BrightClan Camp

Glaciershard saw Lightheart and purred. “Sorry about your apprentice, at least he’s alive though. Would you like to go hunting with me? We might as well help he clan out before leaf-bare really starts.” He said.

Lightheart nodded "Sure, why not?"  He sat up.

Glaciershard purred but stopped when a large raindrop smacked his ear. “Uh... who else should we bring? And we should make this quick.”

Lightheart shrugged. "I don't know, let's just go," Lightheart meowed.

Cherrywind eased Eaglepaw to his feet and lead him into the medicine den, following Seabreeze.

Lionkit looked up at his mother. "What happened?" he asked, his small tail waving.

“We can’t just go without another cat, the rogues could find us and we would be better with a third.” Glaciershard hissed under his breath.

"Eaglepaw's mentor almost got him killed," Aspenflake seethed, but she softened when Scorchkit whimpered. She lied down and pulled her kits close with her tail. "He's alright though, he won't be joining SoulClan today."

Lightheart rolled his eyes. "Fine, but I'm not scared of no mangy rouges," Lightheart huffed.

Glaciershard snorted. “Really? I’d like to see you fight one by yourself. You saw how they almost took our camp yesterday.”

Lightheart nodded. "I know, but still I'm not scared. Anyway, I don't know who we should bring," Lightheart continued, scanning the camp.

Echorose padded out of the nursery, her pretty black and white pelt gleaming in the sun. She sighed, heart aching as she thought of Wildkit's death. Shaking her head, she padded to the fresh kill pile, grabbing a mouse and heading back to the nursery.

Lionkit nuzzled into his mother's warmth as a chill wind whipped through the camp. "Okay," he mewed, not really understanding but kneading for milk distractedly.

"I don't really know who to bring," Lightheart repeated. "Do you have any idea of who to bring?" Lightheart asked turning to Glaciershard.

Aspenflake purred and adjusted how she was laying, grooming Lionkit's fur.

Roosterkit turned to make sure his mother wasn’t watching him, and scurried out of the den, ignoring the slight rain. He was 6 moons old now, and ready to explore. He saw a shriveled leaf on the ground near the medicine den and sniffed it. Yarrow I think? I remember eating something like this after eating bad prey. Gross. He thought.

Storkkit let out a kit rawr, leaping out at Roosterkit. " Hi!" He squeaked, batting at the older kits face.

Aether approached the outside of the camp cautiously, his tail flicking ever-so-slightly as he concealed himself in the tall, dry grasses. The storm overhead provided some shadow, though the wind whistling through the fields was rather chilly.

Cherrywind glanced around the medicine den. "Uh, is anyone here?" she asked, wondering where Seabreeze had gone.

Roosterkit, being smaller, got scared by Storkkit and leaped back in surprise. When he got back to his paws. He let out a small whimper. “Don’t scare me like that!”


Mochi glanced at Aether. “It’s practically empty.” She said softly.

Seabreeze popped back into the medicine den. " oh, yes, yes sorry." She dropped the moss near the half drowned apprentice, and started to shift it around him and stuffing a lot under his chest to make him lay at a upward angle. 

Storkkit blinked at him, and reached out a paw to bat his ear again. "Sorry!" He apologized, haven't not know he would have scared the apprentice-aged-kit so badly.

Roosterkit glanced up to the medicine den. “I wonder how Eaglepaw is. Would the medicine cats get mad if I went and watched?” He asked, half to himself.

Quake flicked her tail, hiding. "Who's giving the signal to attack?" she asked in a hushed voice.

"Well according to Mochi, the plan that had one is boring," Rin muttered, hushed. She looked to Crone and watched him.

Crone stalked around the barrier of BrightClan's camp, looking for any small entrances. He stopped when he found the scent of milk. "The nursery is around here," he muttered, gesturing to Rin. "Find a way in and distract them," he hissed.

Rin nodded and looked closely at the camp wall, wriggling in through a small gap. She pranced into the middle of camp, ripping holes in the nursery as she passed before attacking the first cat she saw. She leaped away quickly and yowled to get the attention of what cats remained, sprinting towards the exit of camp.

Crone slid into camp next, ducking towards the nursery immediately and leaping inside. He grinned when he spotted his kits, swatting his large claws across Echorose's flank as he grabbed two kits up in his jaws before sprinting out. He kept his head high, amber eyes gleaming as he ran.

Aspenflake whirled and yowled, chasing after Crone and their kits.

OOC: Idk if we're supposed to attack yet. If we aren't, I'll edit.

Quake stared in. "Okay then!" she replied after a moment, before racing into the nursery and looking around wildly. "Who wants to get eaten?" she grinned, looking at the kits and grabbing the first one she saw.

Storkkit gapped at the overly fast attack, widening his eyes. "T-Tho-Those rogues are taking our friends!" He hissed, abandoning Rooserkit and racing towards the nursery. 

Nightmoon leaped to action, racing into the nursery and throwing herself towards Quake.

Eaglepaw blurrily saw the rogues and dragged himself or, trying to help fight. 


