"We come in peace!" Dapplestar called, signaling for the patrol to stay calm. "We've come with news regarding BrightClan."

Nightfoot recognized Dapplestar's sweet voice and lavender lingering scent and smiled, padding up until they were face-to-face.
"What's going on with BrightClan? Should I get Sandstar?" he mewed urgently.

"It's nothing huge, but they went out of their way to hunt on our land." Dapplestar meowed, "I would like to go to your camp with my cats and have a word with your higher-ups."

"Alright," he turned to his patrol.
"Seashell, you can lead the patrol and continue it." he flicked his tail to her and smiled encouragingly, leading Dapplestar and her patrol back to camp.

Seashell grinned at Snailnose and looked at the cats in the patrol.
"Alright, um, I guess you guys can just, erm, fish?" she meowed with uncertainty.

Shadeheart limped forward, struggling to catch up. He got close enough so that the FrostClan patrol could see his fur bristling. He hadn't heard the conversation.

Snailnose nudged her, flattening her ears.

"Maybe someone else should lead the patrol..." she meowed anxiously.

Snailnose glared at Rainstorm and looked to Seashell. "N-no! You're doing fine! Why don't we just patrol along our border with BrightClan, it's closeby at least."

Seashell nodded, watching Nightfoot's shadow disappear behind a small willow tree as he led the FrostClan cats to camp.
"I'm still feeling a bit uneasy about letting FrostClan on our territory," she whispered to Snailnose, leading the patrol towards the BrightClan border.

I'm sure they're just lying so they can get into our camp!

Doveflight and Salmonpelt padded around the small ponds. Doveflight took deep breaths, trying to calm her heart. Why do I feel like this? Am I sick?

"What!?" she hissed in surprise. Anger started bubbling in her chest. "We barely even talked until today, and you love me!?" Doveflight snarled. "I thought you were better Salmonpelt." Doveflight stomped away back toward the camp, fur bristling in anger.

IC: Salmonpelt shrugged, suddenly feeling weird inside. She-cats. he thought. I'll hunt for a bit. He bent down over one of the ponds, watching for any fish, but his mind kept drifting to Doveflight. She's so unique....

Aquatail came in and stood still, waiting for Riverpaw. She smelled something that smelled a bit like rouge

Misty hid in a bush. Mother said to get in a clan so I could survive. But how will I get into this one?

Doveflight ducked under, wading through the waters strongly and grasped Salmonpelt's hind paw in her mouth and pulled him down.

Flowerbelly ran after Aquatail, flattening her ears. She squinted to look through the clearing, hoping not to fall in the water. "Aquatail? Come here! Don't feel so bad!" she called, feeling sorry for the warrior.
