IC: Copperwing noticed the tone in her voice. He sighed, thinking that she didn't want to be around him

"What is it?" she asked, suddenly fearful that she'd done something wrong.

ooc They're so cute~! AH!

OOC: Copperwing is so oblivious it hurts. XD

IC: Copperwing smiled quickly. "Nothing. It's just getting a little late, and I'm tired." he smiled.

ooc Pfft Ask Shadow how many oblivious toms I have... I dare ya. XD

"Ah, I guess it is..." she mewed, sending a glance at the sky. "Shall we get our prey and head back then?"

Copperwing nodded. "It's nice being out here with just us." He mewed, then quickly regretted it, the fur on his cheeks growing hot.

She blinked in surprise, glancing at him. "Y- Yeah it is... it's nice to just be out here with a friend and away from camp."

ooc STARWINTER YOU IDIOT! DON'T FRIEND-ZONE HIM! *facepalm*

"I-... I was thinking....maybe a little more than friends?" Copperwing's paws twitched nervously.

OOC: great save~!

She looked at him with wide blue eyes. "E- Excuse me?" she asked, not quite understand his words through her surprise.

OOC: Damnit Cynder~!

IC: Copperwing shook his head. "Don't worry. Forget I said anything." He turned to pad up the hill and pick up the rabbit.

ooc I'm sorry! *cry*

"W- Wait hold on a second." she meowed, hurrying after him. She nearly knocked him over when he stopped and turned to her. "I'm sorry. I was just surprised at what you said, honest."

Copperwing shrugged. "Don't worry about it. I was silly to ask."

ooc Oh you're heartless...

She growled and leaped at him, knocking them both over. "You're really confusing sometimes, you know that?" she asked, narrowing her eyes.

Copperwing didn't try to get up. "Okay then, fine. Would you like to be my mate?" He mewed, mentally reeling from the stress he was causing himself.

She smirked and backed away, staying quiet. A plan was reeling through her mind and she purred at the outcome. "Maybe, Maybe not~"

ooc Starwinter... don't be a tease now... say yes THEN be a tease!

Copperwing faked a defeated look, pouting almost.

She smirked, picked up some of their prey, and started back to camp.

ooc I can see him tackling her like she did him and not letting her up until she gives an answer. XD Oh my gosh StarXCopper how I love you.

OOC; you read my mind, ma'am. I was just about to do that. XD.

IC: Copperwing narrowed his eyes playfully, easily tackling Starwinter and pinning her to the ground. "Yes or no?" A sly smile plastered across his face. "I'm not letting you go until you tell me."

ooc Great minds think alike I suppose.

She pouted. "I don't have to tell you anything." she argued, looking away from him.

"We'll just have to stay here then." He mewed, actually quite serious.

She blinked at the look in his eyes. "Come on Copperwing... let me up." she meowed, trying to push him off.

"Nope." Copperwing winked, purring.

She pouted, sighing. "Why are you so persistent..."

"Because i want to know." He laughed. "I really don't mind if you don't want to be my mate..."

"Hmph... it isn't that mouse-brain." she muttered quietly, looking away from him.

"What was that?" Copperwing mewed, adjusting his grip slightly.

"I said that I wouldn't mind being your mate." she said a little louder, still not looking at him.

ooc SO STUBBORN! *cry*

Copperwing stood back. "There you go." He smiled warmly.

"Hmph. Curse you and your strength." she whispered.

Copperwing smiled. "I'm really not that strong."

"You're stronger than I am." she meowed curtly. She glanced at him and gave a small smile.

"We'll if you say so." He smiled, purring.

She nodded and padded towards the camp. "Come on, let's get back." she mewed.

Copperwing picked up the rabbit and the thrush, padding happily after his new mate.

Petalpaw padded here and set out to look for food or SOMETHING. As she weaved through the long grass she paused- something didnt feel right. She urged on, stopping, sniffing, and going again. She finally caught a scent as a cool breeze touched the back of her head, she was doing everything wrong- hunting so the wind blows from the back. anyways- she could smell something behind her and she slowly turned her head to the patch of short grass. Nothing stood there. She tryed to move on but the scent of an animal kept catching her interest. She hissed and jumped at nothing- but suddenly some dirt under her dropped a bit and she felt something like a small mouse slipp away from her paws. She hissed and tryed to chase it but it had gone away into the mouse tunnel. She sniffed the air and pounced on some loose dirt. This, She thought,Is going to be interesting.

Petalpaw followed the strange scent- it didnt smell like vole nor mouse. She pounced again at loose dirt and felt again sone fur slip away from her paws- but this time she saw it. The creature had blue black fur with a wormy nose ( star nosed vole ), it was a creature she had never seen before here, but it was better than nothing. She finally jumped at some dirt with rage and the small warm body beneath her claws laid motionless. She picked up the odd creature and set it on some grass so she could see it without having to constantly brush away dust. The creature was like a black mouse with long flat claws, tiny black eyes, and stuff like worms coming out of its nose. She did not know what it was, but she brought it to camp. Petalpaw left.

ooc: *whistles* that is a long rp!
Dragonwing strolls up; until he hears a scuffling in the bushes. Dropping instinctively into the correct position and carefully stalked the small furry creature... HE POUNCED! When the dust cleared he found he had caught a small scrawny mouse. hardly a meal.

OOC: You can't have your cat everywhere at once.

OOC: you mean different rps? if so: can I have my cat be there at different times? (If no-one else has said a time yet?)

Sedgeflower arrived here, smiling as she smelled the grass that was gently waving back and forth from the breeze. She ran forward and jumped into a big pile of grass, and then rolling out of it, grass stuck to her pelt.

Nettlefang purred and rolled along after her. He laughed as he saw the grass on his mate's fur and then realized that he also had grass on his pelt.

Sedgeflower shook her fur out, getting most of the grass out but one piece was stuck on her back where she couldn't see it. She grinned, amused by the blade of grass hanging down between Nettlefang's eyes.

Nettlefang shook himself off to get the grass to fall off of his pelt.

"I feel like I haven't been over here in forever," She said, looking around.

"Neither have I." He said. He looked around the hills as a light wind rustled by his fur. He purred as the breeze felt good against him. Then he turned back to his mate and asked, "Should we hunt now?"

"Yeah, probably," She swished her tail as she lifted her nose to scent the air. She could smell a few mice and a bird. She chose to stalk the bird, and fell into a hunting crouch.

Nettlefang smiled before turning to sniff the air for himself. He caught the scent of a thrush and began heading towards it with light pawsteps

Sedgeflower leaped for the bird, neatly catching it's wing as it started to fly away. She killed it quickly and then stepped back to watch Nettlefang's catch.

Nettlefang watched the thrush and made careful moves towards it. When he got close enough, he quietly leaped into the air and landed on it, killing it. He stepped back in satisfaction.

Sedgeflower purred, then turned back to her kill, scratching a shallow hole in the ground to bury it.
She stretched, scenting around for anything else but it seemed like the rest of the mice had run off.

Nettlefang purred and said, "Nice catch. But now it seems like all of the other prey has run off."
