Not wanting to wait, Silverfrost got up after spitting up blood once more. She headed off to the medicine cat's den. "Poolflame, Ivyleaf." She coughed.

Silverfrost came closer so they could see her. Her fur was covered in sweat. She began to speak, "Well I've been coughing since I woke up this morning and earlier I spit up blood." She said
