Gold curled around the kits: "Hey why don't you give him a try at least. There has to be something about him, if you mother loved him.

Twisted saw Dawnpool going out and rolled around the young kits, to not let the get cold.

Runningkit and Gorsekit let out mewls of warmth, while Seakit only shuddered slightly.

Laurelkit nodded slowly, while Flickerkit let out a huff of annoyance. "Grayshine would have loved that you decided to join the Clan." A voice came from outside the den, and WInterblossom's warm scent betrayed her presence. Ash stiffened, then looked at his mate's sister with confusion flickering in his eyes.

Dawnpool looked at Oceanbreeze. "So, you know about the kits." It was a statement, not a quuestion. Oceanbreeze nodded. "Remember what we discussed?" he mewed slowly. Dawnpool nodded. "Runningkit has your lithe build. She'll make any cat proud in BrightClan."
"So you'll let me take her?" Oceanbreeze couldnt believe his ears.
Dawnpool nodded. "They're still too young to remember each other. I'll fetch her now." She licked Oceanbreeze's ear tenderly, before padding back into the camp, and into the nursery. "Thanks, Twistedheart." she whispered.

"Your welcome", she said and rose from the nest.

Gold licked the kits heads. "I'm sure she'd be proud of you."

As Dawnpool setled herself down, she wondered how to get Runningkit out of the camp without anyone seeing her.

Flickerkit ducked away from Gold's tongue. "But... you were more a mother to us than Grayshine. And as far as I'm concerned, we have no father."
Laurelkit gasped. "How can you say that?" she mewed, tears beading in her eyes. "I bet you dont even remember Rabbitkit."
Flickerkit hissed in annoyance, and launched himself at Laurelkit, claws unsheathed.
Ash looked to see his kits fighting. "Stop!" he mewed, trying to pull them apart.

Gold grabbed Flickerkits scuff pulling him away and Silver nuzzled into Laurelkit. "Flickerkit don't pull of a fight with your sister. You don't need to accept him as a father, but don't urge your sister to act like you. He has now seen, how silly it was to leave you alone, but you are something that he needs to fight for."

Dawnpool's ear flicked as she thought of a good plan, but she tried to follow the conversation anyway.

Laurelkit whimpered slightly. Her ear tip was bleeding, and Flickerkit had a wrenched claw. The tom calmed down, but only slightly. "What does Birchstar say about this?"
Ash looked at the ground. He shouldnt have come.

Twistedhear signed: "You may first talke to oure leader. It can be hard to regain trust from someone feeling betraied by you, but Laurelkit seems to want to get to know you." Skykit looked at Dawnpool.

Gold licked laurelkits tip. "Silver get the medicincat please", she said. "Sure", Silver hopped outside the den and into the medicincats den. "Hello?"

Ash purred. "You are truly amazing, Gold."

Laurelkit tried to wipe the blood off her ear.

Graceheart looked up from the herbs she was sorting. "Yes, Silver?" she mewed.

"I just try to do what's best for my kits", she said, "and that's what they are", she said licking away the blood.

"We need some help in the nursery my brother and sister are hurt", she said looking around and then sniffing, "Where is Brightfire?"

Graceheart sat down beside the rogue kit. "Silver," she mewed slowly. "Brightfire's gone."

Ash nodded. "And a fine job you've done."

"What!", her eyes widened, "Well he was a grumpy cat not having fun but... why is he gone?"

"Thank you", she said waiting for Silver.

Graceheart's tail flicked sadly. "He was killed by one of the rogues."

Laurelkit padded over to Ash. "So, you're my father." she stated.
Ash nodded. "True."

Winterblossom looked around happily

OOC: Well Ash is there to be a fireclancat and father to Laurel and flickerkit. And Silve just found out that Brightfire is dead and is crying over that

Winterblossom watched some grass in camp, and the shadows that seemed to dance on it.

Graceheart licked Silver's ear comfortingly. "How about you become my apprentice?" she mewed. "I'll show you how to help Laurelkit and Flickerkit."

"This would be great", she looked at her.

Winterblossom laughed a little at hte shaodws

Dawnpool got up again, waking Runningkit accidentally-on-purpous. "Where're you going?" the shekit mewed quietly.
"Just for a walk, dear." Dawnpool mewed, then whispered quietly "Sneak outside behind me. There's someone I want you to meet." THe queen disguised the whisper as an affectionate lick, and padded outside. Seakit whimpered slightly as Runningkit snuck out behind her mother, making sure nobody saw her.

Twisted had wrapped her kits inside her tail and Gold still waited for the medicincat.

ic: Graceheart padded into the herb store. "SIlver, this is marigold. Good for cuts, bites, and scratches. Especially infected ones." she gave the kit a few leaves. "Chew them up and put the mush on the cut. It will make it feel better."

Dawnpool padded discreetely out the camp entrance, with Runningkit slinking behind her. THe kit thought this was fun.

"Flickerkits claw is somehow wrenched will it help there too?", Silver meowed chewing the Marigold.

Graceheart nodded, passing some cobweb over. "Seal Flikerkit's paw in this, and that will help the poultice to not rub off." She mewed.

Leafpaw padded into the apprentices den, tired.

"Okay", she nodded going back to the nursery. First aiding Flickerkits paw and then sealing Laurelkits ear.

"Thanks Silver", Golde licked her daugters head.

Birchstar looked around, he was back in his home. Goldenkit sniffed around the camp. Bouncefire sat by Brightfire's dead body. HE sighed.

ooc: Gold and Silver and Ash are all joining right?

Dawnpool came back into camp, stopped, and took a deep breath. She padded into the nursery, and curled up in her nest. "Where's Runningkit?" she asked, hoping that it didnt sound too rehearsed.

Silver went over to Brightfires body and snuggled into it. "You should have staid and play with me..."

Gold looked up: "I don't know... Twisted?"

Twistedes shook her head.

"A almost newborn kit will just turn up? We gotta search for her", Gold rose. "Keep an eye on your sister and brother Silver."

"Stay here." BOUncefire mewed. "Goldenkit needs someone to play with." he mewed, looking at the kit. Goldenkit had sat down, sighing.

"Fine dad and I am no one?", Skykit looked at Bouncefire. "Thats not what he ment", Twisted said.

"You will grow to be a great cat." Bouncefire mewed. "Just stay in camp untill six moons." he added.

Dawnpool shook her head. "I'll look after them all. Runningkit should be fine." She winced at how dismissive she sounded.

Gold went out of the den sniffing around following something she considered as strange.

Dawnpool tucked Seakit and Gorsekit in closer. Seakit let out a feeble cough, his breathing ragged.

Gold padded out of the camp.

Dawnpool fell asleep, the gentle rising and falling of her chest matching Gorsekit's, but not Seakit's. Seakit's lungs barely surpassed half full, and he was constantly coughing.

FLickerkit and Laurelkit looked up. "Can you stop that coughing?" FLickerkit groaned. "I cant sleep!" Laurelkit added.
"Sorry." Dawnpool mewed, while Seakit let out another cough, this one wracking his whole body.

Gorsekit layed clower to Dawnpool, trying to get away from Seakit's coughing.
