OOC: I'm just going to pretend as if my cats were in this battle. lol
BIC: Wishpaw limped back into the apprentice den, not daring to disturb the medicine cats with her few minor injuries while others had seriously major wounds and such.

Dawnsky waited by the entrance of the medicine den to be treated. She had a long scratch down her muzzle, stretching all the way down her mouth and to the beginning of her somewhat white neck. Iceheart was comforting her, since he had barely any wounds.

Wheatsong sighed and almost fell asleep waiting for a medicine cat to come and treat him. He only had some minor scars but still felt the need to be checked.

OOC: Honestly, I need a complete recap of what happened here and who is hurt/what injuries.

OOC: A badgers attacked and Ivystripe is the most injured. I's really not that much.

OOC: Petrelflight was slightly injured but doesn't need attention, she's just really dramatic.

IC: Petrelflight lay next to the medicine den, feeling like she was dying. She felt exhausted and her sides stung. Is this the end? she thought mournfully. A very shallow scrape down her side was slightly bleeding, giving the appearance of a bad wound to herself.

OOC: I'm not going to read through the couple of pages of mindless fighting to get an idea of what happened. If any cats are hurt, just pretend Mintpath took care of you in his grumpy, no-nonsense manner. If anyone is seriously hurt, he instructed you to stay still, out of action and rest in case your wounds are opened up again.

Ooc: I'm gonna pretend my cat was battling as well, like daisy leap said :3 

Skybreeze stretched and licked her wounded shoulder, it wasn't a large wound so she stayed out of the medicane cats den. She looked around camp and glanced at the nursery.  Curious she padded over to it and stuck her head inside, "Are the the kits alright.... Or did they fight off the badgers?" Skybreeze asked playfully.

Chicorypaw sighed at finally treating all the cats. She saw that they were running out of herbs so padded to the Beach to gather more.

OOc: Sorry I'm not supposed to post without rping my cats, but I'm just gonna nudge the nursery den here in Brightclan!

Petrelflight mewed pathetically. Ugh, what is everyone DOING that is more important than MY injuries? DO they just want me to die? she thought a little nervously.

Chicorypaw noticed Petrelflight sitting on the floor in pain. She knew the she-cat was just being dramatic but went to ask if she needed anything still.
"Are you alright, Petrelflight? Nothing looks to serious with you." she mewed.
OOC: Since Daisy left she gave me Chicorypaw so don't worry haha~!

OOC: How will the drama queen defend herself now?
IC: "Oh, I'm alright I suppose." she said, purposely moving her leg to make the small barely-bleeding scratch more obvious.

Chicorypaw glanced at the distressed she-cats leg, rolling her eyes.
"I think you'll only need some cobwebs for that." she announced, padding steadily back to her den to grab some, purposely making her wait outisde.

Petrelflight gave a dramatic shudder. "Th-thank you." she wheezed.

Rolling her eyes once more, she watched the she-cats dramatic shudder out of her peripheral vision and chuckled. She snatched some cobwebs from the store and headed back outside, examining Petrelflight for any more serious wounds she might have hidden.

Petrelflight lay there, still. Well at least someone cares for my wellbeing.

OOC: Sorry for late reply~!! XDD

Chicorypaw chuckled and applied the cobwebs to her leg wound. She pressed them in thouroughly, then looked up at Petrelflight.
"You should be fine. Just stay off that leg for a while, maybe until tomorrow."
Wishpaw watched Petrelflight and Chicorypaw from the entrance of the apprentices den, purring. The warrior didn't look that injured; but she decided not to get too involved.
Aurorashade left the bloody camp and curled up in her nest. She hoped for good dreams tonight.
Lavenderpaw watched Wheatsong from afar. She had noticed something odd about him; yet she wouldn't dare go do something about it.
Wheatsong had started padding away sneakily to the entrance.
Oceankit watched in horror from the nursery, curious about where Wheatsong was going.
Dawnsky and Iceheart had began sharing tongues to get rid of the trouble in their souls.
OOC: Too many BrightClan cats X3 Going to kill some off: Wheatsong, you're first to go. haha~!

Petrelflight nodded. "Thank you Chicorypaw." she mewed as she padded back to the warriors den.

"No problem." Chicorypaw chuckled.
Aurorashade woke when Petrelflight entered the warriors den. She heaved herself up and faced the she-cat.
"Are you doing okay?" she meowed with worry.

"Oh, uh, yeah I'm probably fine." she mewed. "It's just another scar."

Aurorashade nodded.
"Alright. Just worrying." she meowed, then curled back up into a ball of fluff and shut her eyes quickly.

