oops) Maybe he could be a father-ish figure to her?

Russet shrugged, "It was..okay. I still can't believe I left though." She meowed, not wanting to reveal her nightmares she had been getting ever since they left Fireclan. Russet watched as the new members were getting ready for a hunting patrol. "I guess it's not that different though, we still are helping each other like the clans, right?"

Slash sighed. "We're away from those filthy Clans now, Russet," he growled. "We can do things however we want to do them out here. Without that mangy Redstar ordering us around." And with that, he turned and disappeared out of the shaft.

Inkeri awoke from her nest slowly, eyes adjusting to the milky light filtering in through the hole in the roof above her. She saw cats moving around the shaft and guessed there was a hunting move. She followed the way Slash had gone and unsheathed her claws.

Hatuh slowled as she exicted the shaft. She twitched a ear, and took a breath, letting her eyes focas under a bush. She kinked her tail and Sevel nodded, making his way around to the left of the bush.

Hatuh then crouched, crawling towards the rustling bush. She pounced, missing the mouse by a hair. The mouse ran towards a big tree on the right, and Hatuh blocked its path, making it go straight to Sevel who pounced and killed it.

" Good job!" Hatuh purred, skipping towards her brother.

Aether lay in his nest, simply observing what was happening around him looking almost as if he was asleep.

Russet stood there for a bit, thinking over her thoughts and quickly followed after Slash, halting in front of him. "Slash, I also wanted you to know, I'm changing my name. Er, to Tessa. That was my old kittypet name before I joined the clans." She explained, hoping the name change would help her forget her clan-life.

Aether's ears pricked when he heard Russet speaking, but he didn't say anything.

Slash nodded to Russet, casually rasping his tongue over his paw and bringing it behind his ear. "I'm fine with that," he meowed. "I wouldn't want the Clan life clinging to the back of my paws either."

Tessa nodded, although she felt a bit offended by his response, but you left the clans, so you shouldn't care for them anymore.. she quickly reminded herself. She flicked her fluffy tail quickly and raised her chin, "I also need someone to join me to gather herbs for us." She announced, hoping someone would offer without her having to wander around asking.

Aether glanced around, then got to his paws. "I'll come."

Inkeri padded back into the shaft, sticking close to the right wall as the center pathway was a little slanted. She approached Slash and flicked her tail towards Bell and Asher, leaving back to her nest.

Slash glared at the two cats, but soon recognized them as members of Oynx's group. "What can I do for you two?" he meowed, tilting his head.

Asher flicked his tail. "Oynx sent us." he said, motioning for Bellamy to continue as he'd forgotten what Oynx sent them to do.

Hatuh and Sevel tumbled over each other as they rushed back into the Mineshaft. " Ohh! New cats!" Hatuh said hushly to her brother.

Slash flicked his tail to Hatuh and Sevel. "Shush!" he ordered. "What does Oynx need?" he meowed to Bellamy.

"She wants to know how we should fight the Clans back." Bell explained, watching Hatuh and Sevel bounce around the den.

"Some of our group has attacked a group of Clan cats but they got away." Asher continued.

Sevel nudged his sister, who glared at him and Slash in turn, but settled down next to Sevel.

Lapu came up and sat next to his son and daughter, watching the cats carefully.

Slash nodded slowly. "I see. What has Oynx being doing about her other allies?" he asked Asher.

"Uhm." Asher mewed, glancing at Bellamy. "He can probably explain better than me." he said.

"Oynx has left to the mountains just now to check our relationship with Flavia and her group. We're not sure when she'll return. She's already met with Mochi and Gardi, and they've confirmed that we need to fight back against the Clans." Bellamy explained.

Slash flattened his ears. "I'm hoping Flavia, Oynx, Mochi, and Gardi are willing to meet with me. I'd like to hold a meeting here on our exact plans for the Clans." he meowed, being his usual organized self.

"What time would the meeting be, and we can send a message to the other groups." Asher said, tail flicking from side to side.

Slash pondered for a moment. "If possible, they can join us here in the mineshaft tonight."

Bellamy nodded. "Alright. We'll get the message across to Gardi and Mochi, and Oynx once she returns from her journey to the mountains. I bid you good day, Slash." Bellamy dipped his head to the older cat and flicked his tail, leading Asher out of the den.

