The Cave of White Waters

Main description: A dark, sheltered cave off to the side of the main river, with the only entrance a small hole only just big enough to pass as a rabbit hole. A ledge that only older cats can jump is the only exit to the camp. The sound of the White River echoes through the cave, constantly reminding the cats that they are still a part of nature, and could be washed away at any point, while a small stream runs through the side near the entrance, letting moss grow that the cats use for bedding. 

Healer's den (the Cave of Bright Pools): Down a long narrow corridor and off to the side of the main camp area. This is where the healer, always known as the Poolteller (Teller of Bright Pools). The top of the cave is open to the elements on one side, where the moon, stars, sun and clouds reflect off, and where the Poolteller interprets the signs of the ancestors. There are 3 large niches in the rocks, one for the Poolteller, one for the initiate leader when there is one, and the deepest for herb storage. 
Cave-guards' den: A shallow dip in the wall, spilling out into the main cave and normally mingling with the prey-hunters' area. Nests are dips in the ground lined with ferns then filled with mosses.
Prey-hunters' den: Same as the cave-guards' area; both are opposite to the camp entrance.
To-bes' den: A slightly deeper niche in the wall, in between the nursery and the Cave of Bright Pool's entrance.
Kit-mothers' den: a very large den tucked around the corner to the to-bes' den, with a wide entrance covered in ivy and larger, deeper nest more comfortably filled with moss.
Elders' den: a long and thin den with a good view of the main cave, opposite to the to-be's den, which has nests lined with the softest moss for old bones to rest more comfortably on.

ic: Ivy that Climbs up Rock laid outside of the kit-mothers' den, her paws tucked comfortably under her. She watched her two sons as they ran around the cave.
"You're supposed to be chasing me!" Heat of Morning Sun said, flicking an ear at his brother.
"No, you said you were gonna get me!" Snake that Hides in Brush argued back.
"Well, I changed my mind!" Sun mewed, turning away to run. he bounced onto Ivy's back. "I'm safe!"
"No fair!"

Splash of Leaping Pike trotted out of her den to see Ivy that Climbs up Rock. 
"Hello Ivy that Climbs up Rock. Everything okay?" the talented Prey-hunter meowed.

OOC: They don't use their entire names in conversations.
IC: Mist the Rests on Lake padded out of her den and stretched, giving a big, toothy yawn. "Hey, Splash! Hey, Ivy!" she mewed, "Why are you guys up so late? Is it those kits again?"

ooc: it doesn't matter, Leopard.

ic: "Yes," Ivy answered both of them. "I can't get a moment's peace around here." She said, though her eyes glowed affectionately. "Snake, Sun!"
The two kits stopped their game to look up. "What?" Snake flicked his tail, padding over. Sun trotted after him.
"Its bedtime! It's actually after bedtime." She replied, ushering them into the den and ignoring their mumbled complaints.

OOC: I'm teaching Ember the ways of the tribe. She's reading Midnight like a snail!
IC: Mist purred, "Well, I could take them off your paws!" she mewed, then yowled, "There's a big secret in the elder's den!"

"I heard you." Sun mewed with a flick of his ears that suggested he thought she was mousebrained. "I'm not gonna be fooled by that." he padded into the kit-mothers' den after Snake.
Though Ivy hid her laugh, she couldn't quite stop the quick flash of her grin.

"Shut up." she mewed, then went back to her den.

Sun looked up and was about to hiss a retort, but Ivy cut him off with a cuff over his ear. He shot his mother a reproachful look before settling down next to his brother, who was already falling asleep.
Ivy layed down, curling around them to keep them warm.

ic: Star that Lights the Night and Cloud that Drifts in Wind lay near each other in the to-bes den, snoring lightly. The day of training had been hard on both of them, and Cloud's fluffy white pelt was still drying after accidentally falling into one of the Cold Pools.

Poolteller sat near her den, listening to the conversations that were going on. Her blue eyes flashed with affection for her tribemates.
Whisper of Falling Leaves and Rain of Forgotten Souls headed to their respective nests after bidding each other good night.

ooc: Oh i was happy because i got the first post

ic: Brisk Wind of Dawn slept in his nest, his tail curled over his nose.

Snake grumbled when Sun accidentally kicked him.
Sun huffed, annoyed because he couldn't get comfortable.
"Sun, will you just sleep?" Ivy said with her eyes closed. The fact that little paws kept poking her is how she knew he wasn't sleeping yet.

Star and Cloud sleep, their breath fogging up the air.

ooc: Do I make more tribe charries?

ooc You can if you want.

Poolteller sat in her den, looking around at the walls.
Leaf and Rain slept in their nests, their tails over their noses.