Mochi growled and leaped at Roosterkit, grabbing him by the scruff. Roosterkit let out a squeal. “Stay away from my kit!” A voice sounded from behind Mochi. She turned around and gasped, dropping Roosterkit. “Snake!” She cried. Snakelily leaped up and swatted at Mochi’s face. “It’s Snakelily you idiot. I don’t know what you are doing, but you aren’t the Mochi I knew.” Snakelily snarled. Mochi stood in place, unable to bring herself to attacking Snakelily. 

Flint rushed in and flattened her ears, not knowing what to do. She couldn’t carry a kit, so she looked to see if she could fight someone.

Whitefluff snarled and guarded her kit from the rogues, Flurrykit letting out cries of fear.

Aquakit glanced around for an exit, but couldn’t see around the big rogues.

Quake jumped as Nightmoon threw herself at her. "Who the heck are ya?" she groaned, stepping back and unsheathing her claws, ready to sink them into fur.

Shadestrike growled and charged out of the elder’s den, Pantherclaw on his tail. Frostwing ran out, feeling full of energy. She leaped at Quake and slammed a paw into her head. “Get out of here you rogue!” She snarled.

Quake ducked into the slam, rolling her eyes. "Oh joy, it's a sandwich!" she commented, before rolling onto her belly and kicking her hind legs up into Frostwing.

Frostwing hissed in pain, and leaped back at Quake, digging her claws into her back. “Idiot!” She hissed.

Quake grunted, rolling back on her back to squish Frostwing. "Floor sandwich!" she commented after.

Frostwing growled and lashed her claws out at Quake. “Well, at least you are attacking me and not stealing kits.” She commented, a grin on her face.

Quake grinned, even as the claws slashed across her face. "Oh, but what about the rest of the group?" she laughed, slashing her own claws back at Frostwing repeatedly.

Nightmoon snarled, leaping into Quakes side hard, hoping her shoulder would be enough force to throw her off the elder. 

Storkkit darted around the fighting cats. He nudged Aquakit. "get behind a queen, don't be out in the open." He mewed.

Quake grunted at the force of the roll, then ran back at Nightmoon to ram into her.

Rin sprinted forward and scooped up Aquakit, kicking away Storkkit and sprinting after Crone. 

Crone growled and faced Aspenflake, teeth bared and eyes gleaming with hatred. The sandy colored shecat still took his breath away, and he shook his head roughly to clear himself of the lingering feelings for her.

Aspenflake hissed, unsheathing her claws. "Put them down, Crone. They belong here," she snapped.

Aquakit let out a wail. “Echorose! Echorose!” She cried out to her foster mother. “Help! Help!”

Echorose perked up at the cry and sprinted out, her eyes widening in horror as a growl rumbled in her throat. She sprinted at Rin, tackling the shecat as Fallendust ran up and grabbed Aquakit. 

Clovermask ran forward and grabbed Flint by the scruff, picking her up and running towards the nursery.

Scorchkit let out a wail from where she was held in her father's jaws, different colored eyes focused on her mother. She continued to wail at the torn look on her mother's face.

Aspenflake made split decision at the sound of her daughter's wailing and leaped at Crone, slicing her claws down his sides. 

OOC: Using Clovermask since her apprentice was Sky's cat and since she's left..

Flint let out a weak growl that sounded more like a squeak. “Agh! Clan cats! Let me down or I will... uh...claw your tail off!” She mewed.

Aquakit let out a wail.

Quake stared at Flint as she was carried in. "You actual idiotic stupid moused-brained frog face!" she cursed at her, before slashing out her claws at the nearest cat.

Ryu slipped through the cracks of the nursery, his breathing heavy. He spotted Nightkit and curled his lip in a snarl, grabbing the kit by the scruff and shaking him roughly. "You're coming with us," he laughed, looking for Syrah.

Nightkit let our a wail, trying to adjust his newly opened eyes to the scene. He reached out for his mother, but didn’t even catch a whiff of her.

Up until now, Cherrywind had hid in the medicine den but now stepped out, anger making her almost shake in anticipation. "Oh, this is going to be interesting," she mewed under her breath, immediately launching herself at the nearest rogue with a howl of anger.

Viciari growled, finally bored of waiting near the border. He charged in, launching himself straight at the closest clan cat.

"Hey- what?" Riptidewind shouted as Viciari crashed into him.

Ryu bit down on the top of Nightkit's head, flicking him with his tail. "Shut up, kit," he growled, ducking in the shadows. "You won't ruin this for me."

“Mama! Mama!” Nightkit wailed, thrashing around in Ryu’s grip. “I don’t want to be eaten!”

Petrelflight started trotting into camp and stopped as she saw the rogues.

Snowpaw gasped, her eyes wide. “Icebreeze!” She yowled and leaped in front of her injured older sister, ready to fight off any rogue who came near. 

Eaglepaw let out a growl. “Don’t fight the kits! Fight someone your own size!” He growled weakly, his vision still blurry and his paws wobbly.

Petrelflight dropped the gopher and charged at Ryu, shrieking.

Syrah saw Petrelflight charging at Ryu and raced over, slamming into Petrelflight.

Quake looked at Cherrywind coming out of the medicine den and perked up. She darted out of the nursery and over to the medicine den, hiding in the shadows to find an opening and see if there were any young cats there.
