The White River

The White River is the deep, freshwater river that runs out of the side of the gorge through a hole in the side. It runs alongside the camp, and the rushing water sounds can be heard from inside the camp. Much of this is filled with fish, and because it is very free-flowing, it never really freezes in wintertime.
Mosses and common herbs are abundant around here.

Owl that Hides from Sun surfaced out here, paddling strongly against the current battering into him. He flinched as a sharp branch raked past his shoulder, and tried to find safe land to cling on to. The area around him was alive with sloshing water, and he coughed as a wave almost threatened to push him under again.

Wind arrived here, still trying to hold snake above the water as he swam. He found a tree hanging out over the river, and Snake immediately dug his tiny, thorn sharp claws into it and inched his way towards the bank.

Eagle comes to the White river and drops Fog gently. "Is she alive. Fog, FOG! Wake up dear it's over!" Shade yells crying at the same time. Leaf coughs up water and falls to her side struggling to breathe.

Leaf and Rain leaped out of the river and collapsed, panting harshly.
Poolteller climbed up after them, surveying everyone. "Is everyone okay!" she asked, helping some who were struggling up the bank.

Owl heard the voices of his Tribemates, but they were faint and distant through the bubbling of the water. The reflecting light was disorienting him, and he started to lose the sense of which way was up.
Star clambered up beside Poolteller, breathing a soft thank you for her help.
Cloud followed soon after, her white fur now streaked with mud.

Ivy was fighting her way forward, still holding Sun, and finally she got up out of the river. Her thick fur was soaked down so she looked half her normal size.

"Star, take everyone away from the river just in case it continues to rise. Rain, Leaf, help her and Ivy." Poolteller meowed, quickly moving toward Owl.
The pair nodded and stood, shaking water out of their fur as they hurried to Ivy.

Shade licks Fogs chest the wrong way and she coughs out water. "Oh, thank _____ your alive!" exclaimed Shade. Leaf gets up and walks torward Owl and mews worriedly, "Owl, are you ok?!"

Mist struggled blindly, torrents of water filling her vision, she could only see flashed and felt something collide with her back. A sudden wave washed her onto shore and she sat, hacking and coughing up water.
Storm crawled weakly out of the river, her paws aching and the world swaying before her eyes. She collapsed in the sand, breathing harshly.
Gorge howled as water engulfed her from all sides. "Help!" she yowled, her head breaking the surface.

Owl was swept into Gorge, and sneezed loudly when her fur rubbed against his nose. "Help!" he half-bubbled, his paws flailing in the water.

IC: Mist turned her head to see the two flailing in the water. She staggered to her paws and padded to the banks. "I'll-I'll catch you." she panted, stretching her neck.

Poolteller leaped to Mist's side and stretched her paws out. "Owl, grab onto me. Gorge, aim for Mist!" she commanded, burying her claws into the ground to keep her balance.

Gorge struggled above the water and saw Mist reaching out. She swam closer and Mist grabbed her by the scruff, hauling her toward the edge.

Owl gasped for air as he paddled towards Poolteller.

Star glanced at the group. "Okay, lets keep moving up towards the gorge!" she yowled, glancing at her shivering sister beside her.

Mist successfully dragged Gorge to the edge. The white queen was unconscious, blood trickling from the side of her head. "Poolteller?" she yowled.

Owl managed to clamber out of the rushing water, shivering with his pelt completely soaked through. He coughed up water, and much to his disgust, waterlogged mucus followed.

Cloud winced, but jumped as the water brushed her paws. "It's getting deeper," she mewed slightly panicky.
Star licked her sister's ear. "C'mon, we need to keep moving."

Ivy shakily picked Sun back up, following Star and Cloud to the gorge.
Wind got up and bent to pick up Snake, but the kit insisted on walking himself.

Owl caught his breath, and managed to shake a little of the water off his pelt. "Keep...moving." he croaked, his throat burning.

"Will do Poolteller. Come on." The gray tabby leaped to the cat's side, brushing her slightly dryer fur against his.

Leaf leaped from rock to rock, making sure everybody was fit to keep going, his eyes scanning over his tribemates as worry was obvious on his face.

Poolteller moved around carefully, getting Gorge onto her back. She was glad that the she-cat wasn't very heavy. "Mist can you walk?" she asked.

Ginger let out a sigh of relief that Owl was ok. She looked around at her tribe. Eagle was walking close to Shade holding Fog by the scruff.

Leaf glanced back and bounded over at the sound of his name, his ears perked.
