Mudpaw padded back into the camp, carrying a mewling kit. Shiningstar, looking significantly tired, followed him in, keeping one eye on the first kit, then glancing back for Rabbitleap.

Shiningstar stumbled into her den, and was followed by Mudpaw, who placed the kit down beside her. "What will you name them?" he mewed softly. Shiningstar shrugged, nudging the little kit closer to her, and glancing around again for Rabbitleap.

Mudpaw backed out of the leader's den, and padded into the medicine den. "Maplesnow? You might want to go check on Shiningstar. I've given her herbs, but I just want to be sure." he mewed.

Shiningstar padded over to Rabbitleap, and purred tiredly. "I want to name them before I rest." she mewed, the exhaustion apparent in her usually confident voice. She padded back into the leaders den, and lay down gently, curling around the already slightly chilled kit that was mewling. "Put the other one down here." she motioned to the nest with her tail.

Mudpaw raced over to Sunnypaw and Daisypaw, who were playing near the rocky side of the camp. "Move!" He mewed, pushing them away.
