ooc: Lol, the only cats i have are the medicine cat, Shiningfrost and Breezekit. I suppose i could make another warrior for a mentor....?

Stormheart chose a squirrel from the pile and a small mouse for Poppykit.

Poppykit picked up the small mouse her father picked for her and dragged the heavy thing back to the nursery.

OOC-Willow? Make Shinigfrost answer, please! About the mentors for Poppykit and Breezekit. Keep in mind, though, that Poppykit may die later on from greencough, as told to me by Hazeflower

IC-Jaystar patiently waited for an answer from Shiningfrost.

Pinetail twitched in his sleep.

Antpaw's sleep got easier.

Poppykit coughed feebly

Poppykit didn't sleep at all last night

Jaystar STILL waited for Shingingfrost to reply about the mentors.

ooc: Guys, its dawn? The cats should be getting up or whatever!

Ocean-leaders sometimes mentor the DEPUTY'S KITS

ic: Shiningfrost shook her head. "Sorry, Jaystar. Um, mentors...could you mentor Breezekit? I'm not sure about Poppykit though..."

"Really? Me? Mentor, Poppykit? Sure! I would love to! Letsee, for Breezekit how about...Willoweagle? She is a good, strong cat. An apprentice could really benefit her and I think she would and Breezekit would be a great match!" replied Jaystar, happily.

Shiningfrost purred. "I'm happy to leave this to you at the moment, Jaystar. If i ever become leader, i'll need al the help i can get!" she joked. Breezekit looked up and yawned. "Will Willoweagle be my mentor?" the kit asked, her blue eyes wide.

Minnowsplash slept soundly.

"Shiningstar has a nice ring to it." purred Jaystar, cheerfully. He turned and looked down at Breezekit "Shhh. Thats a secret, okay?"

Breezekit's eyes grew wider, and she nodded eagerly. "Okay!" the kit whispered. Shiningfrost purred in laughter as her daughter put her head down and pretended to be asleep, but actually did fall asleep after a while. "You would make a good father," Shiningfrost purred to Jaystar.

"Thank you." purred Jaystar "I hope to be one...some day." he said as he took on a wistful look and looked far into distance.

Shiningfrost purred. "Well all the same, i think it's time for these kits to become apprentices now," she said, raising her voice slightly at the end. Breezekit was up and running around outside in an instant. "I'm gonna be an apprentice! I'm gonna be an apprentice!" she chanted happily.

Minnowsplash got up and padded outside to see what Breezekit was making a fuss over.

"I agree completely." mewed Jaystar as he jumped up onto the Smoothrock. He yowled "All cats that can catch their own prey please come here for another apprentice ceremony!"

OOC-After this does the Twoleg Plot begin?

There is so much action happening in the clans! I love it!
Um, Willow? I was wondering that if we have the Boneclan thing, will this arc be over? Or will there be more stuff?
On AC, our arc ends when we defeat Rainclan. After all of our arcs end we were going to have the HUGE AWCA Tri Forum quest/journey across the clans with cats from all the clans, remember? So I was curious if that would happen that soon, or later. So I know if I need to hurry things up on AC

ooc: Willow you still did not pm me about what you plan on doing with each clan! You said that you would pm me about it...

in: Foxear saw Antpaw pad out of the den and started to think what it was like to be an apprentice again.

Antpaw padded out of the den to get some fresh air. But he went back inside to look for herbs for Pinetail's joints. "What would we use for Pinetail's aching joints? And how?" (Antpaw knows NOTHING about herbs XD) he asked.

Pinetail purred in his sleep remembering what it was like to be a warrior again.

Poppykit coughed and then sneezed

ooc: Hazel=Shiningfrost just announced that Poppykit would become an apprentice. Dont you think she would be slightly more.....happy than that?

ic: Shiningfrost pushed Poppykit out of the nest. "Come on. Your apprentice ceremony," she said.

Breezekit frantically tried to groom her pelt before she was called o become Breezepaw!

Poppykit was excited for her apprentice ceremony. She coughed in response to her mother

"Are you feeling okay, Poppykit?" Shiningfrost frowned. "Maybe i'll take you to Minnowsplash after the ceremony..."

Breezekit could hardly sit still because she was so excited.

Minnowsplash looked at Antpaw. "Later. Now its Breezekit and Poppykit's apprentice ceremony!" she said, excitedly.

