EchoClan Flower Meadow

A large expanse of grass and wheat. A river flows past on the other side, and fishing is good here. It isnt very sheltered, but a lot of the less common herbs can be found here. Rabbits and watervoles are the main prey.

Diamondheart padded here to collect herbs. She found a pile of Adler Bark and nudged them onto a big leaf. Then she grabbed the leaf by each side and carried it over to a batch of Burdock. She sat down the leaf and started digging up the Burdock. Ocne she had dug them up, she clawed the roots off and put them on the leaf. She padded over to a disinct sent witch was Coltsfoot. She picked off some of the leaves and put them on the bigger leaf. Then she picked the leaf back up and carried it over to a large batch of Daisys, Dandelions, and Feverfew. She picked sevral healthy looking ones and put them on the leaf. Then she left to the forest.

Mistyfur padded here. SHe yawned, laying down. at the corner of her eye she saw a flash of movement. SHe looked closer at it. Dog! SHe hissed, standing up. The dog ran at her. It was huge. It bit her, shaking her aorudn and then throwing her to the side. "Help...." MIstyfur trailed of, falling still.

"Yes, it is." Echostar said, glancing around.

Auoroapaw looked around. "What's that smell?" she asked. she smelled a dead cat that was mistyfur.

Daypaw blinked and sniffed the air as well. Shadowfur followed the smell and blinked. "Echostar..." he called, holding Aurorapaw and Daypaw back so they didn't see.

Echostar came over and nearly yelpe din surprise when she saw Mistyfur. she glanced back at the apprentices. "Shadowfur, would you take her body back to camp?" she asked quietly. "And i'll stay here with the apprentices."

Shadowfur nodded and shifted the deputy's body onto his back, frowning. "I'll come back once I get her back." he mewed before padding away.
Daypaw tried to get around them to see what's going on. "Huh? Why is Shadowfur leaving?" he asked.

"He'll be right back." Echostar told them. "For now, do you two want to practice hunting?"

"Yes!" Aurorapaw mewed.

ooc Wow... I'm eating pie and when I cut a piece to eat it, it flew into my face.. =.= Now I have whipped cream and chocolate on my face.

Daypaw crouched as well. His was a little better but he kept waving his tail.

"Okay." Echostar said. "Daypaw, keep your tail still. Aurorapaw, sheath your claws, and move your legs closer together. you'll have more power and control that way."

Auorapaw nodded, doing what Echostar had told her.

Daypaw wriggled his haunches and leaped but missed as the rabbit hopped away toward Aurorapaw.

Aurorapaw leaped for it and barely caught oe claw on its side. she quickly killed it.

"Thanks." Aurorapaw purred. "Was that good?" she asked, turning to Echostar. "For a first catch, yes." she said. "you'll get better as you practice."

Daypaw nodded and smiled before seeing Shadowfur. "You're back!" he mewed, hurrying up to him.

Shadowfur nodded and met Echostar's eyes for a moment. "Yes I'm back. What are the two of you doing?"

"Tansy is used for coughing. It is a yellow leafy plant and it grows over there." He said pointing with his tail.
