"Not long, it's only dawn after all. Umbra is out with Angus so don't bother looking. They were fighting earlier and then they were best friends. It was.. odd," Ambrosia commented, licking her paw.

Viciari stiffened slightly, his eyes seeming to glaze over. But after a second he relaxes, letting out a small sigh. "Oh. I see."

Solar and Lunar padded out of the den side by side. Lunar growled and flicked her ear at the sound of Ambrosia and Viciari. Great. Useless lovebirds. She thought and dug up a piece of prey she had buried last night for preservation. She shared the squirrel with her sister.

Sparrowkit padded out of the nursery warily, his facing falling to dismay as he noticed there was still no prey pile. Do these cats never hunt? He looks around, confused, then noticed Solar and Lunar eating a bird. No. They do hunt, they just have to be greedy little foxes and let kits and elders starve. Fantastic. He grunted, padding to where the prey pile once stood, sniffing around to see if there was any morsels left. You brought this on yourself Sparrowki- No..that's not right.. hmm.. no.. No your Linx now. Ok, you brought this one yourself.. Linx.. The name felt odd even in his head. By staying here. he kicked a rock in frustration, finding no prey even near where the pile used to be. I only stayed here because of Littlelily. He thought of his mum with bitter.

Solar flicked her ear towards Linx. “Hey, you’re Sparrowkit, right? Want some prey? There’s plenty here. My sister and I hunted late last night just so we could have a morning meal.” She said.

Linx glanced at the she-cat with distrust, padding a little closer. " It's.. Linx now, actually." He said warily, the word not feeling right on his tongue. " Why would you share.. isn't the rule for rogues like you, every cat for themselves." He asked with slight distrust, though hunger made him inch ever so slightly closer as he spoke.

Solar shrugged. “I wouldn’t let a kit starve.” She said and ripped off a limb from her prey and pushed it to Linx. “Also, nice new name.”

Quake yawned as she padded out next to Solar, Linx and Lunar. "What is up cats?" she asked, stretching out and not entirely caring if they thought she was annoying.

Slash returned into camp, a plump magpie dangling from his jaws. He spat it out on the ground and sat down, curling his tail around his paws. He elegantly nibbled on the bird while casually listening in on Solar and Lunar's conversation with the dumb FireClan kit.

Linx opened his mouth to talk to Solar before glancing up at Quake. "The sky." He said dryly, putting a paw on the limb.

Luna dragged another piece for prey out from last night. She turned to Slash. “You don’t have to be such a stranger, you know.” She half growled.

Solar nodded greetings to Quake. “Want some prey? Lunar and I did a lot of hunting last night.” She said.

Slash rolled his eyes in amusement. "I'm simply relaxing and chewing on a snack. And I prefer to listen rather than speak, thank you." he chuckled groggily, carefully picking the feathers of his magpie.

Tessa slipped out the medicine cat den, her eyes weary and tired from no sleep. Stupid rogues! All they care about is themselves, not one of them think of bringing prey for the one who healed them! She thought, padding over to down in the sunshine, licking her paw.

Slash looked up as Tessa woke from her slumber and felt a pang of guilt in his gut. He tore off half of his bird and pushed it towards her. "Here, eat up. You've done more than enough for us." he purred, feeling like a father to the young she-cat.

“Hi Tessa.” Solar said nonchalantly. “Want some prey? We have plenty.” She said and dragged a starling from their hole.

Tessa blinked in surprise, and after a couple heartbeats, she dipped her head. "Thanks," She meowed, picking up the spare piece of prey, and nodding a friendly greeting to Solar.

Quake caught a glimpse of a cat leaving the camp entrance, but shrugged it off. Whoever they are are probably going out to hunt or something...

Linx blinked at Quake, a little surprised, but said nothing in return, just dug into the prey under his paw, tearing it as neatly as he could manage and chewing it down, prey still feeling a little weird in his mouth as he shouldn't of been fully weened yet. Maybe not all rogues are terrible.

Ryu stretched out his legs, emerging from the old warriors den. He felt a drop of water on his head and hissed, looking up to see a small hole in the roof of the den. Eh, someone else can fix it. he thought, padding out of camp for a hunt.

Tessa flicked her tail as Quake greeted her. "Hello, Quake," She meowed, and a pang of homesick hit her as she remembered Quake was a former Clan cat, just like herself. Why did I ever leave? She wondered, taking another bite from her magpie.

Quake flicked a paw out, boredly playing with the mouse she'd picked up. She flung it into the air, letting out a "hmph" as it landed on her head and shaking it off, then moving it back with her paw in front of her. "So, how ya'll doing?" she asked, placing a paw on her mouse.

Tessa snorted quietly. Did this cat ever learn about manners? She prodded at her magpie, not as hungry as before. Shame washed over her as she thought about what Quake may be thinking. She's got to know, or remember, I used to be a medicine cat apprentice. One of the most loyal cats to SoulClan, which I abandoned... She glanced up at the dawning sky, wondering if her warrior ancestors were scowling down at her right now.

Linx watched Tessa carefully, narrowing his eyes as he chewed. Seems rather.. nervous. He thought to himself, moving the meat to the side of his mouth and chewing with his back teeth now.
