Windflight padded out of the warriors den, and caught sight of Shimmersong again. "Are you still here?" he mewed, slightly surprised but not hostile.

Ivywing still slept, Lightningkit snoring beside her.

Sootstripe held her tail in front of Birchstar, telling him not to scare her.

Sootstripe nodded a bit. "You should go tell Ivysong so she'll know. She is our deputy after all." she mewed, watching the warrior leave. "Hey Birchstar? Why'd you let her join so easily?"

Ivysong sat in the clearing of the camp, looking at the sky. Then she turned around at the sound of her name. "Why are you here?" she asked

Windflight muttered something about disloyal warriors under his breath, and padded towards the nursery, grabbing a mouse from the freshkill pile as he walked past. "Ivywing?" he called quietly.
The shecat looked up. "Hi Windflight," she purred, and waved her tail for him to come in. The tom purred a little as he saw his kits again.
Lightningkit woke, and squeaked in surprise when he saw his father. "Dad!" he purred, running towards him and laughing.

Lilypaw padded out of the apprentices den, and padded over to Ivysong, not noticing Shimmersong. "Where's Blossomdawn?" she mewed to the deputy.
