IC: "Since your awake, Lunarpaw, you can guard as well." Thornsplash ordered and turned around to return to her position next to the entrance.

Silvertalon watched more guards take positions and glanced at Windfeather in a tree opposite from her. She grinned in a hello.

Lunarpaw huffed as she got up, eyes twinkling as they appeared into the milky camp clearing. She blinked multiple times to adjust her eyes before clawing away some pebbles and plopping herself onto an old moss ball by the entrance, flattening it out and make it quite the comfy spot. She kept her gaze locked in front of her, occasionally looking around to see Bluesnow and Silvertalon.

Windfeather saw Silvertalon's grin and waved her tail politely in reply. She settled down on the branch, letting her hind legs dangle under her and swiveled her ears forward, trying to detect any sounds.

Larkpaw rolled over in her nest, unable to sleep. She snorted slightly as moss got up her nose. She sat up quickly and sneezed, getting the moss out. She sighed and looked around the room with flashing eyes. She shook out her ruffled pelt then laid back down beside her brother, Thrushpaw.

Bravepaw woke up at Larkpaw's high-pitched sneeze. She chuckled and rested her head on her paws, looking up at her friend with glittering eyes. "What happened, the moss got your tongue?" she purred and turned onto her side, landing in an awkward position, body half on the nest, half off.

Larkpaw purred and looked at Bravepaw, her eyes flashing in the moonlight. " no, moss got my nose actually." She meowed as she flicked her tail. Larkpaw flicked her ear, and moss fell off of it and onto Thrushpaw's nose.

Thrushpaw sneezed in his sleep and the moss flew up in the air then came back down on his nose and he sneezed again. After a few more times of this he finally snorted and tucked his head under her paw to keep the moss away from him.

Larkpaw snorted at her brother as she watched the piece of moss. Mousebrain. She thought then turned her head back to Bravepaw. " Did I wake you with my sneezing? I'm sorry if I did." She apologized, not sure if she should or not.

"Daaw, it's okay." Bravepaw cooed, amusement edging her pupils. "It was funny." she giggled, trying to keep her laughter low when Thrushpaw made even more of a fool out of himself.

Pochardpaw narrowed her eyes, heart pounding at the sound of Bravepaw's laughter. Her voice was groggy, which made it sound evil. She rolled her eyes, scolding herself internally. Ugh, I can't believe you, Pochardpaw. What's wrong with you?

" Well glade to see I'm funny." Larkpaw purred then heard Owlpaw. She turned on him, eyes blazing. " Mind your own business Mousebrain!" She spat. " And its not moony eyed its just friends talking your piece of foxdung! Though I don't think you would know about talking to friends!" She hissed at him, tail lashing. so what its not true that its just friends talking. Wait.. is it? I hope its more.. I.. I don't know anymore. She thought.

"Are you seriously trying to incite a petty argument with me at midnight?" Owlpaw growled, "I have friends! I just happen to not talk to them and be around them every second of the day." Plus I made them on my own instead of being a dull, pretty, emotional device others use only to boost their own egos... he mentally rattled off a few more points of argument incase she kept yapping.

And that makes Bravepaw get up." she snarled, shaking out her pelt and lashing her tail. "Maybe you should go outside and work yourself out if you're bothered by measly whispering."

Fennelpaw yelped and started awake as someone's hind leg struck him in the face. "Ouch! What...why are cats awake?" he mumbled, his limbs sore from training earlier that day.

Owlpaw scrambled backwards, out of the way of the fray, and bumped his head on an outcropping rock.

Bravepaw hissed and launched herself at the apprentice, bowling her over and giving her a nice scratch on the eye with her sharp claws. "Now how does that feel?" she yowled with anger, stepping back and licking the place where Starlingpaw had hit Larkpaw.

" I'm fine. I'm not sure Emberpaw is though!" Larkpaw said as she glared after Starlingpaw. " Starlingpaw made sure he wasn't ok." She mumbled. She then noticed Bravepaw was curling her tail around her like a kitten and quickly shifted away from her, pushing Bravepaws tail away. I'm not a kit! I can take care of myself. She wanted to spit but couldn't pull herself to do so.

Redstripe was awoke by the apprentices and finally heaved himself up from his nest and trotted to the apprentice den. He saw Starlingpaw and turned to her. " why are you out here and not in the den?" He asked a little annoyed from the noise that was coming from the den earlier.

"Starlingpaw and Bravepaw started fighting," Owlpaw announced to the leader and the deputy. "and Emberpaw got in the way and they hurt her eye."

Dapplestar gave a grunt of annoyance and rose out of her nest, strutting towards the apprentice den.
