Deersplash yawned as she padded over to Swanfeather and the fresh kill pile, she picked out a crab. She picked it up and followed over to her.

Swanfeather took another bite of her fish as she heard Deersplash yawn. "Don't do that you'll make me yawn." swanfeather giggled before doing just that. Then she noticed Deersplash's look and asked, "Is anything on your mind?"

Hazelpaw huffed as she saw her mentor talking to other cats. I'm not even going to the Gathering and all Swanfeather is doing is talking to other cats!

Rainpaw scooted closer towards her mentor. "How many cats will there be, Rippleshade?" Rainpaw asked. She was going and it was only her first day as an apprentice

Ic: "I wonder if he knows." Swanfeather saod to Deersplash. Then she saw Hazelpaw and said "I'm going to take Hazelpaw out for a quick hunting session before the gathering tonight."

Riverwatcher walked out of the warriors den slowly as another cough shook him. He looked around to see other cats of the clan talking.

Ooc2: Since Sandstar isn't accepting anymore cats to the gathering I'm going to pretend that riverwatcher has a cold so he can't go. Promise I won't drag it out too long though.

"I Dont think he does" she told her shyly, she nodded as she watched Swanfeather leave. Deersplash stood up and started to walk over to another cat when her ears perked at the sound of a coughing. Deersplash turned her eyes over to Riverwatcher. "Riverwatcher!" she said and raced over to him. "Are you alright?"

Riverwatcher coughed again and looked up at the she-cat, startled and said "I'm fine." in a voice that attempting to be convincing.

Swanfeather padded over to Hazelpaw and asked, "Do you want to go on a quick hunting session before I have to go tonight?"

Riverwatcher coughed before a thought popped up into his head. He knew that he and Deersplash had been close since they were little kits but he never thought about how far their bond has brought them as friends. He wondered.... then spoke aloud "Do you...like me?..." Riverwatcher asked hesitantly

Gingerwolf picked herself up, yawning. The evening light shone through the warriors den. She padded outisde, and headed for the fresh kill pile to eat before she left.

Flameears snorted, rolling his eyes and moving away from the pile.

Thundersong looked around camp for his sisters, but sighed when he couldn't find them.

"No, sadly, but my old apprentice Gingerwolf is. Funny how she always used to want to go to gatherings as an apprentice, but now she thinks it's a lack of sleep." he laughed, putting a paw on Littleshadow's. He blushed after realizing what he did, and pulled back a bit, looking down.

"Hopefully." Aquatail said. Her thoughts flooded with Driftpaw

"Silverpaw!" Driftpaw had screamed loudly. Silverpaw's head was bobbing up and down, above and beneath the water. "She's going to die!" Aquapaw said panicked to Thunderpaw. "Maybe we should try to sav..." Thunderpaw had started but a flash of molten brown flashed before them. It was Driftpaw. the small tom flailed around with Silverpaw when Reedwhisker caught Silverpaw. But that was when the currents came and dragged Driftpaw away.
They had found him later on a rocky shore, dead.

Aquatail shook her head. She hated when those memories came
