DuskClan's Rocky Cliffs

"A series of sheer cliffs beside a waterfall, which leads towards the Gathering Island and Waterclan's territory. Herbs and cobwebs are common up here, as there is almost no trees except for small bushes."

Grasspaw clambered up over here. She tapped her paw on the ground, watching her brother struggle to climb the cliff.
"Do you need some help, Boulderpaw?" she yowled worriedly.

Boulderpaw scrabbled up, slipping slightly. "No, I'm fine." he mewed, pulling himself up.

"Okay." She mewed, then picked up the scent of a squirrel.
She saw it scrambling beside one of the bushhes, stopping to munch on an acorn with a large, repeating cracking sound. She stalked it, then pounced, killing it off with a quick nip to the neck. She picked it up and tossed it under the bush it had came from; she would go to pick it up later.

Boulderpaw pricked up his ears, hearing a mouse. He slid across the ground, then leaped onto it, giving it the killing bite. He put it under the bush where his sister's squirrel was, and pricked up his ears again.

OOC: Chat?

OOC: I'm on a mobile.
BIC: Grasspaw peered into WaterClan'S territory, then gazed into the soul of the waterfall. "How beautiful.." The she~cat mewed, sighing.

OOC: Oh, okay. PM me when you are back on then

IC: Boulderpaw looked over to where Grasspaw was looking, and smiled. "It is..."

Grasspaw grinned ear-to-ear, purring. She didn't feel like hunting anymore, and instead sat down, gently curling her tail around her paws.
"Oh, how I love greenleaf!" she squealed.

Boulderpaw spotted a squirrel. He stalked it, then leaped, but leaped over the edge. Yowling, he dug his claws into the side of the Rock, trying to scramble up.

Grasspaw screamed in fear. She ran over and grabbed her brothers paw, pulling him out but barely. She fell to the ground, heaving in exhaustion from how heavy her brother was already.
"Are you okay, bro?!" she yowled. "We better get back to camp, straight right now~!" she was already stomping over to the bush where she buried her squirrel and stormed off in the way of camp, her one and only prey hanging loosely in her jaws.

Boulderpaw shook himself. "I'm fine." He mewed, shaking himself off.

Grasspaw sighed in relief but still wanted to go back to camp. It was getting a little chilly, and she freezes easily. She took her squirrel from under the bush and started padding back to camp beside Boulderpaw.
"I'm getting a bit cold, so I wanna go back." she explained through a mouthful of fur, although it did sound a bit like a complaint.

"Yea." Boulderpaw agreed, picking up his mouse and following his sister.

Grasspaw nodded and led the way back to camp, realizing her brother looked much better and was happy he wasn't limping as much as before.
"Maybe you just needed to get out, bro. Now you seem good as new!" she mewed, happily purring.

Boulderpaw shrugged, purring. "Yeah. Now come on!" he purred, running ahead.

"This is one of my favorite landmarks out of all of DuskClan. It's so pretty; I want to come here all the time!" she mewed, gazing at the sky and blinking after a sudden whisp of not seeing for a moment.
OOC: If you read her audition you'll know why this happens. She's disabled and doesn't know how to hunt; that was a lucky catch and usually Boulderpaw teaches her. :3

OOC: Yeah  

IC: Boulderpaw nudged Grasspaw. "Come on, let's go." he mewed.

"Fluffkit!" Tawnypaw panted, "Please, stop." The waterfall rushed a few fox-lengths away, the wind shrieked and ran thundered against the ground.

Grasspaw skidded to a halt.
"We should be able to find her easier. There are barely any bushes and trees for her to hide in now." she mewed, sounding nothing more than a kit herself.

Fluffkit stared back at Tawnypaw, her eye filled with fire. "Dog. Down." she growled. The dog came racing towards her, and she squealed, hopping to the side. It carried her to the edge, and she slid with the rain, just latching on. "Help!" she yowled.

Boulderpaw slashed at the dog. He leaped onto it's back, growling.

Her heart skipping a beat, Tawnypaw raced over to the kit, grabbing her scruff and heaving her upward.

Fluffkit shot onto the dog's back, raking her claws down it's tail. She hopped off and ran around it in circles, hoping to distract it. "Thank you!" she yowled to Tawnypaw.

Grasspaw, frozen once again, locked gazes with the dog. It bared its teeth, but the apprentice did nothing and stepped forward a few mouse~lengths. It threw Boulderpaw off and faced Grasspaw, growling. She smacked it upward the head, claws sheathed, and snarled.

"No, Fluffkit, get out of the way!" she hissed. Tawnypaw barreled into the fearsome dog.

Boulderpaw rolled over, and rolled under the dog's belly, raking his claws down it's belly.

Fluffkit nodded, sliding away from the dog.

Grasspaw glared at the dog as Tawnypaw barrelled him into a tree. She trotted away with a smirk, picking up Fluffkit and carrying her under the protection of one of the only small bushes around.

