StormClan camp

StormClan's camp is a lovely little foresty place, surrounded by trees and rocks, but also very sheltered. Ivy and vines are their main protection, but they also prove useful to let the kits play with.
The entrance is a tunnel lined with rocks, and a guard should always be posted outside.

Warriors den- directly beside the entrance. To get into the den, you squeeze between two rocks, and emerge in a clump of bushes which houses the nests.
Apprentices den- other side of the entrance barrier. It is a hollow beneath an old tree stump, and covered in ivy.
Nursery- beside the apprentices den. It is large and spacious, with the walls being a clump of bushes reinforced with large flat stones.
Medicine den- beside the nursery. It is a cave in the rocks, with a main outer den to sleep in, and a herb store through a crack in the wall at the back.
Elders den- right beside the medicine den. It is an old log with a hollowed out center, and wedged between rocks which help it stay and not get blown away.
Leaders den- between the warriors den and the elders den. It is a ledge situated on top of a pile of rocks. Well ventilated, and quite cosy. Calls meetings from here (The StormStones)

ooc: Well i dont have a chosen cat here.

ic: Summerdream looked at her kit as she was walking past a wall of ivy. "Fernkit's getting tired." she mewed to the leaders firmly.

Falconwing flopped down. Thrushpaw, Jaypaw, Willowfur, and Swiftbreeze came in behind them.

Fernkit stomped her foot. "I'm not!" she complained, contradicting herself with a massive yawn, and racing off to hide behind Falconwing.

Summerdream sighed.

Spottedsun looked around. "I think we can rest here." she said, thinking that this could be a good camp.

Rowanfire padded here with Sapphiresky.

tigerdhade padded here, now carting her new kits, they had fallen asleep. berrypaw fallowed.

any other cats i have in this clan comes here.

"See if you can find any dens or caves," SPottedsun told the cats.

Swiftstream spotted a log between two rocks. He sniffed inside and saw it was nice and hollow.

Summerdream lay down next to the wall of ivy, and Fernkit soon came back, yawning her head off.

Stormshade gazed around the tangle of ivy and the heaps of stones. "It could use some repairs, but we can work with this," he remarked. Stormshade set upon investigating every nook and cranny in the largest pile of rocks. He discovered a small but airy den with a ledge just outside. "Come look at this!" he called to the Clan cats. "It's too small for a lot of cats, but maybe for one or two. And that ledge would be great for announcements."

Falconwing jumped on. "But how many cats can it hold if the cats were trying to push each other off?!" he meowed in laughter.

TIgershade sat at the edge of camp, her kits suckling.

Berrypaw looked around, sad. He padded to the side of camp and sat down.

OOC: Yay! People are on!
Jaypaw stumbled over a branch (real smooth 8) )

ic: Berrypaw sniffled. He curled up and tryed to fall asleep.

Spottedsun looked over at Falconwing and Stormshade. "I think we found your camp," she said.

Tigershade looked aorund, she turned and licked her kits.

Sapphiresky also loked around.

"Yup." Mewed Falconwing, "Though I'd be careful around here. There are a lot of foxes on this side of the forest."

Spottedsun nodded. "Thats good to know." she said, thinking of her home.

Berrypaw sighed, not being able to fall asleep.

"Foxes." mewed Thrushpaw, then he shivered. He remembered his parents had been going to hunt on this side of the forest.

Rowanfire looked around.

ooc: um...what happens now?

OOC; First border patrol marks the territory and get attacked by a fox?
iC: "Should we send some cats out to claim our territory?" mewed Falconwing.

oc: no...the first thing that happens is they get attacked by dogs i think. we should wait for Willow.

ooc: D: ask Dove, she's the one that organises the order.

ooc: Not yet. Wait... Is Echoclan and Stormclan's camps all made?

OOC: Basically, I think we're doing the first patrols now. PS: April fools idea, draw a mustache on someone's face with they're asleep.

ic: Summerdream looked around, and padded into a pile of rocks. She breathed in the scent of old leaves, and purred as she recognised tansy. This couldve been a medicine den. she thought, glancing at the numerous shallows in the ground.

ooc: then send them, i don't have a journey cat here.

"We should set up the borders next." Spottedsun said.

"Sure." mewed Falconwing, "I'll take the first patrol."

ooc: Great april fool's idea, Leopard! I'll do that to my little brother... muahaha >:3

ic: "We should fix up the camp," Stormshade chimed in. "Make sure the dens are big enough, put some borders around the camp, and maybe get some of that ivy out of the way. Do you want me to assign some cats to the job?"

"Yes." Spottedsun said. "And Falconwing can pick som ecats to go on patrol with him whil ethe rest of us fix th ecamp."

"ill go on the patrol." Sapphiresky said.

Stormshade nodded. "Sounds good to me." He stepped back inside the soon-to-be leader's den and swept up small rock fragments with his tail.

Once the floor of the den was smooth, he pushed a wild bunch of vines away from the entrance, brightening the dark cave. Immediately an angry hiss sounded, and Stormshade gasped. "Snake!" he yowled, leaping out of the way as fast as his paws could carry him.

He realized his fur was bristling all over and his heart was pounding. Stormshade straightened up, trying to look more collected. After all, I'll be their leader once the initial work is over.

Spottedsun jumped as Stormshade yowled.

"Where?" Rowanfire exclaimed. he had a fear os snakes.

Berrypaw layed at the side of the camp.

ooc: Echostep and Stormshade dont know that they'll be leaders! And they dont know what the Clans are called either!

ic: Summerdream bristled, pulling Fernkit closer.

Tigershade slept off to the side, with her ktis.

ooc: i know that Willow....

ic: Sapphiresky didnt see where the snake was.

Fallconwing bristled. He spotted a small movement in the grass. "Okay, I'll bring Jaypaw, Willowfur, and Rowanfire along with anyone else who wants to go." he mewed.

IC; Jaypaw tripped over a rock then padded over to Falconwing. Swiftstream sighed and went to Falconwing.

"We should gather some moss and start making nests." Spottedsun said, looking at the dark sky.

Summerdream nodded. "Let's go and get some moss then." she mewed. "Fernkit, stay here." she mewed, and the kit nodded.

Falconwing led the cats to the front of camp.
