Oceanbreeze followed Amberstar, seething with anger. "It's my kit! She is mine! She is half Brightclan! Cant you accept her? Please!" he yowled at the top of his lungs. "I love her! I'll train her, make her into a true BrightClan warrior!"

Runningkit woke, dangling from another cat's jaws. "Eek! Oceanbreeze!" she mewed, struggling to see who was carrying her.

Featherfall watched as her son grew sadder and sadder with every passing sentence. "Runningkit was your's and Dawnpool's, right?" Featherfall asked her son, who nodded sadly. "Amberstar knew."

Sweetfeather looked genuinely suprised. "I am so confused." she mewed to Pebbleblaze.

ic: Oceanbreeze leapt at Amberstar. "I am their father! I have a right to be with them! There is no point in living if you cant even know who your own father is!" Suddenly, he realised why he was doing this, and stepped back. "I never knew my father. Featherfall had a mate outside the Clan. How would you feel, knowing that you had no father?" he whispered.

Featherfall padded over to Sweetfeather and Pebbleblaze. "I think we should leave them alone. Mintkit!" she added, and the kit fell over. She had been sneaking up on Rosethorn's tail, and the deputy purred.

"So you want Runningkit to have no mother instead?", he looked at Oceanbreez, "That is why I said to you, to stay in Fireclan if you want to keep your kits from this, but just tearing them apart does not make it better for any of them. Neither Runnikit nor her littermates. Each of the would be missing a parent and littermates."

"What will happen to Oceanbreez, I have never seen Aberstar getting so angry", Pebbleblaze shivered. Sandkit snuggled into her mothers leg, "What is going on?"

Featherfall licked Sandkit's head gently. "Oceanbreeze is just talking to Amberstar." she mewed soothingly.

Oceanbreeze let out a hiss. "I love them. THey're my own kits, my own flesh and blood. You want Clan loyalty over that? You want me to watch as my kits growing up, not knowing who their father is? I hate you." he hissed, stalking out of the warriors den and lying in the middle of the clearing.

Saprksnwo shook his head, and went to the fresh kill pile. Grayfur thoghut of what he said, but shook he head. Her lits whould grow up with out her regurdless, it didn't matter to her if they were with their father or not.

Featherfall lifted her head as Mintkit gave a little cough.

Sweetfeather rose from her nest and started sniffing around her herb store.

Rosethorn stood up from where she was guarding at the camp entrance, hoping that AMberstar didnt know what she was up to.

Featherfall called for Sweetfeather, who came in with a little tansy stuck to her pelt. "Whats the matter?" The medicine at asked, just as Mintkit gave another cough. "Oh. RIght. Well, heres some tansy-" she plucked the leaf off her pelt "-and give it to her after she has some milk."
Featherfall purred and licked Sweetfeather's shoulder, and purred in thanks.
