Duskfur went to say something but stopped herself, looking up between Yellowkit and Silverstripe.

Wavepaw stepped forward bravely, holding her head high. "E- even if we were worried about Yellowkit... S- She's safe. That's all we care about r- right?" she looked around, hoping someone would agree with her.

Yellowkit narrowed her eyes and lashed her tail back and forth.

Silverkit got off Duskfur's shoulder, she was trying to get there by herself even though Duskfur was still heading there with her. She coughed heavily on the way. Suddenly, she paused to spit up blood.

Silverkit limped into the medicine den with blood still coming off of her shoulder. She coughed heavily.

Musicstream walked over to stand between Silverstripe and Yellowkit. "That's enough," She meowed looking between the two. "Silverstripe, you have to understand why Yellowkit did what she did. And Yellowkit," she looked into the kits eyes, "just go have fun being a kit."

Duskfur left Silverkit and padded over to Musicstream, standing beside her. "That's right. Yellowkit you're young. You still have so many wonderful things to do. Silverstripe," she looked at the warrior. "I understand Yellowkit means a lot to you. But maybe you should show her that a little more. We all should."

Birchwing looked at Silverstar. "Is this really what we want?" he asked casually, and Silverstar growled. "Yes."

Silverkit started licking her shoulder again, a little furiously. She was trying to get the blood off of there but the rough strokes with her tongue made more blood appear. Silverkit stared in horror.
