Sunwhisker is a dark ginger tabby cat with grass green eyes. He has a white muzzle and underside, with snowy white paws and a ring of cream stripes around his tail. He is a rather large cat, muscular and heavyset under his thick coat of fur, with broad shoulders. His left ear is shredded and he has a scar on his flank from a piece of debris.
Sunwhisker is rather over-eager and optimistic. Even in age, he still has his kithood energy. He is incredibly loyal and, despite his peaceful optimism, would kill for his Clan if he had to. He'd die a thousand times over for his loved ones, but because of his reckless loyalty he can get himself into trouble. He'd betray his leader for his family any day and he lets it be known.

History
Sunwhisker's mother was a kittypet by the name of Jackie and his father was a StormClan cat named Thunderfur. The two had a short affair before Thunderfur left at the news that Jackie was expecting kits. Jackie, furious, went looking for him and got lost in the woods, trying to adjust to the life of a rogue after a soft life as a kittypet. She did not do well, and died when her kits were only two moons old.
Sunwhisker was found by a StormClan patrol including Thunderfur, who insisted they take in the starving kitten after recognizing him as his son. Sunwhisker quickly befriended the other kits in the nursery, including Snowyspirit.  As he grew, and trained to be a warrior, he became an incredibly skilled fighter. During one border skirmish, he accidentally killed an EchoClan apprentice and was haunted by guilt for it moons afterwards. Upon becoming a warrior, he started growing closer to Snowyspirit and eventually became mates. Their first litter grew up without much trouble, the kits loving their parents and becoming great warriors just as Snowyspirit realized she was expecting another litter.
The second litter was of four, but when the tornado struck, it took the lives of the two younger ones and left the other two rather shaken. They were only three moons old when Aspenstar made the call to leave the territory.
The journey was hard and the new places were interesting, and Sunwhisker enjoyed exploring the landscape and has made himself at home in BrightClan.
