Oakpaw padded up and bumped Maplepaw with his shoulder. " Oh calm down, being a leader is stressful. She doesn't have time to train brats like you." He said in a joking manner, his eye glinting.

Maplepaw swatted at her brother. “Are you sure the brat isn’t you?” She said playfully, a glint in her eye.

Sparkfeather said out of the warrior’s den and sat in the clearing, thinking about who to call for patrols since Nightpelt was nowhere in sight.

Emberpaw sat at the side of the camp looking rather...annoyed at everything and everyone. Not even my mentor will spend time with me, he thought, saltily.

Hailfeather stretched and padded into the centre of the camp. "Hunting, anyone?" he asked nobody in particular.

Darkshadow heard Sparkfeather's call about hunting from inside of the warriors den, and ducked out to join one, he didn't enjoy sitting around in camp.

“Try the small-trees. Take Ivyfire, Lionstream, and an apprentice of your choice.” She said. Her face lit up with joy at the sight of Darkshadow. “Hello Darkshadow! Can you lead a patrol to the BrightClan border? I can come with you. And a few others.” She said.

Littlelily froze and looked down at her kit. Waspkit and Lynxkit were the last two kits she had. "Wh...what? But why?"

Littlelily looked from Waspkit to Lynxkit. Maybe she could speak to Wild and Hunter about this. "If you wish, I could speak to wild and hunter.. They could take you to where they saw them last.. But I will come with you."

Mudstreak slid out of the medicine den, his fur covered in random herbs from when he thrashed in his sleep. He glanced up wearily at the storm clouds above. He found Falconswoop and swished his tail. “Uh... do you think you can show me the places where herbs grow best?” He said, attempting to shake the herbs from his pelt.

Scorchwind stretched out his legs, padding over to Owlstripe. "I'll go for a hunt. My neck is so stiff being cooped up in camp." he chuckled, tail lashing.

Ibispaw dashed out of the apprentices den, pieces of moss clinging from his fur. He nearly knocked over Briarscorch but didn't even bother to say sorry. "Briarscorch, Briarscorch! I'm ready for my final assessment! I can't wait to become a warrior!" he mewed, bouncing on his paws.

Cloudheart let out a quiet huff, her warm breath making a small cloud in the frigid morning air, she weren't one to be up this early, rather they enjoyed taking their time in the morning sun, letting it warm her furs and bring life back into their cramped muscles. Today was different though, today Cloudheart was very restless for reasons she weren't fully sure about. Her gray paws ached to run, her claws sheathed and unsheathed themselves impatiently. Every muscle was tense, every sound and scent didn't go unnoticed, every twitch of movement was caught by her lavender eyes. Maybe it was the changing seasons, or the excitement of what was to come for their clan, whatever it was she did not like it one bit.
