WaterClan Small ponds

Lilyleaf picked up hers and went back to camp.

Rabbitwind walked beside lilyleaf

Rowanfall skidded to a stop, almost going for another unplanned swim. "Hawkpaw?" he called.

"I am theeeereee!", she clawed the ground to stop beside him. "The weather gets bad..."

Rowanfall nodded, looking around and frowning at the wind-ruffled water. "Maybe we should head back to camp..." he mewed.

"Guess this would be better", Hawkpaw nodded.

Rowanfall licked Hawkpaw's head. "I'll teach you tomorrow, OK?" he promised.

She purred and nodded: "Okay I'll remember you."

Ronan stalked here, scenting carefully before coming into the open. he decided to find shelter before he got washed away. he found a tree and laid under it. he kept his ears pricked

Rowanfall padded into the clearing, his legs warm from running and panting slightly. "Hawkpaw?" he purred.

"Yes", she pated heavly as she stopped next to him.

Rowanfalll purred. "You almost beat me yesterday. WHy so puffed?" He padded over to a little pond, and glanced down at the water.

"I tried to make the almost a beat you", she purred.

Rowanfall purred. "Come over here, I'll teach you to fish."

"Okay", Hawkpaw went over.

Rowanfall purred. "Make sure your shadow doesnt hang over the water, cause then the fish know you're there." he mewed, and nudged her over so the early morning sun made her shadow go behind her. "And when you see a fish..." he darted his paw, and scooped out a little minnow "you do that."

"Okay sounds logical", she said waiting for another fish come by, as she saw it she tried to get it trew it out, but just wider into the pond. "Wrong direction."

Rowanfall purred again. "Curl your claws like this," he demonstrated around the minnow. "That way you get better grip, and the fish cant slide out as easy."

"Okay", she tried it again and got a minnow herself bitting it dead, "That would be fun if it wasn't that cold."

Rowanfall purred. "It's lovely in Greenleaf. The hunting's amazing too, if there is no twolegs." He hooked another minnow out, and looked deeper into the water. "There's a carp down there."

"You think we could get it? It is so hug it would totaly feed the queens", Hawkpaw said.

Rowanfall frowned. "I dont know. I think the water might be a little cold." he mewed, just as the sun broke out from behind a band of cloud and glowed gently.

"That is a sign! I'll get it, it will feed the clan!", Hawkpaw jumped into the water onto the carp pinning ith with her claws. Then she put her head down and bit it.

Rowanfall purred, grabbing Hawkpaw's scruff and setting her beside the pond. "You're a natural." he purred, thinking that Nettlefur was lucky to have her.

OOC: Where did he know that from and I don't think Nettelfur is so happy about that XD

Hawkpaw held the fish and purred: "This is huge." She shook her fur out.

Rowanfall licked Hawkpaw's ear. He caught another minnow, shivering slightly at the cold water, and picked up his two little fish. "Lets go back to camp." He padded off.

She purred at him taking the Minnow and the carp following him.

SOftstar padded here. She looked up and saw a bird. SHe looked down bakc at a pond. It was unfrozen she saw.

Moucepelt and Rabbitwind padded up behind Softstar and looked around

SOftstar went to the pond. She saw tiny fish swimming around, and them some bigger ones. A bigger fish swam by, right then SOftstar pulled it out. It started wiggling twords the pond but, Softstar bit it and killed it quickly.

Mouspelt saw a mouse nibbling on a seed and quikly killed it. Rabbitwind looked around.

SOftstar quickly got two smaller fish.

Rabbitwind spotted a squrrile and killed it. Mouseplet looked around.

"This was quick. THink we got plenty?" SOftstar asked, looking at her prey, pleased with it.

Mouseplt response "Yea i think we have enough." Rabbitwind nods picking up her prey.

"Lets get back to camp then." SOftstar mewed, picking up her tree fish and paddign to cmap.

Mouspelt and Rabbitwind padded behind Softstar with there fresh kill.

Ronan tried to find a good place to hide in Waterclan territoy. he chose here.

ic: Lilyleaf padded here and froze as she saw Ronan. "Lilyleaf," He said. "I didnt think that i would see you again," she said. he twitched his ears uncomfortably. "Did you even meet your kits?" she asked and he shook his head. "i didnt know about them," he said. "Well only two of them are alive still. Moonpaw and Silverpaw." Ronan looked around. Lilyleaf flicked her tail. "Im glad i got to see you again," Ronan said. "Me too," lilyleaf admitted. she sighed and laid down at the edge of a pond. he laid down too.
"I should probably go," lilyleaf said as she stood up. "Dont get caught here." Ronan shook his head. "I wont," he promised her. she smiled and left, going back to camp.

Crookedsoul sighed, walking to the edge of the Camp, then to the Ponds, studying the land and waters beyond. His eyes squinted when he saw a familiar face...a cat was coming into the Camp walls. She was familiar yet unfamiliar at the same time...He considered attacking her.
She came closer, walking with a snide gait beside Crookedsoul, brushing her tail along his side mockingly. He turned, hissing, "Who are you, and why are you here?" through barred fangs.

"You don't recall," said the she-cat matter-of-factly. "You were always a piece of fox-dung, Crookedpaw. Have you just been too dumb or blind to notice me? I've returned to WaterClan. I am Hollypaw." She sat on her haunches and swiped a paw over her ear. "I returned yesterday, talked to the leader. I have a mentor. And, just between you and me, maybe I can complete what dear old daddy wanted against this pitiful excuse for a Clan."

"You can't! That's...I'll tell the leader!"

"What's the leader gonna do? Softstar truly lives up to the name Softstar. Besides, I'm merely a cute little apprentice. No one will believe you," she mused, rising to her paws and padding into Camp. "Have fun failing at your hunting," she chuckled before ambulating pompously into Camp and out of Crookedsoul's sight.

And Crookedsoul trembled, foreboding what was to come.

Ronan had hid in the bushes watching this scene.

Crookedsoul stared at his reflection in the pond, wondering how to handle the return of his sister. Should he tell the leader her plans? He couldn't turn on family...

Ronan tried to creep away

Crookedsoul made the decision to go back to Camp. He was frightened of what his sister might be doing, and prayed to SoulClan that he could keep her under control. A heavy weight was on his shoulders. He was frightened of what his sister was planning...and how cold her dish of revenge might be.

Angelflight sighed as she padded into the ponds. Something smelled weird. She headed towards one of her favourite ponds, usually filled with carp, and she settled down to fish. Flicking her claws out, she pulled one after the other out of the pond, untill 3 fish were sitting beside her. Sniffing again, she tensed. Fox.

Angelflight whipped around just before the fox lunged, and she splashed water in it's face. The vixen growled, and swiped, catching Angelflight across the jaw. She hissed, and leapt for it's face, only to be caught in its jaws. Struggling in vain, the shecat yowled for help, before the fox shook her violently once, and the WaterClan deputy fell still, her eyes glazing over.

ooc: I was bored of her.

Poppykit stumbled here. "Wow!" She squeaked

SPiderkit ran ahead. She sniffed the air. "Look! Fish!" seh mewed, looking into a pond.

Ravenkit's eyes widened. "Wow, look!" she mewed pointing at a massive carp in one of the ponds.

SPiderkit hissed, stepping into the pond for a closer look.