Tawnypaw relentlessly slashed at the dog, snarling and driving it closer to the edge of the cliff.

Boulderpaw rolled over, and almost fell off. He got back up, leaping back onto the dog.

Grasspaw licked Fluffkit clean from the blood and dirty rain. She comforted the kitten and prayed to SouLClan that the dog wouldn't come toppling in.

Tawnypaw backed away from the dog, which stood on the precarious slopes down to the raging river.

Fluffkit nuzzled into GRasspaw, a small purr coming out her mouth.

Grasspaw sighed and finished Fluffkit off. She placed her paw on her head and shook her own.
"Stay here." she mewed, rushing out and facing the dog again, paw raised as a threat.

Boulderpaw scratched the dog down it''s back, and held it to the ground. His sides were bleeding from when he scratchd them on the rocks, and he bit the dog on it's neck.

The dog shook Boulderpaw off and picked up Grasspaw. She squealed and whimpered as it threw her overboard. She hung helplessly on the edge of the cliff, tears plunging from her eyes. Soon she would join them.

Boulderpaw screeched, tumbling over. He leaped to his paws, hauling Grasspaw back up. He swiped a paw at the dog, getting bowled over. He latched his paws on the edge of the cliff, and pulled himself up.

Grasspaw gazed up at the towering dog. She was going to settle this once and for all. She ran in circles, attempting to confuse the creature, and once it fell for it, she led it into a slippery puddle of mud. It slipped and thumped to the ground, and she set a paw on its neck with unsheathed claws. She dug in and then clamped her jaws on it out of the blue.
Oh, mother, is this the right thing? she thought, praying to her mother in SouLClan.

Boulderpaw bit harder on the dog's neck, letting it drop to the ground. He waited for the right time, and dug his claws into it's back.

The dog whimpered louder than the thunder and quickly fleed once a bolt of lightning stung the tip of his tail. Grasspaw felt satisfied as she ducked under the bush again to gather Fluffkit.

Boulderpaw leaped off, smirking.

Fluffkit edged out the bush, her fur drying off slightly.

Grasspaw mouthed something inaudible and picked up Fluffkit by the scruff, trotting back to camp with gleaming eyes against the grey clouds and rain.

Fluffkit purred slightly.

Boulderpaw trotted after his sister, glad they were safe.

Grasspaw glanced back, waiting for Tawnypaw to catch up, matching her pace with Boulderpaw's as she went on more slowly.

Watercloud padded here. A thin thrush was clamped in her jaws as she trotted along the edge of the cliffs. She saw a rogue approaching her. She arched her back, hastles raised.
"What are you doing here?" she hissed, flattening her ears.
Rowan, the rogue, came up, nearly breathing on the she-cat.
"Well, since you asked..." he snarled, leaping at her and raking his claws across her throat.
Watercloud yowled, batting at his face, but it was no use. She fell limp, a growl of defiance still on her face. She lay frozen as Rowan left, tail held high.
OOC: Watercloud is dead!

OOC: This is inactive.... no one ever probably posts here but me. So, pardon moi for the double posting. BTW, I'm on a killing spree.

Zebrafire sighed, padding up the sheer cliff. She watched the gentle-moving waterfall and smiled, but she flickered her ears backwards for any sign or scent of prey. She only smelled some faint cat and death smell, but the tired she-cat imagined it was from a long time ago (but it's not, you egg!). She fell into a daydream, and didn't realize she was walking on the edge. She quickly snapped out of it, but she had toppled over! Zebrafire dug her claws into the ledge, but it was no use. Suddenly, a cat approached her. She hissed, but as the cat helped her up, she smiled.
"Thank you! Who are you?" she let out a dreamy sigh at the handsome tom.
"I'm Rowan," he meowed, the blood and fur of Watercloud still in his claws.
Zebrafire nearly fell over again, but he caught her. But, as she waved her tail in goodbye and began to leave, he swept his tail around her and attached his jaws around her scruff, leaping away and dragging her along.

Blueshine padded onto the rocky outcrops above the sheer cliffs. The rain had slowed to a soft pattering that was covered by the thundering of the waterfall below. "Everyone watch your step!" she called.

Robinblaze followed them closely behind. Her nose scenting a faint smell of blood overhead. She twitched her whiskers, thinking it was only her imagination and quickened her pace.

Patchwhisker eyes the edge of the cliff nervously, but shifted over closer to the walls. "Blueshine, don't you think it could get dangerous here with the weather and all? " He meowed as he kicked over a piece of slush that he almost tripped on. The rain was slowing down, gladly he sighed of relief, but hoping that no wind would be following to sweep them off their paws.

"As long as you avoid the edges." she scoffed. One bush had several small birds perched inside, chattering wildly and creating a dark shadow within the branches.
