Human Open Roleplay

Darwin finished the bacon and began making the bratwurst still dancing to the music.

Cinder unlocked her garage and threw her bike in there, wincing as she put weight on her ankle. She looked at the bottom of her foot and pulled out a stone, limping into the garage and slamming down the bike's one. She went into the cat room and laid down on the carpet. "Wassup cats." she waved hello.

Jason continued walking home still thinking about what happened earlier. /Since when did I give my number to girls? Since when did girls let me give them my number?/

Cinder winced again as she got up, ducking out the garage and shutting it after her. She went over to her purple 1970's dodge superbee and lifted it up. I think I've pulled something in my leg... dammit I'll have to wait until next year. Unless... she thought for a moment. Dad could do it! She clapped, grabbing her tools and quickly changing some things that had previously been specified for her and making them compatible with a different driver. Now to call him. If he says no, then Micheal still owes me, and he can drive it. There's no way I'm not getting part of this bad boy into the demolition derby this year. I've been waiting 3 years for this shit! she thought to herself, pulling out her crappy iPhone 3 and phoning him. Reminder: Get a better phone. You've spent too much on your car and guns and not your phone.

Jason walked past the garage and caught a peek at the car. /Dang that is a sweet car./ 

Darwin heard his phone ringing and answered while stepping outside the loud room. "Hey Cinder. What do you need?"

"Two things. One, can you get some bandages or something my foot is bleeding. Two, can you ride my car in a demolition derby." Cinder asked, tapping her uninjured foot on the ground.

"Uh... F*ck why the hell not? I've wanted to do this for a while I'll be there really soon." Darwin said with a wild grin and childlike joy in his eyes. "Hey guess who's entered a demolition derby? This guy!" Darwin said as he re-entered the kitchen.

Cinder clapped loudly after he hung up. "Yes! Now I still have Micheal in my debt!" she cheered.

Lila unlocked her car and got in it, tucking the new notebook he had gave her safely in her bag. She took her old small sketchbook, flipping through it to her one good drawing. There was only one good one, the rest where crap. You have potental. This proves it. She told herself, then tucked it in the bag as well, with her pen marking that page. She started up the engine and headed on home.

Michael banged on the garage door a cocky grin spreading across his face as he noted Cinders foot.

Cinder heard the bang and rolled her eyes, pulling it up. "Wassup." she waved. "Don't mind me, I just got my foot lodged in a stone-  stone lodged in my foot."

ooc: she's lit got my speaking xD

"No problem... Except can you drive like that? Or do you intend to give up? The choice is always there." Michael said with a chuckle.

Cinder smiled cockily. "I myself can't ride, but I've already got someone who can. The game's still on." she grinned, folding her arms.

"So you've finally taught one of your dumb cats to drive? Wow I'm impressed you went through with that." Michael responded as he glanced at the car.

Aurora blasted Nickelback as she drove past the derby, one hand on the wheel and the other fixing the mirror.

"Ha de ha, but no. My dad's not that old and he's wanted to drive for a while." she shut the car door. "It didn't take me too long to make the adjustments. Are you gonna compete still?"

"Oh... Of course I would. I'm not the kind to lie to pretty girls." Michael said as he left the garage rage in his eyes as he headed to his car.

ic: Cinder smirked, heading through to her motorbike. "Alright... what have I done to you." she inspected it carefully. "Punctured wheel, I think that might actually be it. Oh, and a smashed light, but that's easy." she murmured to herself, heading into her storage room and getting a new light to replace the smashed one, then unfixing the other one and refixing the new one.

Jason continued walking home until he noticed his Teacher inside Darwins house. " I knew it!! I knew you ended school early because of him!" He said without thinking

Relin looked up when she heard him through the open window, arcing a brow.

"Ha ha kid!" Darwin said half sarcastically than but he quickly returned to Relin and said. " I planned on going as a viewer but my Daughter needs me as a replacement driver. So I if you want it my ticket to watch is yours."