Inkeri waved her tail in goodbye to the two cats.

Asher dipped his head too, following Bellamy at his side. "I think that went well." he mewed, glancing back as they walked.

" Where going to fight the clans!" Hatuh whispered to her brother, who was frozen with shock. " Isn't this great!"

" Uh.. yeah! Yeah, real fun." Sevel mewed absently.

Sven narrowed his eyes a little, padding over to Slash and dipping his head lightly. "I don't trust them," he stated softly.

Slash flattened his ears, watching Bellamy and Asher exit the shaft. "As long as we continue to work together, I wouldn't worry much about that. I'm more worried about the Clans." he meowed in response to Sven, one of his most trusted Council members.

Sven nodded slowly. "I am too. But is it really the right choice to team up with rogues? Onyx murders in cold blood," he added, his voice hushed.

"Honestly, we don't have a chance driving out the Clans without other groups." Slash stated. "Plus, if we do manage to defeat them, we'll have abundant herbs and prey, and essential hunting grounds."

Sven nodded. "It's your decision." He padded off to find some prey.

Tessa flattened her ears ,overhearing the conversation. She felt a sick feeling in her stomach. Attack the clans? They attacked my clan?? Thoughts swirled in her mind and she dashed past Slash and Sven, and outside to where she sat on a tree, thinking. "Th-they attacked my clanmates..." She muttered to herself, her eyes wide, "I should be there right now, helping them in the medicine den."

Slash felt something brush against his flank, and he glanced over to see Tessa dashing out of the mineshaft. He followed her quickly, looking up and seeing her in a tree. He clambered up one of the thick branches and sat down next to her. "What's wrong, Tessa?" he meowed, tilting his head. He let his shoulders roll back lazily as a soft, chilly breeze blew his way.

Aether sighed a little, feeling impatience prickling in his pads. This will be huge! Lots of prime territory, just waiting to be hunted. He unsheathed his claws without realising.

Sven stretched, yawning.

Tessa almost jumped off the tree in surprise, but quickly regained her balance as she dug her claws into the bark. "Oh, it's nothing. I just don't feel like I want to fight against the clans." She explained, then quickly widened her eyes, "It's not like I care about them anymore, I just feel queasy with blood." She meowed, trying to cover up her disloyalty.

ooc: um bump? Any groups that are involved should be arriving now.

ic: Onyx padded through the bushes, freezing when she heard voices coming from near to the entrance of Slash's camp.

Jingle trotted into the mineshaft behind Onyx, ears flattened nervously.
OOC: @skybreeze is River with her still?

Slash spotted two cats from his position in the tree and flicked his tail in a 'sorry' gesture as he left Tessa on her swaying branch.
"Greetings, Oynx," he meowed, eyes traveling over to Jingle. "And who, may I ask, are you?"

"Jingle has come as a representative of Shard's group, near the beach." Onyx flicked her tail, having spoken to the shecat on the way here.

Jingle gave Slash a friendly nod. "I heard you were talking about our 'Clan' problem." she mewed passively.

"Oh, yes indeed," Slash nodded, curling his tail around his paws and straightening his back. "I was simply brainstorming the other night, and we could possibly formulate our ideas of taking down the Clans together. Oynx, what was your original plan? I heard you and your group attacked some Clan apprentices a few days ago." he meowed.

Onyx flicked her tail. "That was simply for fun. To terrorise them." She smirked a little. "Shall we wait until everyone else has arrived?"

OOC: Fun fact - Jingle is Martenpaw and Robinpaw's mom ;3
IC: "Hmph." Jingle grumbled. "I guess that's why it smells like pine and murder in here."

Onyx narrowed her eyes at Jingle. "Would you rather go back to Shard with all of your limbs and a plan, or bleeding from the stump where your tail once was?" she mewed almost nonchalantly.

Jingle snorted and flicked her ears. "Never thought someone would take an insult about FireClan so personally." she grumbled.

Onyx bared her teeth. "You're walking a thin line, kittypet. Watch yourself."

Ooc: bump.

Slash flicked his tail, getting slightly irritated of waiting for the other group leaders. "Have you heard from Mochi and Gardi?" he meowed, completely ignoring the two's arguments.
