Snowpaw flicked an ear. “Sorry!” She said, but she was half-joking. She caught the whiff of rabbit and the moment she saw it, she burst into a sprint.

Snowpaw races towards the rabbit, going slightly faster. She bit down on it’s stub tail and it thrashed, kicking her above the eye. She launched herself to the ground in pain and when it lessened a bit, she looked up, blood coming from the small wound. “Whoops?”

Petrelflight saw a gopher sitting atop a rock, keeping guard over the colony. She grinned and slunk towards the vigilant guard, motioning for Snowpaw to block off the burrows.

Petrelflight's eyes shone and she sprang, grappling at the gopher. The animal squealed in fear as she snapped its neck.

As one got near, Snowpaw slammed a paw down on the gopher’s spine. Her eyes shone with pride and excitement and she whirled around, trying to get another.

Petrelflight grabbed one right before it could slip into its burrow, grunting as it clawed her nose. She dropped it and the injured gopher struggled into its burrow before Petrelflight could catch it.

Snowpaw snatches a small one and killed it, eyes beaming with pride. “I hope they taste as good as they look.” She said.

“Sounds awesome!” Snowpaw said, not feeling guilty anymore. She used a paw to cover her rabbit wound, hoping it wouldn’t bleed through. “Uh, are you going to tell the medicine cats?”

Swiftclaw gazed at Brokenfang, frowning and showing a glint of fear in her eye. She opened her mouth and replied. "They invaded our clan for no reason. They caused fear and pain for everyone in the clan. They left us with no choice but to hold them as our prisoners. How do you think I feel about the rogues?"

Swiftclaw pricked her ears as she heard the sound of a mouse. Slowly and quietly, she crept towards the sound. She dropped into a crouch and slowly edged forward until she was behind the mouse. Before the mouse could run, she pounced on it, and ended its life.
