He nodded with a smile. "Poor Wolfstorm and Aspenshade... All those sisters must be rough~" he teased, winking at her.
Silverleaf blinked and looked at Laurelkit before smiling and licking her head.
Dapplekit snuggled closer to stay warm along with Ivykit.

Laurelkit let out a high pitched purr and snuggled into her mother's side.

Whisperspirit say at the freshkill pile, trying to dog through the snow for anything that was left. He sighed when all he uncovered was a scrawny shrew and two small mice, all frozen solid. "I need two patrols! One to hunt, and the other to check the borders then hunt too."

Ashrose emerged from the den after she heard Whisperspirit. She wanted to help, but she couldnt bring herself to do anything other than wallow in her own thoughts.

"Well go on then!" Whisperspirit laughed at his kits, winking at Poppyfall. "Keep them in line,"

Thistletail and Fernfeather peered out of the warriors' den. "You ready Fernfeather?" asked Thistletail.
"Who do you think I am?" Fernfeather scowled. "Mom?" The two girls giggled. They raced across the clearing of the camp laughing.
"Thistletail! Fernfeather! You two are acting like kits!" They turned around and saw Swanwing, their mother. "Race ya!" Thistletail called and darted ahead. Fernfeather rolled her eyes and trotted across the clearing. Swanwing fell over in a ball of fur and licks. Swanwing stood up just as Fernfeather approached. "Hi mom." she meowed and gave Swanwing's ear a lick.