"Sure, it sounds fun," Relin stated after a moment of thinking it over.

"She wanted me to head to her Garage to get her some bandages and to pickup the car." Darwin said as he finished cooking the last Bratwurst.

Cinder looked around for a spare wheel. "Aha!" she clapped, before swapping the wheels out.

"So I'll go pickup the car. I'll be right back, okay?" Darwin said as he entered his truck with some Bandages and gauze and drove towards the garage.

Cinder saw her dad's car arrive outside the garage and she limped over. "Hey Dad." she waved. "Wanna see the car?"

"Not 'till I see the damage. C'mon Cinderella give me the foot." Darwin teased as he parked the car and brought out the bandages and Rubbing Alcohol."

Cinder rolled her eyes, smirking before she lifted up her foot. "It's just a bit bloody. The stone wasn't too big just like 1 centimetre in diameter," she said. "It looks worse than it is."

"Your wrong. The stone was larger it just broke there's more inside you. Grab a hold of something while I get it out." Darwin said as he noticed a piece of rock still in her. He than pulled it out slowly and carefully.

"Oh." Cinder winced, grabbing hold of the metal garage door. "Thanks." she sighed when it was out.

"Alright you know the drill it's going to sting a lot when I pout the rubbing alcohol on." Darwin said as he poured the liquid onto a clean rag.

Cinder rolled her eyes. "Yeah yeah, it's not the first time," she replied, smirking slightly.

"Alright than." Darwin said as he dabbed the injured foot with the rag. After the rubbing alcohol Darwin wiped the blood away with water.

Cinder winced slightly. "Done?" she asked, opening her eyes after closing them previously.

"Yup" Darwin said after he finished wrapping the foot in bandages. "So now let's see the car." Darwin said excitedly.

Cinder grinned. "Come on in." she grinned, closing the one in front of her motorbike and opening the one in front of the 1970's dodge superbee. "Take a look." she laughed.

"My god... This car is amazing. My mother had one of these... It was green though." Darwin said in amazement at the vehicle in front of him

"Glad you like it." Cinder grinned. "It took a lot of work to fix up, too. Take it for a spin if ya want."

"Of course I'll take it! So when should I arrive at the Derby course?" Darwin asked as he entered the driver seat.

Relin watched from her spot against the wall, blue eyes glittering with curiosity.

"It starts in about an hour and a half, so we should head there in half an hour I think." Cinder thought out loud.

Darwin opened the  passenger side door to let Relin into the car and said. "So we'll be there in half an hour. But we'll finish setting up for the party while we wait." 

Jason stepped into his room and grabbed his drawing notebooks and carefully put them into his bag, while unloading his school stuff.

"Alright." Cinder nodded, grabbing some more tools to keep building up the engine. "See ya there." she grinned.

Darwin drove out of the garage and began driving home. "Soo... You know a DJ? Is it your roommate?" Darwin asked

"Hell no. This DJ listens to good music," Relin laughed and closed her eyes. "Her name is Amara."

"Haha! What does the Mystery roomate listen to? Death metal? Sappy love songs? Or does he not listen to music that he didn't get from his grandmother?" Darwin joked as he pulled in front of his house

Jason stepped outside his hous and climbed into the tree in his yard. He turned to a page in his comic notebook and continued drawing out the scenes while muttering the characters lines.

Ooc: I'm pretending Abby rode home with Shelby if that's ok. 

Ic: Abby followed Shelby out of the truck and set her books down on the table. She went out to the backyard to see what was going on as far as the party was going.

OOC: the party is on the street. It's a block party meaning the whole neighborhood is invited and participates

Gianni jumped off his skateboard and rolled it down the stone path that led to his house. He sat down on the curb and fiddled with a Rubik's cube, watching his dad working the grill simultaneously.

Devin crouched down and drew four squares with blue chalk. As he got up, he bumped into Cinder and yelped. "Sorry," he said, dropping the chalk back into the bucket. "Working on all the party games is so tiring."