"I'm....fine...." Poppykit said while coughing and shivering

Antpaw rolled his eyes and listened to the cats. "Umm... i think a cat might be sick..." he told his mentor.

Pinetail sat to watch the leader.

Foxear purred thinking of having an apprentice.

Poppykit shivered

Shiningfrost licked her kit. "Come on. Let's go out and you can get your apprentice name, then you can go see Minnowsplash," she said, pushing Poppykit over to where Breezekit was sitting outside.

Minnowsplash looked at her apprentice. "You may be blind, but you dont miss a trick, do you Antpaw? I realised before. Poppykit's sick. Probably nothing, but better to chek it out." she commented.

Poppykit nodded and then followed

Shiningfrost padded out of the nursery, with Poppykit. "Come on, Poppykit. Sit over here by Breezekit," she murmured, worried for her youngest kit.

Breezekit looked at her sister, and frowned. That smell....

Poppykit slowly padded over to Breezekit

Breezekit licked her sister's shoulder. "Come on. Soon you'll be Poppypaw!" she said lively.

Poppykit was excited, but didn't feel like showing it

Foxear looked at the kits.

Pinetail looked at his leader.

Antpaw sat in the medicine cat den entrance listening to his leader from there.

Poppykit coughed

Seedpaw sat with her mother, Brightpool. Seedpaw was telling her about how good she was doing in battle. "I want to watch your training" her mother told her. Seedpaw purred and mewed "okay" she then looked around the camp real quick looking for her mentor. But she soon turned back to her mother then they started talking again. When the leader called for a meeting they turned to listen.

Jaystar said cheerfully "It is that time again! Time for another apprentice ceremony. This time it will be Poppykit and Breezekit's turn to become apprentice. Poppykit, Breezekit, please step forward."
The two kits step forward to the leader.
"Poppykit, Breezekit it is time for you two to become apprentices. With the power bestowed to me by Soulclan, I name you Poppypaw and Breezepaw of Cloudclan. May Soulclan watch over these two apprentices and keep them safe and healthy. (really, Jaystar?) " said Jaystar, trying to remember the rest of the apprentice ceremony. He was messing up but he didn't really care.
"Breezepaw, your mentor will be Willoweagle. Willoweagle, you have trained long and hard and I think it is about you recieve an apprentice. Please pass all of your knowledge onto Breezepaw."
The two, Breezepaw and Willoweagle, touch noses and step down.
"Poppypaw, your mentor will be none other that me, Jaystar, leader of Cloudclan. I intend to pass all of my great knowledge as a leader down to you, Poppypaw."
Jaystar and Poppypaw touch noses. (sickness successfully passed)
"And that concludes the apprentice ceremony of Poppypaw and Breezepaw. May their apprenticeship be happy and successful." (not)

Jaystar jumped down to the ground of the Cloudclan camp exhilarated and ready to begin training Poppypaw.

Poppypaw couldn't believe she was an apprentice. She still coughed

Stormheart felt proud

ooc: Shiningfrost has been licking Poppypaw. She gets sick too?

Breezepaw puffed her chest up in pride! If only Poppypaw would get better....

Shiningfrost purred happily. Her kits were finally apprentices!

OOC-No, she doesn't have to. I just said that since well....to do a little commentary on what was going to happen to Poppy and Jay.
I plan for Jay to lose a life to the sickness and then that is when the meddy find out that he has only 8 lives.
Eventually he will meet the leader that ran away to be a kittypet again and will learn what has happened to his brother and the rest of his family

ic: Shiningfrost purred for her kits, then held her breath as she coughed silently.

"What herb helps with a cough?" Antpaw asked his mentor, Minnowsplash.

Seedpaw cheered for the kits with Brightpool then they went back to talking.

Pinetail looked around the camp and purred because of the new apprentices.

Foxear cheered for the new apprentices then looked around for his apprentice, Thunderpaw.

Thunderpaw looked for her mentor.

Poppykit coughed

Stormheart purred

Foxear mewed "Over here Thunderpaw!"

Antpaw waited for his mentor to answer.

Pinetail looked around camp.

Seedpaw and Brightpool talked to gether.

Thunderpaw heard the familiar sound of Foxear's voice. She ran swiftly over towards his voice.

"Poppypaw, are you okay? Do you need to see Minnowsplash and Antpaw?" asked Jaystar, concerned for his new apprentice. Was she sick?

Poppypaw's only response was a cough and a sneeze
