Russetstar flicked his tail for Lilypaw to step forward and nodded to her with a small grin of reassurance. "I, Russetstar, leader of Duskclan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. She has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend her to you as a warrior in her turn." Russetstar began, then looked down unto the apprentice, "Lilypaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?" He questioned.

Snakewhisker stared down at the ground, "No. I haven't yet..." He explained, shrugging his shoulders slightly.

Russetstar smiled, "Then by the powers of SoulClan, I give you your warrior name. Lilypaw, from this moment you will be known as Lilyflame. SoulClan honours your quick-tongue, intelligence and fast reflexes, and we welcome you as a full warrior of Duskclan."

Russetstar rested his muzzle onto Lilyflame before letting her step go back into the crowd of chanting cats. He then turned to the two apprentices still waiting. "Hawkpaw, please step forward," He meowed, sitting down with his tail curled around his paws.

Nightpaw watched the apprentices become warriors. Can't it be my turn? She thinks, She had a newly-made warrior as her mentor, the cat who understanded her, sure, but she still couldn't belive Icypaw had russetstar as her mentor. Shes lucky and I'm not, i bet i wont even train enough! I'll be a apprentice forever! Or, i'll would always be training with graypaw when he becomes a warrior. She then remebered how Lynxflower was always being a complete show-off infront of Russetstar, so he could be deputy, And wasnt even training her. I hope he's not deputy for ivypool's sake.

OOC: Alright, sorry Leo and Aqua, I've got to speed things up, so I'll just post there ceremonies in the spoilers below. I need to get this done, so Scorpionclaw needs to be the last.

As the cheering died away, Russetstar flicked his tail for complete silence, "As you all know, Lily___ died honorably by defending our clan in battle. Now, I must choose our new deputy who will work along side Littleflower in the moons to come." He turned to fix his gaze on a particular cat int he crowd and exclaimed with pride, "I say these words before SoulClan, so that the spirits of our warrior ancestors and Lily___ may hear and approve of my choice. The new deputy of Duskclan is Scorpionclaw!"

Patchpaw grinned and cheered for the new warrior and deputy.

Scorpionclaw's eyes widened in surprise as she heard her name being called. What, me? This can't be true, she thought. Not really sure what to do, she dipped her head and solemnly said, "Thank you Russetstar. I will serve this clan as well as I can."

Riverswoop dipped his head, purring happily for the new warriors and apprentices.

Fawndapple came skidding to a halt just outside the camp, glancing behind her at the two apprentices hot on her heels. "I can do the talking, yeah?" she panted, her fur hot and heavy even in the mist that always seemed to cling to DuskClan's territory.

Nettlepaw followed closely behind, her eyes widened with fear. She glanced at Sparrowpaw, "Are Duskclan cats nice?" The former kittypet asked, obviously not knowing much of the clans' history and such.

Russetstar nodded to Scorpionclaw, "And I know you will," He meowed with a grin and quickly leapt off the smoothrock, noticing Brightclan cats enter. "What news do you bring?" He questioned, nodding his head in greetings.

She looked around for her parents once more, and figured they were either hunting or in the elders den relaxing. She also looked for her friend Nightfrost, wondering if he was around as well to notice the newcomers.

Mudkit walked outside the nursery to see the commotion, unaware of what was really going on. She was eager to become an apprentice, wanting to be one already. She glanced around for her parents but could not find them among the crowd of cats gathered. She eventually made her way through the crowd to the front. She saw her leader, and became in awe of how powerful he looked.

Russetstar flicked his tail to silence his clanmates, eyes darkening at Fawndapples words. " Of course we shall come." He said, dipping his head before glancing around at his clanmates. " I want one of the deputies to stay here, and some warriors! No very young apprentices." His voice rang out loudly around the camp, glancing at the newest deputy. " Everyone else, follow me." He nodded at Fawndapple to lead the way.

Shadowblaze shakily trotted after the battle patrol.
Windwhisker followed the group.

Blueshine stood at the edge of the medicine den, her breathing labored, and watched the group go.

Coldfoot trotted to Russetstar. "Should I bring supplies?" he murmured.

"I can't believe FrostClan are still on this." she growled, digging her claws into the soil.

Scarletpetal followed after the others, praying to Soulclan her parents were not in battle, even though they were a couple of the strongest warriors. She also hoped Nightfrost would be ok after this battle, as she prayed to Soulclan for his safety as well.

Mudkit was pushed off to the side as the older cats left, so she decided to go back into the nursery and wait for their return.

Riverswoop tried to get up and go but was stopped with a glare from Tulippaw. He gulped and dipped his head, instead walking over to Scorpionclaw. "Should we start trying to reenforce the camp? In case its an ambush?" he muttered.

Scorpionclaw thought a bit on the warrior's words. "It is quite possible that could happen, so yes. Tie the brambles together tighter, and put some new tendrils in to make the barrier stronger," Scorpionclaw ordered.