Ha ha! Look, cats care about me! Petrelflight thought to herself, holding her head high. She settled down in her nest and feel asleep.

Aurorashade purred in her sleep; she was dreaming about a peaceful world and that the badger attack had never happened and there was no tension between the Clans, ever.

Petrelflight padded through a windy field, an ominous feeling surrounding her. She could hear screaming. Not just cicada or crickets, it sounded strangely cat-like. Swirling mist flanked her, as the ground below her began to get swampy. She felt warm, sticky mud and sharp stones in the suddenly marshy ground. Every instinct in her body was screaming at her not to look down. She was belly deep in the mud, thorns snagging her sides. Where did the thorns come from. She looked to the side and felt her entire world lunch. The rotten corpse of a cat was next to her, its claws outstretched. The entire marsh was lined with them. She looked down. She was wading through blood. She let out a horrified scream as the entire world slipped away. She sunk into the blood. Her entire Clan, every cat she'd ever met stared at her with rotten, dead expressions.
Petrelflight started away, panting and shivering, tears in her eyes. She felt sick.

Aurorashade couldn't sleep with Iceheart's constant snoring, and watched Petrelflight. She prodded her friend with her small nose.
"Petrelflight? Petrelflight, are you okay?" she meowed.

"Yeah." she muttered, staring at the wall of the den, shaking.

"You were screaming in your sleep. Were you having a bad dream?" she mewed worriedly, following her friends gaze.

"Oh, well, I keep having like, weird dreams. I don't remember them all that well after waking up but the fear's still there." she mewed.

"Well, that's odd. Maybe next time try your best to remember and tell Chicorypaw or Mintpath. They might know whats happening." Aurorashade pointed out, eyes widened. She was curious about these dreams her friend was having, to be honest.

"Probably not anything serious, I mean, everyone gets creepy nightmares, right?" she mewed, shrugging.

"Well, I don't. Most of the time." Aurorashade shuffled her paws.
She felt very uncomfortable.
"Well..." she struggled to find a way to change the topic.
"Want to go get some fresh-kill? I mean, that is, if you're not still tired.. or something."

"Oh, yeah, let's get some fresh-kill!" she mewed.
OOC: Is it bad I've started shipping this.

Aurorashade nodded, glad. She skipped out of the warriors den and hooked a bunny in her claws, ripping into it.

OOC: THIS IS GIVING ME 2014 DEJA VU
IC: Petrelflight glanced over at Aurashade then picked up a large finch, gnawing along its wing.

Aurorashade quickly finished up the rabbit, licking her lips. She swished her tail in the air and snatched a pigeon from the bottom of the heap of prey, gnawing at it gently. She had picked a smaller piece of fresh-kill since she wasn't as hungry, but still a little bit.

"Big eater?" Petrelflight purred, stripping a little meat off the wing of her bird.

Aurorashade turned to her friend.
"No, not really." she mumbled through a mouthful of wings and feathers.
She swallowed it down with a big gulp and started laughing. She was thinking she had finally found a friend she could relate to, and trust.

"Well, you just ate like, a whole rabbit." she mewed, ripping off the entire wing of her bird.

"Look who's talking now~!" Aurorashade purred, watching Petrelflight gobble down the finches wings ferociously.
She licked her lips once again and pushed the bones of her pigeon away.
"Now I'm done." she stated, snickering.

"Well this is like, all I've eaten today!" she exclaimed through a mouth of bird-meat.

Aurorashade chuckled and rolled her eyes. She completely forgot about her wounds at the sight of her first trusting friend.

Petrelflight let out a snort, feeling her face warm up a bit. She looked back at the freshkill pile. Should I take another piece or would I look too greedy?

Aurorashade decided to call it a day. She grunted and pulled herself up.
"I'm going to go take a nap. Are you going to eat some more?" she purred.

"What? Nah, I'm fine." she mewed, stretching. "Sleep sounds nice, I mean, after everything that happened today."

Aurorashade nodded and curled up into a ball, covering herself with another unattended moss bed close by. She snapped her eyes shut and thought about the troubles in the Clan. It took her a long while to fall asleep completely.

Petrelflight glanced warily around the den, then tried to focus on her friend to calm down. I need to stop being ridiculous. It was nothing. she thought, trying to get herself to sleep, but every time she tried fear surged over her until she opened her eyes again.

Aurorashade sighed, opening her eyes again. She saw her friend was having trouble sleeping to, and gazed into her eyes.
"Trouble gaining sleep, huh? Me too~" she flicked her ear.

"Gaining sleep?" she purred, a little amusement flickering in her.