Rage of Evening Storm slept in her nest. Mist looked at her and purred, "She even frowns in her sleep!"

Star jumped to her paws, her fur on end. Cloud blinked awake. "Wha....?" she mewed. Star shook her ears, sighing. "B-bad dream, dont worry." she mewed quickly. But then, both of their ears pricked. The rush of the river had grown louder.

OOC um, hello...?

OOC: Nothing is happening, can the quest cats get here yet?

ooc: I was waiting for people to post so that I could RP the tsunami but obviously not...

Leaf and Rain yawned, padding out of their dens.
Poolteller sat, watching the camp. Her face blank and her eyes looking hollow

Star got up and padded outside, her tail fluffed up to twice it's normal size. Cloud followed, her ears pricked to the roar of water, thrice the noise it normally was.

"Star, Cloud?" Poolteller called, padding over. "You noticed too?"

Mist mewed, "What is that?"

Ivy pricked her ears, listening to the crashing of the waves. "It seems awfully loud...." she mewed, glancing worriedly at Poolteller.

Star's eyes were glassy, and Cloud was shaking. "S-she had a dream..." Cloud mewed. "Water everywhere..." And cats with stars in their fur saving us, she wanted to add but didn't want to sound stupid.

"Well of course" Mist snorted, "We live by the ocean. There's already water everywhere."
OOC: *facepalm directed at Mist*

Cloud unsheathed her claws. "No! Like, a massive wave, and water ev-" she ended in a shriek as the entrance to the cave was covered in a watery light, and the loud crashing became suddenly very close, water everywhere.

Mist yowled as water washed over her, watery torrents battering her.

Ivy let out a yowl, running to try and shield her kits. Sun whimpered, but was cut of as water poured over him.
Snake pressed his face into his mother's long fur, trembling.

Wind darted to the side of a den, bracing himself against the side of it.

Water (the cat) ran over to help Sun.
Storm felt the stone beneath her paws vanish as she was washed off her feet.

Star yelped as she was swept off her paws, but managed to grab the side of the cave's wall. "Get outside!" she yowled over the crashing of the waves. "You'll have a better chance!"
Cloud bubbled from where she was near her sister, swimming strongly against the current and towards the hole.

"Follow Star and get to high ground!" Poolteller shouted, hurrying over to Ivy to help her.
Leaf and Rain leaped into the water since they'd been a little higher up, and swam after Star.

Ivy tried to keep both of her kits above water, pushing them in the way Star had gone.

Mist regained her footing and began to scramble up the walls.

Wind swam ahead, kicking his legs until his claws hit rock and he started to pull himself up.

A stream of bubbles escaped Cloud's mouth as she clawed her way out, into the main current. She was thrown against some bushes, and her fluffy white pelt caught in some twigs.

Star took a deep breath and paddled over to Ivy, her loyalty to her Tribe far outweighing her fear of dying.

Storm yowled as water pushed her towards the bottom.

"Cloud!" Leaf paddled toward her, his eyes a bit frantic. "You okay?"

The fluffy white shecat managed to wriggle away from the bush, leaving a few tufts of fur behind. "Y-yeah, I'm fine," Cloud mewed breathlessly

Eagle quickly swims to his mate,Shade, who is holding Fog's scruff in her jaws trying to keep Fog above the water. Eagle comes to her side both going torwards the exit.

ooc: i need to make more cats. *zooms away*

Ivy place a shaking and terrified Sun on a rock, up above the water. Snake scrambled up the last few feet himself, and got up next to his brother. Ivy hopped up a minute later, panting and out of breath from her long fur holding her down.

Eagle and Shade struggled swimming with the height of the water surging up and down again. They manage to get out the exit. "Wheres my kit? Where's Fog? FOG!" Shade yells seeing Fog clinging to rock thats not yet consumed by the water wailing loudly.

Star scrambled up beside Ivy, panting. "Do you need any help?" he asked.

Eagle went after Fog who was still wailing on the rock. He grabbed her by the scruff and tried to take her to the entrance.

Owl swam strongly, his short brown fur not dragging in the water at all.

All of a sudden a surge of water sweeps away Fog. Eagle dives in after her.

By now, the water had almost completely filled the camp and was starting to cut out the light. Any cat inside here risks being killed, by drowning or getting hit by debris.

Grabbing Fog by the scruff again he swims to the entrance with all his strength. Fog isn't moving which causes Eagle to push on, and then makes it out the caves and outside then drops Fog down gently. "Fog? FOG, wake up, breathe don't die!" Shade whispers with tears welling in her eyes.
