Darwin stepped out of the car he was going to use for the derby and looked around the block. "I'll help out here for a bit. If you want you can join me or you can help out inside." Darwin said to Relin.

Cinder grunted as she walked into him. "Aren't there more fun things to do than draw with chalk like drive?" she asked, crunching up her nose.

After putting her stuff down at her house and going into her backyard she remembered that the party was taking place in the street since it was a block party so she headed that way meeting up with Cinder on the way. "Hey Cinder. What do you think we are going to do at the party today?" She spoke

Devin shrugged. "Four square is pretty fun, now I just need to find a ball..." he trailed off, hurrying back into his house and leaving Cinder with her friend.

Cinder rolled her eyes, limping inside. She limped up the stairs and into the attic, grabbing some extra oil and engine parts before going down again and hopping on her motorbike, driving back to the garage and continuing the work on her car.

Devin darted back outside and placed a bright blue ball in the center of the four squares. He looked up and saw Cinder. "How does she even fix a car? I can barely paint designs on my skateboard." he snorted to himself, taking out a crumpled piece of paper from his jeans pocket and reading it. "Flamingo toss, done, tetherball, done, ah, bean bag toss!" he said aloud, grabbing the equipment from the sidewalk in front of his house and placing it in the grass of the Raven family's house.

"Alright, that's enough work for today." Cinder said, pulling herself out from under the car and packing her stuff away, heading back down a couple of streets to get back to the party and driving her motorbike around the preparations and into the driveway, hopping off and brushing grease off her coat. She went inside and hung up her coat, heading back out to Devin. "So, human, what's your name?" she asked, rubbing her nose with her hand.

Warren pulled up in his SUV and got out, smiling when he saw Relin. "Hey, Rin! Where do I set up?"

"Ask Darwin, I don't really know the place," Relin replied happily and walked over, hugging him.

"I crashed my motorbike into a wall, flipped off it and landed on my ass. Got a stone stuck in my foot and sprained my leg." Cinder explained, pointing towards the now-fixed motorbike.

Aqua casually picked up two of her chickens and went inside her room. She closed the door behind and put the chickens inside and indoor pen. A meow sounded from above. "Hi Lavander." Aqua said to her cat. She grabbed so,e cat treats and gave the,pm to her cat.

"Oh yeah it's on channel 13 it'll be playing in around an hour. But I gotta go help finish setting up." Darwin said as he exited the house and returned to Warren. "Yeah just set up along the sides of the street, and again thanks for coming on such short notice."

Shelby glanced at the time. " Crap!" She gasped, jumping to her feet. The goldfish spilled on her bed, but she didn't care. She grabbed up her phone and earbuds and ran out of the house, and down the street.

"Pftt me? Reckless? No way, I just quite one of my jobs and spent a good while flirting with a lovely lady. Than shot guns and signed up for a demolition derby. I'd say I'm completely normal." Darwin laughed as she opened the door for Relin.

Cinder watched Darwin get up. "Sorry, gotta run, there's a demolition derby I need to get to," she said, not really sorry. She ripped off a piece of paper in her pocket with her number on about 4 times and handed it to him. "That's my phone number and if you wanna see the derby it's on Channel 13," she said. "See ya!" she waved and limped over to her motorbike, revving it up and driving a few meters over to Darwin. "Got it, I'll race you there." she grinned, already speeding off over the speed limit by at least 5mph.

Relin chuckled lightly and got into the seat, relaxing back into it. "If you get hurt, I will beat your ass into the middle of next week for making me worry," she stated calmly, a smile on her face to show she was joking.
