Jadepaw hesitantly led Flameburst around WaterClan territory, and came to the Sunstones. "This place is cool," she mewed, brightening up immediately. "And a stream! Can you teach me to fish?"

Flameburst padded here. "We should work on swimming first. We can do that as soon as we are done with the tour of the territory." He mewed, jummping onto a rock. "Feel how warm these are!" he purred, rolling over.

"Yeah!" she exclaimed, scampering over the stones and being careful not to hurt her soft paw pads on any sharp rocks.

Longkit padded here. He sniffed around, smelling the salty sea water, and sneezed. This looks like a nice spot to sleep... he thought, and lay down on a large flat rock that was warmed by the sun. He closed his eyes, and fell asleep.
A badger watched from the bushes, his nose flaring as he scented the unknowing kit.

ic: Longkit fell into a shallow sleep, his breathing light. The badger emerged from the bushes, stalking lightly as he watched the kit for movement,

Snowyfur run here as the kit's sent got stronger. "There he is!" she yelled, but slowed to a stop at the badger. SHe hissed, fur fluffing out then sprinted at the badger.

Ravenwing followed, letting out a loud yowl of anger as she scented kit blood, and leapt at the badger.

Longkit moaned as he lay on the ground, blood streaming down his face and front.

"Can you hold it back? I need to help Longkit." Snowyfur asked, rakeing the badger's side as it roared.

Ravenwing blinked in agreement as she ripped at the badger's flank. "With pleasure." she growled, fire burning through her body as she leapt yet again.

Longkit let out another loud moan, and tried to open his eyes. Nothing happened.

ooc: okay Longkit lost his left eye, and has permanent scars along his chest and face.

ic: Snowyfur nodded. She bolted into the forest to quickly return with in a minute with goldenrod and cobwebs and a little moss. She ran to the kit and pressed the moss onto the blood, because it holds more. She held it until she could see clearly the horible damage. SHe placed cobwebs over the wounds.

Ravenwing fought the badger like a whole Clans worth of warriors, earning a few scratches and bites but nothing major, and soon drove the wounded and terrified badger away. She turned to Snowyfur, and whimpered as she saw Longkit. "Is he dead?" she whispered.

"No." SNowyfur mewed "Get more cob webs!" she yelled, as she saw thecobwebs already giving away. She placed more moss onto the wounds, pressing on it to stop the bleeding.

Ravenwing nodded anxiously and raced into the trees, coming back with her tail layered with cobwebs and one of her paws too. "Please, dont let him die." she mewed, her voice cracking slightly.

Snowyfur did ot answer as she could not promise she could. She took the cobwebs and put them onto the kit's wounds. She looked at him for a seconed then chewed the goldenrob and licked it into the wounds, placing moe cobwebs over it.

Longkit layed still, his breathing ragged and shallow as the start of an infection took hold of his wounds.
Ravenwing dipped her head sadly.

SNowyfur put more herbs on. Snowyfur suddenly bolted away soon to come back with Chamomile, honey, and juniper berries. She chewed the Chamomile and placed it into the kit's wounds too. She turned to the juniper smashed it with her paw, mixed it into the honey and then put it into the kit's mouth and rubbed Longkit's neck withher paw untill he swallowed.

Longkit coughed feebly as he attempted to get rid of the things in his throat. Ravenwing winced.

Ravenwing moved forward and licked Longkit's ear gently. "Sleep, little one." she whispered, and the kit sighed slightly.

SNowyfur did not know if it was the best for the kit to sleep but, oh well. "I have more herbs at camp. We need to go back before infection comes." she mewed, worried a little.
