IC: Hawkstep angled his ears backwards and turned, seeing Nightpelt and Sparkpaw. He gave a long, hard sigh and licked the dirt off of Brindlestripe and leading her back to camp, letting her lean on his shoulder.
"Windpaw, Darkcloud, are you all okay? We should get back to the medicine cats now." he meowed, giving a slightly jagged purr and nuzzling Brindlestripe gently on her shoulder.

Brindlestripe felt warm and contented, even through the cold. She leaned gratefully against Hawkstep's shoulder and followed him, nuzzling him back.

Nightpelt shook his head. "No, no, the valcano won't explode again. It would probably be a long time from now if it ever did." He meowed, flicking his tail as he padded on, heading to the training hollow next.
