FireClan Camp

Darkfrost lead Snowfeather and Cloudheart back into camp from their hunting patrol with a thrush in his mouth. He padded over to the freshkill pile and set his catch with the others. "Just in time to go to the gathering." He said

Snowfeather nodded, her tail flicking. "You're an amazing hunter." she flirted after putting her few birds down.

OOC:Cloudheart was on a patrol??????


Cloudheart put the vole and mouse down. He wasn't going to the gathering. He turned and sought out his daughter, Cedarpaw. "I guess I'm staying here with you..."



Littlelily looked at Redstar. She was ready. She couldn't wait to go to the gathering!

Sparkfeather puffed out her chest. She would be going to the gathering. She would talk with the other clan cats and she would get to meet the new apprentices.

Littlelily looked at Redstar. She was ready. She couldn't wait to go to the gathering!

ooc: Darkfrost put him on a patrol earlier with Snowfeather. We waited but then Leopard posted that it was evening in the clans and that the leaders get their clan ready for the gathering so we figured just time skip until after patrol.

Snowfeather purred. "Oh, but they were just lucky, you're the best at hunting." she flirted to Darkfrost.

ooc: neep when is gonna become official?

"I just haven't been hungry," Redstar responded simply to Acornwhisker. "Look, it's evening now, I should go get ready for the Gathering." she flicked her tail and exited the den, but before she could reach the center of the clearing she stopped herself and turned back. "I'm sorry, Acornwhisker." she apologized sincerely. "I'm just very stressed with all this commotion." she let her head rest on Acornwhisker's shoulder, purring.

Slash hurried into the herb stock with a frown. He looked around frantically for Russetpaw. "'Paw?" he called shakily, feeling guilty that he had accidentally thrown out a good batch of yarrow.

Acornwhisker licked Redstar's ear and purred. "It's all right, I understand." She stepped back a little and dipped her head. "Clan before mates."

Redstar flicked her tail and padded back out into the clearing. She leaped onto the Skyrock, claws digging into the soft moss growing at the tip. "All cats going to the Gathering, meet me by the entrance to camp!" she yowled.

Acornwhisker stepped back and walked away, towards the warrior's den.

Sparkfeather bounded up to the entrance. Her long legs carried her swiftly over the sandy ground as she raced to the exit to camp.

Littlelily walked up to the entrance. She couldn't wait!

Darkshadow bounded up to Littlelily, pacing his paws as he waited beside her for the gathering. lets get going already!!

ooc: How about right after the gathering it starts?

ic: Darkfrost purred and said, "I have to get ready to leave for the gathering now. I promise I'll tell you all about it when I get back."

Birchstripe padded nervously towards the entrance. He wasn't entirely sure he wanted to attend, but he hadn't seen his sister in a while and decided it was worth a shot.

ooc: Spot, I asked Daisy if Snow could go and she said yes so  even tho in rp she didn't ask redstar im just saying she did so it makes sense o-o

ic: "Oh, I'm going." Snowfeather purred. "I asked Redstar and she said yes."

Redstar rounded up the cats that were attending and flicked her tail, leading the way out of camp.

Birchstripe bounded towards the front of the group and followed Redstar out of the camp.

Littlelily Smiled at Cloudheart and bounded out of camp. She couldn't wait!

OOC: Can Pansystream come with? I just joined back into the roleplay

IC: Pansystream groomed her fur, sitting under the shade of an apple tree. She let out an enormous yawn and followed after Redstar, legs aching from sitting down so long.

Darkfrost padded out of camp directly behind Redstar.

OOC: Yeah, sure she can, Chicory!

Snowfeather followed Darkfrost.

Sunstep bounded after Redstar in eagerness to see the gathering once more. He stood beside Frostflame and nudged her gently, "Aren't you excited?" He whispered, his eyes shining in excitement.

Nightstep followed Redstar out the entrance, padding beside her and staring ahead, thinking if the gathering was even a good idea.

Acornwhisker watched the group leave and purred a little to herself, stretching and moving to stand by the entrance to guard.

Pebblesplash pricked her ears at the sound of Redstar's voice and nuzzled Sootpatch affectionately. "Sorry you can't come," she meowed. "I'll tell you all about it when I come back!" With that, Pebblesplash bounded ahead to bring up the rear.

Flintkit picked himself up, shooting one more glance at Sunkit, before padding out of the den. He slipped away to the entrance of camp, sitting beside it under the shade.

OOC: Whoops.

OOC: Please do not have kits escape! Do you not realize what a bad time it is to do that?

Flintkit sighed, looking up at the moon. This was a bad time to run away, so he wouldn't. He just wanted to rub his fur against Littleiliy's, and fall asleep.

Soraflight padded out of the medicine den warily, standing in the muddy clearing and feeling the rain pelt down on her. She sighed and padded towards one of the other cats left behind for the gathering.

Birchstripe burst into camp ahead of everyone else, his paws caked with mud from the soil upturned by the rain.

Darkshadow walked into camp, his tail flicking crossly. He went straight into the Warriors den and settled into his nest.

Sparkfeather stalked back into camp angrily. The father was horrible. It sucked

Redstar trampled over the thick screen of brambles sheltering the camp entrance, eyes glazed with anger. She brushed past a few of her warriors and disappeared into the medicine den, approaching Soraflight. She calmed herself down before speaking. "Dapplestar brought up the subject of Umberlight's death tonight," a low growl rumbled in her throat. "I've chosen to side with FrostClan and WaterClan. Ivorystar's a coward." she snarled, eyes narrowing when she mentioned the BrightClan leader's name.

Acornwhisker woke as she heard the grumbles of cats in the camp, the pounding rain dripping through the top of the den and seeping into everyone's nests.

Pebblesplash flexed her claws in the ground, eyes narrowed as she followed beside Sparkfeather. This Gathering wasn't more than a minute lasting. she thought, storming over to Sootpatch. "The Gathering was terrible," she growled. "The leaders started fighting instantly!"

Sootpatch flicked his ear and nodded, "I'm not surprised, It's been pretty tense with all the raiding and border skirmishes going on." He pointed out.

Nightpelt followed in at the rear of the crowd, making sure everyone got back safely and slipped into the camp's entrance.

Russetpap listened closely from inside the den and widened her eyes as she moved quietly from the herb storage to the main part of the den.

Soraflight heard her brother's name and let out a sob. She was no longer opposed to fighting BrightClan.

Darkfrost followed directly behind the FireClan leader, with Snowfeather just behind him, after returning from probably the worst gathering of his life.

Acornwhisker stretched and walked out, frowning at the cats looking dejected. "What happened?" she asked, walking over to Nightpelt.

Nightpelt turned to Acornwhisker and dipped his head in greeting, "The gathering itself didn't really happen. The leaders had begun arguing right away." He frowned.

"Oh. Right." Acornwhisker frowned. "Is it something to do with um..." She trailed off, not really wanting to say Umberlight's name.

Snowfeather quickened her pace slightly so she was next to Darkfrost. "Hard to say, that could have been the worst gathering ever but I'm not sure." she said sarcastically.

"Should we even call that a gathering? They immediately started fighting." Darkfrost replied.

Snowfeather nodded. "Yeah. I can't believe SoulClan didn't interfere sooner."
