Thornfang sighed as he heard Cherrykit. "Feathermask," he whispered to his sister, dropping the last of the feverfew he'd collected from the medicine den when they fled at her paws. "Make Cherrykit eat this, and call me if she gets worse." The tom backed away and padded back over to his spot beside one of the biggest rocks, sighing. Then he froze. Ashrose! He'd forgotten to go and meet Ashrose! The tom cursed under his breath and slunk silently out of the camp, keeping to the shadows and blending in as much as his spiky ginger and dark gray fur would allow.
