Adderstrike dragged himself and settled himself down to eating some prey. "Ahh ...." he sighed in contentment, before sitting up. "Yo!" he shouted to the camp. "Anybody got anything entertainin' I could do? I'm bored like heck!"

ic: Sitting up and looking around, Whisperspirit sighed. Then his ears pricked. It was quiet, as it normally was in winter, but this seemed almost too quiet. Then he heard the loud roar of Twoleg monsters, and his ears flattened. "Twolegs!" he yowled loudly. "Take cover!"

Silverleaf's eyes widened and she instantly dashed to the medicine den. "Ivykit, Dapplekit, Laurelkit! Go deeper inside the den with Saffronflame, hurry!" she yelled in a commanding tone.
Dapplekit looked up, her gaze turning fearful when she noticed the look in her mother's eyes.

Laurelkit whimpered slightly, her tail fluffed up and raced into the herb store, careful not to touch anything.
Saffronflame picked Dapplekit up and carried the shekit, knowing how Silverleaf would be panicking. She set Dapplekit down next to Laurelkit, and turned to Silverleaf. "Wolfstorm, Poppyfall, Aspenshade and Rowanwhisker are still out in the forest," she mewed quietly.

Whisperspirit darted into the closest den -the elders den-, and pressed himself up against the wall.
