Featherwhisker smiled. "Good, because they'd all be long dead. Follow me," he padded towards the cliff face, and followed a narrow path along towards the waterfall.

Trip, Ashley, and Spook cane here. Ashley was leaning on trips shoulder. Spook noticed clan cat scent, being a brat- He made a shrill cry, trying to get their attention. Spook ran off as Ashley hissed.

Featherwhisker growled at the rogues, then turned back to Oceanpaw. "Follow me, its a bit slippery." He stepped forward, the spray from the waterfall wetting him slightly, and he disappeared into a hollow behind the water.

Featherwhisker looked around. "This is where most of the herbs are grown," he explained, smiling. "See if you recognise any of them."

She nodded and looked around, sniffing each herb individually. "Oh, here's some yarrow." she meowed, looking up from the plant.

Oceanpaw nodded and made sure to sniff them and to know that she knew what they looked like. She even took tiny pieces to chew up so she'd know the taste as well.

ic: Featherwhisker smiled. "We need to get some catmint as well, and this is probably the only place other than the twolegplace to get some." he pointed to the herb, and nipped a little bunch of the leaves off at the stems. "This keeps the plant healthy."

"It doesn't pull the roots up so it allows the plant to grow again right?" she asked, nipping some as well.

Featherwhisker nodded. "The only time you should pull up the roots of a plant is when you need them. And then again, only take a few." he placed the bunch of catmint down and padded over to the yarrow, digging up some of the soft soil. He took two roots, and then re covered the rest in the dirt.

Featherwhisker shook the dirt off the yarrowroot carefully, and nodded. "We've got a bit at home, but its always best to have too much of a rare herb than not enough of a common one!" he mewed, smiling slightly.

She nodded and nipped some off, making sure she could carry a good amount of both herbs. "Anything else we need?" she muttered around the leaves.
