Rose - noun a prickly bush or shrub that typically bears red, pink, yellow, or white fragrant flowers, native to north temperate regions and widely grown as an ornamental.

She was given this name when her mother thought she had mottled red fur, like a rose.

Paw - noun an animal's foot having claws and pads.

This is the suffix that was given to her by Dapplestar to show her rank.

Rosepaw's fur is reddy brown orange, with dark brown splotches. Her two front paws are white, and the lower half of her two back legs are white. She has a small body but long legs, and short fur. Her ears are large and her tail is shorter than average, leading her to have worse balance than other cats. Her eyes are a leafy green and her nose is pale pink. Whenever you look at Rosepaw, an aura of confidence surrounds her and she always holds her head and tail high.

Rosepaw is ambitious. She's lonely - only having 2 friends, Wrenpaw and Oakpaw - though she doesn't show it. Stubborn and sometimes quite cheeky, Rosepaw doesn't really insult other cats (at least not to their face). Ambition often takes priority over everything. She hardly cares about their relationship with her, she'll just use it as a stepping stone. That probably explains why she's lonely. The only exception to that is her best friends. Sometimes she can act like she's in charge when she isn't even a warrior yet, and bosses around other cats like it's normal. However, she does soften up around Ravenpaw, even though she's only talked to him a few times.

Kithood
Rosekit was born to Snaketail and Redear, with a sister called Dapplekit. She quickly made friends with Wrenkit and Oakkit, and the three of them and Dapplekit often played. When she was about 4 moons old, she and Dapplekit sneaked out of camp to see a Twolegplace. They quickly got lost, but eventually found it. Once they got there, the two quickly saw a Twoleg and had to hide. The Twoleg caught Dapplekit, and when Rosekit eventually got back to camp a long time later, her apprenticeship was delayed for a moon as punishment. She quickly became ambitious, wanting to be leader, after seeing Dapplestar lead FrostClan well. Eventually she was made an apprentice.
