Honeypaw nodded her head. I get prey, ok better then getting herbs. Getting the herbs seems cruel.

Nightmoon paced in a line near the group. She nodded her head then glanced around. I get herbs..

Barkpaw and Springpaw nodded and glanced around. I guard, so I keep the clan away as the others destroy the prey and herbs. They both thought.

Lilytail shuddered as she stepped through the boggy territories of WaterClan. She walked quick, beside Russetstar and Sparrowpaw, hoping to get this over with. I'm glad Russetstar picked some worthy warriors. she muttered under her breath, too silent for anyone to hear. A few heartbeats later she stopped dead in her tracks, hearing a spasmodic yowl. She glanced back and saw Sparrowpaw crumpled up in a ball on the ground, her leg caught underneath a pointy Twoleg object discarded by the river.

Russetstar turned around instantly and quickly rushed over to Sparrowpaw. "Sparrowpaw, you need to keep your voice down while I get you out of this. Try not to yowl again." He ordered as he grabbed the apprentice's scruff and started loosening the grip the twoleg object had.

Lightstep ran over quietly, rubbing Sparrowpaw's leg carefully around the object as Russetstar pulled it out. "You're okay." he whispered.

Sparrowpaw breathed heavily, barely able to keep her yowls in. She felt her throat clutch with emotion, fighting the urge to cry at the pain. Loudly.

Lilytail rushed over and, once Russetstar and Lightstep loosened the grip of the Twoleg object on Sparrowpaw's leg, licked urgently around the wound on her leg to try and calm down the nerve.

Sparrowpaw gazed into Lightstep's eyes, suddenly feeling her stomach and heart lurch. She felt calmed, and all of the pain from the sharp Twoleg object just disappeared, her soul being lost in the DuskClan warriors eyes. She bit her tongue and snapped out of it. She was surrounded by DuskClanners, and she was scared. She shivered, her paws scrambling fretfully to try and get a hold on something so she could pull herself all the way out.

"Help me!" she gasped as the Twoleg thing dropped and punctured her leg again, knocking the air out of her. The heavy object weighed her down, and she couldn't reach the rock that was only a few mousetails away from her claws.

Lightstep gripped the twoleg thing in his teeth, his eyes worried, as he pulled it out, throwing it away. "Sparrowpaw!" he gasped, putting a paw over her leg to try and stop the bleeding.

Lilytail growled. "Don't put your paw over it, you beetle-brain!" she mewed, eyes wide and fur fluffed up with terror. She scrambled over to a short but wide tree, clawing some moss off and dipping it into the river. She hurried back with a frown and let Sparrowpaw lap it up. "You're just going to have to live with it until we get you back home." she helped the apprentice up and had her rest on her shoulder before pelting after the rest of the patrol, leaving Lightstep in the dust.

Sandheart glanced worriedly at Sparrowpaw before briskly padding after the raiding party. The WaterClan scent was growing stronger now, so she guessed they were quite near to the camp.

Leopardpaw quickened her pace, unsheathing her claws as she realized they very close to the camp. She let her paws lightly fall on the cold ground, sniffing the air to see if any WaterClan cats were outside of the camp.

Rubblewind slowed as he reached the border river, his ears pricked and mouth slightly open to catch scents.
Tanglepaw followed closely behind Leopardpaw, fur fluffed out.

Leopardpaw padded to the river, spotting several large fish swimming down the river. Her stomach rumbled and her mouth began watering, but she waited for Rubblewind to say something.

Snailnose stepped down to the shore, her heart nearly stopping when she stepped on a slippery stone. She fell into the shallows and poked her head out grouchily. "I'm okay!" she called.

Slash strolled along BrightClan territory, not bothering to hide anywhere. The rogues were feared enough as it was; he didn't need the Clans thinking he was a coward. He sniffed the air and scented salt water, indicating a WaterClan cat coming close. He licked his lips, a small smile escaping his lips. "Hm, I haven't used my claws in a while. Time to freshen up." he chuckled, stepping over the border marker.

"My mother told me I should fight anybody I see." he mewed in the squeaky voice. He unsheathed his claws, digging them into the ground beneath him. "And you're my first victim."

Slash, assuming Rainwing was dead, hopped off her and took one last swipe on her underbelly before dashing back across the border. He opened his jaws, the fresh scent of BrightClan filling the air. He swerved back to the FireClan side and sprinted back to camp.
