Frostclan camp

Shadowheart smiled a little uncertainly as she relaxed.

Icehear got closer. Swiftwing saw them and smiled. "She whould hae amd a greta deputy" she tolad herself adn shook her head

Shadowheart sighed in relief and she sat down.

Ivehart smiled at her "so I will asked agian, wil lyou give me he honor of being your matE?" he purred

Shadowheart smiled and took a deep breath. "Yes," she said, pressing into his fur.

Shadowheart sighed. "The only thing is, i wanted to be deputy someday," she admitted.

"I'm dure you will be" he smield

"Really? i dont know . . . .now that, y'know," Shaowheart said.

Lilykit noticed Eclipsekit. "Hi." she nervously mewled.

"You'll be deputy, I'm sure" Icehart smiled

"Maybe," Shadowheart meowed


Oakfrost decided that the clan could use more prey, so he looked for a patrol to join.

Flowershade walked into the camp. She looked around. She didn`t see Darkheart anywhere. She sniffed the air and picked up his sent. She ran to the Med. Cats den. She saw Darkheart laying in a nest. His fur was frosted in some areas on his fur."What happened to you?" She rasped. "I slept outside last night." He answered. She layed next to him trying to make him warm. "Im sorry about what happened to Yellowclaw." She said. Though she was glad no she-cat could interfear with them now."Its okay Flowershade." He responded.

Icehart smeield at her

Shadowheart purred. then she gave a frustrated huff.

"What is it? "he asked

"Now that you've stopped distracting me, i've realized that i cant do anything for the next week!" she exclaimed."Stupid leg! i wish id never gone hunting there,"

Lilykit waited for Eclipsekit's response.

Redrose hooked a bad juniper berry on her claw and threw it out.


Oakfrost looked for a patrol

"Do you want me to get us some fresh-kill?" Flowershade asked."Sure"He said.Flowershade walked out of the Med. Cat`s den. "They say true love hurts but this could almost kill me. Young lover murder this is what this must be. I would give it all to not be sleeping alone." Darkheart murmered under his breath soft enough so that nobody could hear but himself.

Oakfrost bounded over to Flowershade. "Do you know if any aptrols are leaving?" he asked

"Not that I know of." She said. "But you can always leave the camp and hunt you know. We arn`t apprentices."

"I know that," He growled. "Just asking," he padded away.

Flowershade picked up a mouse,a blue bird and a sparrow from the pile. She walked back into the Med. Cat`s den. She dropped the Bluebird infront of Redrose and gave the sparrow to Darkheart. She layed back next to him. Darkheart started to eat the sparrow. Flowershade started to eat her mouse.

"Thank you," Redrose murmured to FLowershade. she began to nibble on her bluebird.

Flowershade looked at Redrose."Your welcome." She said.

Redrose smiled. "Dont let him go outside please," she said to FLowershade as she stepped out of the den. "I need to gather herbs," she left the den

Graykit sighed, sitting in his nest. He was bored.

Hollyheart looked around, sighing as she spotted Lunarfall lying in her nest. THe shecat was twitching, her fur hot with fever. She padded into the herb store and grabbed some borage for the fever.

Stardust wondered what she should do.

Shadowstrike yawned.

Darkheart feel asleep. Flowershade layed her head on his back and feel asleep.he started to dream.

Yellowclaw layed on the ground dead. Darkheart hovering over her. He saw her spirit leave her body. "Good-bye Darkheart." It said. It ran into the sky. Suddenly it got dark. He was in a medow. The moon making the grass silvery. A stary figure shaped into a cat. He catiously walked up to it. It walked up to him. "Yellowclaw?" He mewed. He looked down at the silvery grass. She touched his forehead. "Its ok Darkheart. I have seen how Flowershade looks at you." She meowed. "And I know how you feel. Go ahead Darkheart. Im not mad or sad. Im ok with it." She started to fade away."Wait! Don`t leave! Please!" Darkheart rasped. "Remember, Darkheart. Im always with you." Yellowclaw said as she faded away.

Darkheart woke up. Flowershade still sleeping with her head on his back.

Oakfrost gave up and just went back to the warriors den.

Darkheart thought about the dream. He looked at Flowershade. 'I`ll try to tell Snowstar about this tomarrow.' He thought.

Just then Redrose padded back to camp with no herbs. her tail dragged as she walked to the medicine den.

Darkheart watched her. "Whats wrong?" He asked.

Snowlight went to sleep.

Icehawk decided to go outside a bit to hunt.

"All of the herbs are frozen, there wont be new ones until spring," Redrose said, worried.

"Uhm...do you wanna play?" Lilykit asked Eclipsekit.

Redrose sighed. "I hope we have enough," she murmured to herself.

Hollyheart looked at Redrose. "Really? We need more borage, or Lunarfall's fever will get worse..." she worried, looking at the old leaves sitting in a pile beside her. "Is there any rosemary, at least?"

"Yes," Redrose said. she went into the store of herbs and puled out a few rosemary leaves. "Here, give her these, i'll go out later and try to find more borage . ." Redrose meowed.

Hollyheart nodded. "At least we know her leg will get better." she mewed around a mouthful of rosemary, while taking the old cobwebs away from Lunarfall's splint.

Redrose flicked tail worriedly was she sorted through the herbs again, this time looking especially hard for borage.
