"Anyone not on a patrol can feel free to hunt," Turtlesplash concluded, "I'm going to be taking a group to the sunningstones." she hopped off the root and back into the clearing with her Clanmates.

Flowerbelly trotted after Turtlesplash. "I can come along to the Sunningstones!" she exclaimed, tail lashing excitedly to be back in the groove of when they still had a camp.

Salmonpelt nodded and acknowledged Turtlesplash and Rubblewind. He repeated what the other warrior said, "Alright, four warriors and three older apprentices can come along!"

"Um, Ebonyfur is in the nursery." Tanglepaw sighed a little, and Rubblewind nodded in acceptance.
"That's okay, we'll go without them. Snailnose, Lostblaze, Silverclaw, lets go."

Willowpaw slid into camp, a frog dangling from her jaws. Fish-brained Sandstar and his stupid responsibility oh we're too much for him but Feathercloud with her pretty SoulClan-forsaken pathetic eyes is all his he's such a weasel I hope he drowns I hope they all drown I wish the flood killed them all. She avoided Lostblaze's gaze.

Willowpaw halted abruptly, a wave of paranoia washing over her. Am I in trouble? "Sure." she mewed, dropping the frog and slinking towards the group, a bit nervous. "What're we doing?"

"Just a regular patrol and then I thought some combat training was in order," Lostblaze mewed as he looked over the she-cat. "Are you alright? You looked pretty angry yesterday," he meowed and stopped her before they reached the group, looking down at her before continuing, "remember that you can talk to me at anytime, Willowpaw. I'm here for you." With that said, he joined the group with her.

"Yeah." Willowpaw mewed, remember her burst at Sandstar. Now everyone will dislike me and think I'm mean. Fish-dung. No one can see how awful he is cause he's so quite about it so I should do the same. "Thanks. Where will we be patrolling?" she asked innocently.

"BrightClan's border." Lostblaze purred, rolling his shoulders, muscles rippling beneath his ginger pelt. "After we'll go to the training grounds. When we finish there, we can hunt on the way back." He smiled down at Willowpaw. "Sound good?"

Rosepaw darted back into camp behind Willowpaw, panting as she dropped the three minnows she had caught. "How," she gasped, plopping onto the floor. "How are you so fast?"

Salmonpelt turned to Marshfeather and nodded. "Great," he meowed, then turned to the makeshift warriors den. "Cedarhowl, Carrotnose, and Minnowfrost! We're going to patrol the DuskClan border. Quartzpaw, Hazelpaw, and Zebrapaw, too."

Tanglepaw almost stumbled but followed happily.

Cedarhowl dipped his head to Salmonpelt, and Quartzpaw padded over with her fur looking as though she hadn't groomed it in a quarter-moon.

Feathercloud woke up once again, to the feeling of her kits squirming at her belly. She looked at them with sleepy eyes, trying to focus as they suckled for milk. "My three precious little ones, you will grow strong and caring just like your father was." She whispered to them, purring softly.

Spottedface stretched, enjoying the warmth of the sun creeping along her fur. She shook her unusual patterned spotted pelt and made her way to the fresh-kill pile. She sniffed it, and picked up a water vole in her jaws.

Flowerbelly looked around for Firepool, her ears pricked. She was looking over her shoulder and bumped into something by the fresh-kill pile. She leaped back and yelped, only to realize it was just another warrior. "Sorry!" she mewed, eyes still flicking across the clearing.

"Would someone mind bringing me a vole or fish?" Feathercloud called out to someone who was nearby, her kits awake and squirming. She couldn't wait for their eyes to open, but she knew she had to name them soon.

Spottedface stumbled as Flowerbelly bumped into on accident. The she-cat dropped the water vole in surprise and quickly regained her balance. "Unless you haven't noticed, we're not particularly training for battle here," She purred in amusement, before taking a bite from her water vole and glancing back at the worried she-cat, "Are you looking for something?"

Firepool stirred in his nest and blinked open his eyes, suddenly aware he had slept in on his nap. He bolted up straight and padded out the makeshift warriors den, his ears perked up in alert.

Flowerbelly smiled, surprised that Spottedface was so nice to her. "Oh, I'm just looking for Firepool. We were going to go hunting." she responded, sighing in relief when she saw his blazing orange pelt appear from the makeshift warriors den.

Spottedface nodded as she remember when Firepool would watch Flowerbelly as an apprentice. She quickly picked up her water vole and left with a purr, sauntering over to a nice spot on a sun-soaked boulder.

Firepool noticed Flowerbelly's gaze locked on him, and he padded over with a mrow of greeting. "Sorry, I slept in!" He meowed, giving his chest fur a couple of embarrassed licks, "Where did you want to go hunting?"

Aquatail led the patrol back. It looks like Turtlesplash and Sandstar are gone. Hopefully Nightfoot is somewhere nearby. She thought and looked around.
