Darkpaw walked out of the apprentices' den. The bright sunlight made her close her eyes for a moment and she sneezed when the air mixed in.

Tawnypaw picked up Poppykit and placed her outside, followed by Blazekit. "Stay there." she mewed, grabbing a stick and taking it back inside for Softstar.

softstar ate the herbs and grabed the stick in her jaws. she hissed at a strong pain. "they are early aren't they?" snowyfur wispered, not wanting to worry her apprentice. softstar nodded, the first kit almoust here. bramblestep wztched. "why are you here?" snowyfur asked. bramblestep did not answer. "let him stay, i will tell you why later" softstar mewed, looking at snowyfur.

softstar broke the stick as the last kit came out. "lick." snowyfur told bramblestep. he did. snowyfur turned to tawnypaw. "get juniper berries and something to calm softstar." she mewed.

Tawnypaw nodded. "Right!" she passed the little kit to Softstar, before racing into the medicine den and grabbing juniper berries and a little thyme. She raced back, and gave Snowyfur the herbs.

"thanks. the kits came a little early so i want to calm her down. here, eat." snowyfur mewed. softstar ate the herbs and then sniffed her kits. bramblestep layed down purring. "are you okay?" he asked. "of course." softstar purred.

"spiderkit." bramblestep mewed, pointing to a long brown and black she cat, with a twisted foot. "this is ravenkit" softstar mewed, pointing to a small black she cat who has white ear tips, tail tip, and dash on her chest and fur in bunches on her paws.
