Hopefeather and Starpaw padded into camp, setting their prey down before feeling little paws poking at them.
"You're back!" Cinderkit squeaked quietly, nuzzling against her mother.

Swanflight came back to camp. She set her prey on the fresh kkill pile.

"They insiusted in waiting for you"," Peachfur prred to Hopefeather

"I see." she purred, licking the kits' heads. "You two should've listened to Peachfur, I'm sure she was just looking out for you."
"But we wanted to be awake when you got back." Mistkit spoke up while Starpaw purred.
"Why don't you go find a nest in the nursery and get some sleep then?" she suggested.

Hopefeather nodded and carefully padded inside, finding a nest. Making sure it wasn't taken she curled up with Mistkit and Cinderkit close to her.
Starpaw smiled before sitting down at the edge of the clearing, licking her paws.

Reedwhisker sat by the freshkill pile, pretending to not notice the two kits sneaking up on him.
"Gotcha!" the tom felt little claws sinking into his tail, and he jumped in fake surprise. "Oh no, its the great Mistykit!" he purred.
The little shecat growled happily, sitting on his tail as her brother Cloudkit climbed on their father's back.
