Lunarpaw followed after her leader, dropping her pebbles and trotting along.

lightpaw glared after the rough, but then shrugged, turning back to the patrol.

Robinblaze looked over to the dots of cats who were now the Frostclan patrol. She let out a hiss of annoyance, and looked back to Lilytail. "That loner probably did something on Frostclan territory and now you just let her loose on ours!" She growled, lashing her tail.

Snakewhisker nodded along, behind the senior warrior.
Bramblepaw and Shrewpaw were sitting side by side quietly, listening.

Silvertalon blinked, Why is Dapplestar so angry? She thought, looking back at the Duskclan patrol.
Angelwhisper quickened her pace alongside her sister.

Heatherpaw frowned, "What if Duskclan are planning something?" She turned to Lunarpaw, who was padding beside her.

Lilytail turned to face Robinblaze.
"Why don't you learn your manners and speak respectfully to your future leader?" she growled, scraping against the ground in agony.
"The rogue was running back to Twolegplace. If she comes back, we'll keep her prisoner." she assured Robinblaze more calmly, although she still had a salty tone in her voice.

IC: Tawnysky nervously flicked her ear. "I'm a little more concerned about the FrostClan patrol that arrived, screamed, and then immediately left. What in SoulClan's name made them so upset that they didn't even try to warn us off?" she stuttered, stepping between Robinblaze and Lilytail, her heart pounding with fear.

Robinblaze narrowed her eyes at Lilytail. "More like you should respect your senior and older warriors." She mumbled, still giving a dirty glare at the young she-cat.

Shrewpaw snorted, "Huh, It's just because Frostclan are a bunch of mouse-brains." She meowed, glancing back to the Frostclan territory.

Robinblaze gasped, "Excuse me?!" She growled, being offended. Her claws slid out and in into the ground in frustration.

Shrewpaw widened her eyes. Why did lilytail call her 20 moons...? She thought in shock.
Bramblepaw widened his eyes bewildered.

OOC: Well, in her audition she said 17 moons, and Lilytail's audition says 28, so after the time skip Lilytail is older. Also, the patrol's already back at camp lol.

Bluesnow walked after him, ears alert for prey. The strong reek of fox overwhelmed him and a moment later heard the shrill barking, "Fox!" he yowled, clambering up a tree.

" WHAT!" Suntail yowled, and when he opened his mouth the strong reek of fox came over him. The fox appeared, and ran at Suntail. He screamed and jumped up a tree, the fox biting at his tail. He reached a branch, pulling his tail up, the blood dripping from where the fox bit it. The fox started jumping at Suntails tree, almost reaching his branch. Suntail clambered up another branch, staring down at it hissing. " cant reach me fleabrain!" He mocked.

Bluesnow stared down at the fox, terrified. I can't die today! My kits can't grow up without a father! Bluesnow's gaze hardened and he leaped off of the branch, clawing at the fox.

Firecloud hurled himself at the fox grabbing its tail in his jaws.

Mapleleaf just froze when she saw Suntail. Who is he? she asked herself. Then she shook her head. Don't make that mistake again Mapleleaf! She raked her claws down the fox's shoulder.

Suntail caught a glimpse of Mapleleaf. who is that? maybe I could. ask her name after, FOCUS ON THE BATTLE SUNTAIL! he mentally screamed at himself. He dug his claws in deeper, making the fox scream in pain.

Firecloud winced as the fox's claws pierced his ear.

Mapleleaf bit into the fox's spine, feeling the tang of blood on her tongue.

the fox shook its self hard, flinging Suntail off. Suntail it a tree with a hiss. He got up and lunged at the fox again, but the fox moved, and he ended up pinning Mapleleaf down.

" watch out!" Mistystorm yowled as the fox ripped away from her claws, and charged at Suntail. It threw Suntail into a near by tree, then turned to face Mapleleaf, its eyes glazed in hate.

Suntail yowled as he was thrown into the tree, dazed. He caught a glimpse of the fox turning on Mapleleaf. " no!" He whispered, out of breath.

Mapleleaf backed away slowly, neck fur rising. Slobber dripped from the fox's jaws, fury blazing in its eyes. Mapleleaf unsheathed her claws. It's time to prove myself. She leaped, throwing the fox to the ground and fastening her jaws around its throat.

The taste of blood was sickening, but Mapleleaf reminded herself she was doing this for her clanmates. She saw Suntail coming toward her, then stop. She growled, but was cut off shortly when the blood escaped into her throat. She felt the fox's claws rake her shoulders, and slavering jaws tearing flesh off her ear, but held on. Mapleleaf bit harder, hearing a crack. A sharp wail rang in her ears as the fox struggled to hold on to life.

This is her fight. Bluesnow reminded himself, struggling to root his paws into the ground.

Firecloud watched nervously. She can't do this by herself! he thought, paws itching to help her.

OOC: I have no idea, Daisy. Lol, I'm the one who summoned the fox, and Mapleleaf just wanted to leave the fox with a fatal injury...

IC: Mapleleaf finally tore herself away, coughing. The fox stumbled away, whimpering and trailing blood behind it. Mapleleaf was disgusted with herself. Her shoulders were bleeding heavily and the tip of her ear was torn off. Her white muzzle and chest were painted red from the fox's blood. She coughed even more, red droplets spattering the ground. She couldn't even bear to look at the cats around her.

Mistystorm bounded up to her clanmate. " that was amazing!" she meowed then noticed how bad she was hurt. " do you need help back to camp?"

Mapleleaf hissed at Suntail, caught in the moment. She turned to Mistystorm, and lifted her tail to brush it down her once white chest."This isn't mine. It's the fox's, and thanks, but no," she mewed. "I just need to wash off."

Firecloud found some cobwebs to treat his clanmates' injuries. After all, the only medicine cat related thing he knew how to do, was to absorb blood.

Bluesnow felt guilty he hadn't jumped in to help Mapleleaf. What are you thinking, Bluesnow?! You can't afford to be injured. Willowdapple is soon to have her kits!
